4 VENTILATORI ELICOIDALI INTUBATI SERIE VIE/A (CASSA LUNGA) DUCTED HELICAL FANS VIE/A (LONG CASE) SERIES DESCRIZIONE GENERALE I ventilatori della serie VIE/A sono destinati agli impianti di ventilazione e di condizionamento, nelle costruzioni industriali, in cui necessitano grandi portate d aria con basse pressioni. Essi presentano rispetto ai ventilatori centrifughi una maggiore facilità di installazione perchè in linea con i canali. Il tamburo a doppia flangia, permette l installazione sia all inizio che alla fine del circuito. La serie standard è costituita da 15 grandezze con diametri girante da 25 a 14 mm. con più velocità [ poli], e portate superiori a 114. m3/h. Temperatura da -25 C a +4 C. COSTRUZIONE Corpo cilindrico in lamiera zincata con doppia flangia alle estremità. Girante con pale a profilo alare in resine plastiche e mozzo in alluminio, direttamente accoppiata al motore. Motore asincrono trifase, monofase, IP 55 classe F. Portello d ispezione. SU RICHIESTA Prestazioni diverse da quelle di serie. Giranti in alluminio. Tensioni speciali. Ventilatori a trasmissione. Motore antideflagrante con ceretificato Atex (solo per il motore). ACCESSORI Rete di protezione. Giunti antivibranti in tela olona flangiati alle estremità. Piedini di sostegno, silenziatori con e senza ogiva. GENERAL DESCRIPTION VIE/A are suitable for ventilation and air conditioning systems as both in industrial buildings requiring big volumes of air at low pressure. Compared to centrifugal fans they have easier installation being in alignement with the ducts. The installation is allowed both at the beginning and the end of the circuit by the double flanged drum, the Standard series is composed of 15 models with impeller diametres from 25 to 14 mm., different possible speed ( poles) airflow over than 114. m3/h, Temperature from -25 C to +4 C, CONSTRUCTION Double flanged cylindrical in galvanized steel. The impeller blades with an aereofoil profile in polypropylene and the aluminium hub, direct connection to the motor. Asynchronous three phase, monophase, IP 55 motor class F. Manhole cover. 52 SILENZIATORI CILINDRICI SERIE SC/VIE - SCO/VIE CYLINDRICAL SILENCERS SC/VIE - SCO/VIE SERIES SC/VIE SCO/VIE I silenziatori cilindrici serie SCO/VIE e SC/VIE vengono utilizzati per l abbattimento del rumore negli impianti di condizionamento e ventilazione. Descrizione: corpo cilindrico in lamiera zincata con estremità dotate di inserti filettati, rivestimento interno con materiale fonoassorbente in lana di roccia densità 7 kg/m 3, rivestita in superficie da velovetro nero antisfaldamento classe di resistenza al fuoco M ZERO. La superficie interna del silenziatore è composta da rete microstirata. Prove di attenuazione eseguite secondo la normativa ISO 7235 presso il CETIAT di LIONE (Francia). La serie SCO/VIE, prevede l ogiva interna per aumentare l abbattimento del rumore. Le due serie SCO/VIE SC/VIE, prevedono tre lunghezze di cui: 1-1,5-2 volte il diametro interno. Applicazioni: la serie SC/VIE può essere fissata direttamente alle flange dei ventilatori elicoidali intubati serie VIE/A VIE/C sia in aspirazione, sia in mandata, lasciando quasi invariate le performances dei ventilatori sopraindicati. NB La serie SCO/VIE (con ogiva), necessita dell installazione di un canale circolare di uguale sezione interna dei ventilatori elicoidali, con lunghezza minima di un diametro, posizionato tra il silenziatore ed il ventilatore, sia in aspirazione, sia in mandata, inoltre il silenziatore SCO/VIE, avendo un maggiore smorzamento della rumorosità, purtroppo genera delle perdite di carico aggiuntive all impianto, in funzione alle portate d aria (vedere grafico relativo ai ΔP (Pa) di ogni grandezza). Description: galvanized steel cylindrical body with threaded insert on the extremity, inside covering with the purpose to allow the effectively action of the sound proof mattress in mineral wool density 7 kg/m 3, covered with glass fibre, fire resistance class M ZERO. The inside part is made of micro stretched wire netting. Attenuation proof in accordance to ISO 7235 by CETIAT laboratory in Lyon (France). The series SCO/VIE, is full of inside ogive to decrease the noise. The series SCO/VIE SC/VIE are available in three versions: 1-1,5-2 times the inside diameter. General uses: the series SC/VIE may be fixed to the flanges of helical fans series VIE/A VIE/C, both in inlet and outlet without changing the fun performance. For the SCO/VIE (with ogive), installation is necessary to foresee a duct length of minimum one diameter to be inserted between the silencer itself and the fan moreover the silencer SCO/VIE, has a better noise cut, so it makes more charge losses to the plants depending on the air flow.
