6 CAPPA DA CUCINA SICUREZZA - Non cucinare alla fiamma sotto la cappa - Utilizzando delle friggitrici è necessario controllare costantemente perché l olio surriscaldato potrebbe incendiarsi. - Prima di procedere a qualsiasi operazione di pulizia scollegare l apparecchio dal collegamento elettrico sfilando la spina o agendo sull interruttore generale. - Nel caso in cui nella stanza vengono utilizzati simultaneamente sia la cappa che altri apparecchi, che emanano fumi, non alimentati da energia bisogna provvedere ad aerare il locale. - Evitare fornelli accesi liberi (non utilizzati) - Limitare l uso della cappa a ciò che è stata progettata: abbattere gli odori di cucina; non utilizzarla per altri impieghi. - E consigliabile di far funzionare la cappa poco prima di procedere a qualsiasi operazione di cottura e lasciarla in funzione dopo la cottura per almeno 15 minuti e comunque fino a quando ogni odore non sia scomparso. - Utilizzare solo ed esclusivamente un panno umido e detersivo liquido neutro. - Evitare panni e spugne bagnate, getti d acqua, diluenti, solventi,alcol e sostanze abrasive. - Prima di procedere a qualsiasi operazione di manutenzione scollegare l apparecchio dal collegamento elettrico sfilando la spina o agendo sull interruttore generale. - Non collegare lo scarico dell apparecchio a condotti di carico dei fumi prodotti da combustione alimentata da energia diversa da quella elettrica. - La distanza minima di sicurezza tra il piano di cottura a gas e la cappa è di 650mm. - Un uso corretto senza rischi si ottiene quando la depressione massima del locale non supera i 4Pa. - Appendere saldamente alla parete il corpo cappa, tenendo sempre presente che la distanza tra il piano di cottura ed il sotto della cappa non deve essere inferiore a 65cm, utilizzando le viti in dotazione. - Verificare che la tensione di rete sia adeguata a quella richiesta per l alimentazione della cappa come indicato sulla targhetta applicata all interno dell apparecchio. - Questo apparecchio non è inteso per uso di persone (inclusi bambini) con ridotte capacità fisiche, sensoriali o mentali, o senza esperienza e conoscenza, a meno che abbiano ricevuto istruzioni relativamente all uso dell apparecchio e siano controllati da una persona responsabile per la loro sicurezza. I bambini dovrebbero essere controllati in modo da assicurare che non giochino con l apparecchio. - Il locale deve disporre di sufficiente ventilazione quando la cappa da cucina è utilizzata contemporaneamente ad altri apparecchi che impiegano gas o altri combustibili. - Esiste la possibilità di incendio qualora le operazioni di pulizia non vengano effettuate secondo quanto indicato nelle istruzioni. - ATTENZIONE: Le parti accessibili possono diventare molto calde quando viene utilizzato il piano di cottura. 6

7 Pulizia - Utilizzare solo ed esclusivamente un panno umido e detersivo liquido neutro. - Evitare panni e spugne bagnate, getti d acqua,diluenti,solventi, alcol e sostanze abrasive. - E necessario pulire la cappa almeno una volta al mese. AVVERTENZA Prima di procedere a qualsiasi operazione di manutenzione scollegare l apparecchio dal collegamento elettrico filando la spina o agendo sull interruttore generale. Introduzione Queste istruzioni sono state progettate per illustrare i particolari tecnici della vostra cappa e per farvi conoscere il suo uso. Poiché queste istruzioni riguardano più di un modello di cappa, può essere fatto riferimento a componenti che non fanno parte della cappa che si sta installando. La cappa deve essere usata per scaricare i vapori e gli odori della cucina fuori dall abitazione. I raccordi che convogliano l aria possono variare da paese a paese. Ci riserviamo il diritto di modificare il prodotto senza alcun preavviso sempre con l'obiettivo di miglioramenti. ISTRUZIONI PER L INSTALLAZIONE GENERALITA La cappa deve essere montata sul piano di lavoro e permette un installazione della stessa a sinistra, destra o dietro il piano di cottura (Fig.1, 2, 12). Può essere utilizzata in versione Aspirante e Filtrante. Installazione La cappa deve essere installata a una distanza minima fra il piano di cottura e la superficie inferiore della cappa fissata a 700 mm. Per un corretto funzionamento della cappa si consiglia di non montare piani di cottura più larghi di 70cm. Prima di forare o tagliare il piano di lavoro, si deve controllare se la posizione scelta per il montaggio della cappa sia possibile con l ingombro del motore (Fig.1,2,3,12) sotto il piano di lavoro e le dimensioni della cappa. Oltre alla posizione della cappa è poi possibile variare anche il montaggio della scocca (Fig.1,2) potendola girare di 90. Se la cappa viene usata in versione aspirante, dovrà essere praticata un uscita aria sul muro del diametro di Ø160mm. Prima di forare il muro assicurarsi che non venga danneggiata nessuna tubazione. In caso di assenza di una tubazione di scarico all esterno per la versione aspirante, prevedere di far uscire l aria dal mobile. La confezione viti è adatta al fissaggio della cappa su un piano di lavoro con uno spessore da un min di 30 mm ad un max di 60 mm. Verificate le avvertenze precedenti, posizionare la dima di foratura in dotazione ed eseguire 12 fori di diametro 8 mm ed una apertura coma da dima (Fig.5). Fissare il box motore con con 2 viti M6x60 e 2 rondelle (Fig.6). Collegare il cavi che escono dal braccio di sostegno alle connessioni che fuoriescono dal box motore (Fig.7). Fissare il braccio di sostegno con 8 viti M6x60 (Fig.8), mentre la cappa con 4 viti M5x15 (Fig.9). Collegare i cavi che escono dalla cappa alle connessioni del braccio di sostegno (Fig. 10), coprire la base del braccio con i coperchi inox in dotazione (Fig.11). 7

8 Attenzione: Il locale deve disporre di sufficiente ventilazione quando la cappa da cucina è utilizzata contemporaneamente ad altri apparecchi che impiegano gas o altri combustibili. Versione aspirante Utilizzare preferibilmente un tubo Ø150mm oppure Ø125mm possibilmente flessibile e tubo. Collegare la tubazione di evacuazione aria (la tubazione per il collegamento aspirante non è fornita dal produttore) alla condotta esterna e fissarlo con una fascetta stringi tubo. Non montare i filtri a carbone attivo. Versione filtrante (venduta separatamente) Il filtro carbone attivo non è rigenerabile quindi deve essere sostituito almeno una volta ogni due mesi. Collegare il tubo flessibile con una fascetta stringi tubo all uscita del blocco motore. Prevedere un apertura nella parte bassa del mobile per far uscire l aria aspirata. Smontare i filtri alluminio, infilare il filtro carbone nella sede e fissarlo con la vite in dotazione(fig.4). Connessione elettrica alla rete Verificare che la tensione di rete sia adeguata a quella richiesta per l alimentazione della cappa come indicato sulla targhetta all interno dell apparecchio. Montare sul cavo una spina a norma adeguata al carico da sopportare oppure, nel caso di collegamento diretto alla rete, interporre tra la rete e l apparecchio un interruttore bipolare a norma e di potenza adeguata. Controllo funzionale: verificare l accensione del motore nelle varie velocità e l illuminazione. Lampada di ricambio La cappa monta lampade alogene, fare attenzione a non toccarle con mano quando si sostituiscono. Utilizzare un panno di protezione per evitare un contatto diretto con la pelle che potrebbe rendere la lampada inutilizzabile. Rimuovere il vetro facendo leva con un giravite, Rimontare una lampada di uguali caratteristiche poiché una di maggiore potenza può danneggiare seriamente l impianto elettrico. Filtro antigrasso metallici DDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD E necessario lavare i filtri almeno una volta al mese in acqua calda e detersivo domestico, possono essere lavati anche in lavastoviglie. Uso della cappa E consigliabile di far funzionare la cappa poco prima di procedere a qualsiasi operazione di cottura e lasciarla in funzione dopo la cottura per almeno 15 minuti e comunque fino a quando ogni odore non sia scomparso. 10 CHIMNEY HOOD NNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN SAFETY - Do not cook on the flame under the hood - When using fryers, constantly be careful as the overheated oil might catch fire. - Before starting any cleaning operation disconnect the appliance from the power supply removing the plug or acting on the master switch. - In case of contemporaneous use of both the hood and other appliances exhaling fumes and not fed by energy, the room must be ventilated. - Do not leave burners burning freely (unused) - Limit the use of the hood to what it has been designed for: remove cooking smells; do not use it for other purposes. - It is recommended to operate the hood just before starting any cooking operation and to leave it running after cooking for at least 15 minutes and in any case until all smells have vanished. - Use a damp cloth and neutral washing liquid only. - Avoid wet cloths and sponges, jets of water, diluents, solvents, alcohol and abrasive substances. - Before starting any maintenance operation disconnect the appliance from the power supply removing the plug or acting on the master switch. - Do not connect the exhaust pipe of the appliance to inlet ducts for the fumes produced by burning fed by energy other than the electrical one. - The minimum safety distance between the gas hob and the hood is 25 "19/32 (650mm). - Riskless use is obtained when the maximum depression of the room does not exceed 4Pa. - Hang the hood body to the wall securely, always considering that the distance between the hob and the bottom of the hood must not be lower than 65cm, using the screws supplied. - Make sure the mains voltage is suitable for supplying the hood with power as shown on the plate inside the appliance. - This appliance is not intended for use by people (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision and instruction concerning the use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance. - The room must be sufficiently ventilated when the chimney hood is used contemporaneously with other appliances burning gas or other combustible materials. - There may be risk of fire if cleaning is not carried out according to what is specified in the instructions. - WARNING: The accessible parts can become highly hot when the ho bis used. 10

11 Cleaning - Use a damp cloth and neutral washing liquid only. - Avoid wet cloths and sponges, jets of water, diluents, solvents, alcohol and abrasive substances. - The hood must be cleaned at least once a month. WARNING Before starting any cleaning operation disconnect the appliance from the power supply removing the plug or acting on the master switch. Introduction The purpose of these instructions is to explain the technical details of your hood and its use. Since these instructions concern more than one hood model, they may refer to components that are not part of the hood that is being installed. The hood must be used to exhaust cooking fumes outside the room. The air connections can vary from country to country. We reserve the right to modify the product without any notice, still aiming at improving the appliance. INSTRUCTIONS FOR INSTALLATION GENERAL INFORMATION The hood must be installed on the work top and can be installed on the left, on the right or behind the hob (Fig.1, 2, 12). It can be used in Exhausting and Filtering versions. Installation The hood must be installed at a minimum distance between the hob and the lower surface of the hood fixed at 700 mm. For the proper operation of the hood it is recommended not to install hobs wider than 70cm. Before drilling or cutting the work top, check whether the position chosen for installing the hood is possible with the overall dimension of the motor (Fig.1,2,3,12) under the work top and the dimensions of the hood. Besides the position of the hood it is possible to change the installation of the frame (Fig.1,2), turning it by 90. If the hood is used in exhausting version, an air outlet must be made on the wall with a diameter of Ø160mm. Before drilling the wall, take care not to damage pipes. If there is no exhaust pipe outside for the exhausting version, arrange for the air outlet from the wall unit. The screw package is suitable for fixing the hood on a work top with thickness from 30 mm to maximum 60 mm. Check the previous instructions, position the drilling template supplied and make 12 holes with diameter of 8 mm and an opening as per template (Fig.5). Fix the motor box with 2 screws M6x60 and 2 washers (Fig.6). Connect the cables coming out of the support arm to the connections coming out of the motor box (Fig.7). Fix the support arm with 8 screws M6x60 (Fig.8) and the hood with 4 screws M5x15 (Fig.9). Connect the cables coming out of the hood with the connections of the support arm (Fig. 10), cover the arm base with the stainless steel covers supplied (Fig.11). 11

12 Attention: The room must be sufficiently ventilated when the cooker hood is used together with other appliances burning gas or other fuels. Exhausting version Preferably use a pipe Ø150mm or Ø125mm, if possible flexible and hose. Connect the air exhaust piping (piping for the exhausting connection is not supplied by the manufacturer) to the external conduit and fix it with a pipe clamp. Do not install activated charcoal filters. Filtering version (sold separately) The activated charcoal filter cannot be regenerated, therefore it must be replaced at least once every two months. Connect the flexible pipe with a pipe clamp to the motor lock output. Arrange for an opening in the lower part of the wall unit to let the exhausted air out. Remove the aluminum filters, insert the charcoal filter into the housing and fix it with the screw supplied (Fig.4). Electrical connection to the mains Make sure the mains voltage is suitable for supplying the hood with power as shown on the plate inside the appliance. Mount on the cable a compliant plug suitable for the load to be taken or, in the case of direct connection to the mains, arrange a compliant suitable bipolar switch between the mains and the appliance. Functional control: check the motor ignition in the various speeds and the lighting. Spare lamp The hood uses halogen lamps, mind you do not touch them with your hands when replacing them. Use a protection cloth to avoid direct contact with the skin, which could make the lamp unusable. Remove the glass putting a screwdriver under it. Mount a lamp having the same characteristics as a more powerful one lamp can damage the electrical system seriously. Metal anti-grease filter VBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBB It is necessary to wash the filters at least once a month with hot water and detergent. They can also be washed in the dishwasher. Use of the hood It is recommended to operate the hood just before starting any cooking operation and to leave it running after cooking for at least 15 minutes, and in any case until all smells have vanished. 14 DUNSTABZUGSHAUBE SICHERHEITSHINWEISE - Unter der Dunstabzugshaube nicht mit offener Flamme kochen - Bei Benutzung von Frittiergeräten ist es notwendig diese ständig unter Kontrolle zu halten, da das überhitzte Öl sich entzünden könnte. - Trennen Sie vor jeglichen Reinigungsarbeiten das Gerät von der Stromversorgung durch Herausziehen des Steckers oder Betätigung des Hauptschalters. - Sollten im Raum gleichzeitig die Haube und weitere Geräte, die Dämpfe abgeben und nicht durch elektrischen Strom gespeist werden, verwendet werden, muss der Raum gelüftet werden. - Vermeiden Sie es, das Kochfeld (ungenutzt) eingeschaltet zu lassen - Beschränken Sie den Einsatz der Abzugshaube auf das Vorgesehene: Verhinderung von Kochgerüchen; verwenden Sie sie nicht für andere Zwecke. - Es ist empfehlenswert, die Abzugshaube kurz vor dem Kochvorgang einzuschalten und diese nach dessen Ende mindestens 15 Min. weiter zu betreiben, d.h. bis alle Gerüche verschwunden sind. - Verwenden Sie ausschliesslich ein feuchtes Tuch und neutrale flüssige Reinigungsmittel. - Vermeiden Sie nasse Tücher und Schwämme, Wasserstrahlen, Lösungsmittel, Alkohol und Scheuermittel. - Trennen Sie vor jeglichen Reinigungsarbeiten das Gerät von der Stromversorgung durch Herausziehen des Steckers oder Betätigung des Hauptschalters. - Auf keinen Fall darf das Abluftrohr der Abzugshaube an ein Rohr angeschlossen werden, das zur Entlüftung von Geräten verwendet wird, die an eine andere Energiequelle als an Strom angeschlossen sind. - Der Sicherheitsmindestabstand zwischen der Gaskochfläche und der Abzugshaube beträgt 650 mm. - Ein richtiger Einsatz ohne Risiken liegt vor, wenn der maximale Unterdruck im Raum 4 Pa nicht überschreitet. - Hängen Sie das Gehäuse der Abzugshaube fest an der Wand auf, wobei immer zu beachten ist, dass der Abstand zwischen dem Kochfeld und der Unterseite der Abzugshaube nicht geringer als 65 cm sein darf. - Überprüfen Sie, ob die Netzspannung ausreichend ist und der für die Speisung der Abzugshaube gemäss den Angaben auf dem Typenschild im Inneren des Gerätes entspricht. - Die Verwendung dieses Gerätes ist Personen mit reduzierten körperlichen, sensorischen und geistigen Fähigkeiten (sowie Kindern) oder Personen, die keine Erfahrung im Umgang mit Elektrogeräten haben, nicht erlaubt, ausser, wenn Sie von erwachsenen Personen, die für ihre Sicherheit verantwortlich sind, angewiesen und beaufsichtigt werden. - Der Installationsort der Dunstabzugshaube muss über eine ausreichende Belüftung verfügen, wenn gleichzeitig andere Geräte verwendet werden, die mit Gas oder anderen Brennstoffen betrieben sind. - Bei Nichtbeachtung der in der Bedienungsanleitung angegebenen Wartungsanweisungen grosse Brandgefahr besteht. - ACHTUNG: Zugängliche Teile können beim Gebrauch mit Kochgeräten heiss werden. 14

15 Reinigung - Verwenden Sie ausschliesslich ein feuchtes Tuch und neutrale flüssige Reinigungsmittel. - Vermeiden Sie nasse Tücher und Schwämme, Wasserstrahlen, Lösungsmittel, Alkohol und Verdünnungs-, Lösungs- und Scheuermittel. - Die Abzugshaube muss wenigstens einmal im Monat gereinigt werden. WARNUNG Trennen Sie vor jeglichen Reinigungsarbeiten das Gerät von der Stromversorgung durch Herausziehen des Steckers oder Betätigun des Hauptschalters. Einführung Die folgenden Anweisungen sollen Sie mit Ihrer Dunstabzugshaube und ihrer Bedienung vertraut machen. Da die folgenden Anweisungen mehrere Modelle Ihrer Dunstabzugshaube beschreiben, können Teile erwähnt werden, die nicht der Haube gehören, die gerade installiert wird. Die Haube dient zum Ableiten der Küchengerüche bzw. dünste nach aussen. Die Abluftröhre haben bestimmte Eigenschaften, die von dem Landgesetz festgelegt sind. Wir behalten uns das Recht vor, die technischen, funktionellen und ästhetischen Merkmale des Produktes zu verändern, damit es mit der technischen Weiterentwicklung Schritt hält. HINWEISE ZUR INSTALLATION ALLGEMEINES Diese Abzugshaube ist für eine Installation an der Wand über der Arbeitsfläche und links, rechts oder hinter dem Kochfeld vorgesehen (Abb. 1, 2, 12). Die Haube kann zum Filtern oder zum Absaugen der Luft eingesetzt werden. Installation Der Mindestabstand zwischen der Kochfläche und dem unteren Teil der Abzugshaube muss 700 mm betragen. Für einen korrekten Betrieb der Haube sind Kochfläche nicht zu installieren, die breiter als 70 cm sind. Bevor Sie die Kochfläche bohren oder schneiden, prüfen Sie, ob die ausgesuchten Installationsstelle mit dem Motor unter der Arbeitsfläche (Abb. 1,2,3,12) möglich ist.. Auch die Installation des Gehäuse kann verändert werden (Abb. 1,2), indem sie um 90 gedreht wird. Sollte das Gerät mit Abzugsvorrichtung montiert werden, ist eine Luftabzugsöffnung vom Ø160mm an der Wand vorzubereiten. Vergewissern Sie sich, dass beim Bohren keine Leitungen beschädigt werden. Wenn die Luft nicht nach aussen geleitet werden kann, muss die Luft durch eine in dem Möbelstück angebrachte Öffnung geleitet werden. Die Packung Schrauben dient zur Befestigung der Haube über einer Arbeitsfläche mit einer Dichte von min. 30 mm und max. 60 mm. Nachdem die oben angegebenen Voraussetzungen geprüft worden sind, positionieren Sie die mitgelieferte Schablone und die 12 Bohrungen vom 8 mm Durchmesser durchführen (Abb. 5). Das Motorgehäuse mit 2 Schrauben M6x60 und 2 Scheiben befestigen (Abb. 6). Die Kabel aus dem Halterungsarm mit den Anschlüssen vom Motorgehäuse verbinden (Abb. 7). Den Halterungsarm durch 8 Schrauben M6x60 (Abb. 8) und die Haube durch 4 Schraube M5x15 (Abb. 9) befestigen. Die Kabel aus der Haube mit den Anschlüssen des Halterungsarmes verbinden..(abb. 10), den Untersatz des Armes mit den mitgelieferten rostfreien Deckeln decken (Abb. 11). 16 Achtung: Der Installationsort der Dunstabzugshaube muss über eine ausreichende Belüftung verfügen, wenn gleichzeitig andere Geräte verwendet werden, die mit Gas oder anderen Brennstoffen betrieben sind. Abluftbetrieb Bei Abluftbetrieb kann die Haube wahlweise mittels Rohr oder Schlauchr (Ø150mm oder Ø125mm) an die Aussenrohrleitung angeschlossen werden. Das Rohr mit geeigneten Rohrschellen fixieren. Das hierzu erforderliche Material wird nicht mitgeliefert. Eventuell vorhandene Aktivkohlefilter entnehmen. Umluftversion (separat erhältlich) Die Aktivkohlefilter sind nicht wiederverwertbar und müssen spätestens einmal im Monate ausgewechselt werden. Das Rohr mit geeigneten Rohrschellen am Ausgang der Motoreinheit fixieren. Die Abluft wird durch eine unten angebrachte Öffnung in dem Möbelstück zurück in den Raum geleitet. Die Metall-Filter ablegen, den Aktivkohlefilter einsetzen und ihn mit der mitgelieferten Schraube befestigen (Abb. 4) Elektroanschluss Überprüfen Sie, ob die Netzspannung ausreichend ist und der für die Speisung der Abzugshaube gemäss den Angaben auf dem Typenschild im Inneren des Gerätes entspricht. Ein Normstecker mit den auf dem Typenschild angegebenen Werten muss an das Kabel angeschlossen werden.
