2 ENGINEERING & MANAGEMENT Nata nel 1951 come Studio Professionale di Ingegneria, PROGER è stata costituita in forma societaria nel 1983 ed oggi rappresenta una delle maggiori realtà Italiane nei servizi di ingegneria, con caratteristiche che la connotano come Ingegnere Generale, in grado di proporre un approccio globale per la progettazione integrata ed il management di interventi nei diversi settori. PROGER, grazie al know how acquisito ed all esperienza maturata, è in grado di offrire ai propri clienti Servizi Multidisciplinari di Engineering e Management.

La struttura interna è organizzata in Business Unit con l obiettivo di valorizzare le competenze specialistiche delle proprie risorse creando veri e propri poli interni di eccellenza. Ogni B.U. ha un proprio direttore (responsabile della gestione operativa e del conto economico della stessa) ed un proprio organigramma funzionale. 7 IL CONSORZIO PROGER ENNESYS La società ha promosso e consolidato una rete di rapporti con aziende altamente specializzate, con capacità e prerogative complementari a quelle di Proger dando vita ad ENNESYS (ENgineering Network SYSstem), un consorzio di storici partner tecnici di Proger. Obiettivo dichiarato di questa strategia è proprio quello di complementare le capacità e le prerogative endogene di Proger dimensioni credits leadership di progetto con quelle dei Soci/Partners, veri e propri Poli Esterni costituiti da esperti nelle diverse discipline e specializzati nei vari settori dell ingegneria.
