4 1 Introduction The management of ENPALS under UniEmens introduces a new XML branch which is handled by a new report. In this note, SAP delivers the new report with the necessary customizing to allow customers to be compliant with this new branch. 1.1 New branch <PosSportSpet > A brand new branch is introduced in the management of ENPALS under UniEmens: Dal 1 aprile 2013 il flusso UNIEMENS è integrato con una nuova sezione denominata <PosSportSpet> che conterrà i dati delle denunce contributive relative alle aziende del settore Sport e Spettacolo. Restano invariate le regole vigenti per la trasmissione del flusso UNIEMENS quali, a titolo esemplificativo, i tempi e le modalità di trasmissione, i soggetti abilitati alla trasmissione, le ricevute di avvenuta presentazione della denuncia. In particolare, si sottolinea come il termine per la presentazione delle denunce mensili delle imprese tenute all assolvimento degli obblighi contributivi IVS verso le Gestioni ex ENPALS sia uniformato a quello già in vigore per la generalità dei datori di lavoro che si avvalgono del flusso UNIEMENS. Pertanto, il termine per la presentazione delle denunce contributive dei lavoratori dello Spettacolo e dello Sport professionistico, attraverso il flusso XML ovvero la procedura on-line, è fissato all ultimo giorno del mese successivo a quello del periodo di competenza cui la denuncia medesima si riferisce. Nel caso in cui detta data coincida con il sabato o con un giorno festivo, il termine per la presentazione delle denunce è prorogato al primo giorno successivo non festivo. 8 3 New classes The following new classes were created: CL_HRPAYIT_UNIESP_EMPLOYEE and CL_HRPAYIT_UNIESP_CONTROLLER. The class CL_HRPAYIT_UNIESP_EMPLOYEE was extended from the class CL_HRPAYIT_UNIEM_EMPLOYEE and the following methods were redefined: - PROCESS_SPLITS - EXPORT_RESULTS - CREATE_UEDIR The class CL_HRPAYIT_UNIESP_CONTROLLER was extended from the class CL_HRPAYIT_UNIEM_CONTROLLER and the following methods were redefined: - BUILD_LOG - CHECK_ENTE_BY_T596IJ - GET_DAQ 4 Reports 4.1 RPCUESI0 report The new report called RPCUESI0 was created due to support the management of ENPALS under UniEmens. This new functionality does not have the DM10 grouping and neither the ELIMINA and RETTIFICA options SAP AG Version 1 Document date 03/07/2013 P a g e 8

The selection screen is composed by the employee number field, also you have the date selection field, which will correspond to the month that you want to generate the UniEmens.

In both clusters the key fields of Sports section: group (CODGROUP) and activity (ACTIVITY) were included. 6 HRPAYIT_UNIESP BAdI A new BAdI was created called HRPAYIT_UNIESP. It s is composed by a method called CHANGE_UEBP_TAB which is the responsible for the filling of the key fields: Group<CodiceGruppo> and Activity<NumeroAttivita>. 7 Employee selection For this purpose we created a new contribution body called ENPALS. A new entry must be created in the Contribution Indicator table (T5ITCS) with the body ( ente ) ENPALS SAP AG Version 1 Document date 03/07/2013 P a g e 10

11 The main information will be taken from the infotype 0154 and regards the social insurance data of the employee. Based on this information we will look at the table T5ITCS to collect which body is relevant for the employee, the feature UNIE0 (parameter T5ITCS) will be used to determine which node of UniEMENS will be created.
