I CARATTERISTICHE TECNICHE TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS CARACTERISTIQUE TECHNIQUE è un programma direzionale realizzato con due tipologie di piani: melaminico con MDF e vetro trasparente. Le strutture sono in metallo a gambe singole. SCRIVANIE VETRO: disponibili nelle forme rettangolari ed ovali, in 2 dimensioni nella forma rettangolare 80x90 h73 cm e 20x90 h73 cm e in 2 dimensioni nella forma ovale 200x00 h73 cm e 250x20 h73 cm. I piani sono realizzati in vetro temperato hanno lo spessore di 2 mm e sono disponibili in vetro trasparente. SCRIVANIE LEGNO: disponibili nelle forme rettangolari ed ovali, in 2 dimensioni nella forma rettangolare 80x90 h74 cm e 20x90 h74 cm e in 2 dimensioni nella forma ovale 200x00 h74 cm e 250x20 h74 cm. I piani in melaminico sono da 2 mm sommati ad una piana MDF da 23mm e hanno un bordo incollato al piano con colla poliuretanica che non lascia tracce visibili. ELEMENTO ALLUNGO LATERALE E TAVOLO DI SERVIZIO LEGNO: disponibile in forma rettangolare e in un unica dimensione 90x60 h74 cm. Il piano riporta le stesse caratteristiche fisiche ed estetiche dei piani scrivania in melaminico. STRUTTURE METALLICHE INFINITY: è composta da quattro piedi tubolari in acciaio conificato con piedini terminali regolabili (nelle piane più grandi viene fornita anche una trave metallica che oltre a rafforzare la stabilità del piano, può consentire il passaggio e il contenimento dei cavi). Tutte le parti metalliche sono cromate lucide o verniciate a liquido con finitura opaca. Le colorazioni disponibili sono: Cromata lucida o Bianca. The melamine tops are 2 mm with a MDF top of 23 mm and they have a border glued with an invisible polyurethane glue. LATERAL EXTENTION ELEMENT AND WOOD MULTIFUNCTION TABLE: available in rectangular shape in a single dimension 35,43 x 23,62 h29,3. The top have the same physical and aesthetical characteristics of the melamine desk tops. METALLIC STRUCTURE INFINITY: it s composed of 4 tubular feet in cone-shaped steel with adjustable footpads (on the executive model, a metal beam is also supplied which not only reinforces top stability, but can also be also used for passing and containing wiring). All the metal parts are glossy chromium-plated or painted with liquid unpolish aluminium colour. The available colours are: Polished chrome and. Les plateaux en mélamine sont de 2 mm additionné à un plateau MDF de 23mm ont un chant collé au plateau avec une colle poliuretanique qui ne lâche pas de traces visibles ELEMENT RALLONGE LATERAL ET TABLE DE SERVICE BOIS: disponible en forme rectangulaire et dans une dimension unique 90x60 h74 cm. Le plan ont les mêmes caractéristiques physiques et esthétiques des bureaux laqués. STRUCTURES METALLIQUES INFINITY: elle est composée de quatre pieds tubulaires en acier avec des petits pieds terminaux réglables, dans les plans plus grands il y a aussi une poutre métallique qui au-delà à renforcer la stabilité du plan, elle peut permettre le passage et la limitation des câbles. T.V.A.) et ils peuvent être modifiés à tout moment, selon le jugement sans appel du Vendeur. - Le Vendeur se réserve la faculté d apporter aux produits toute modification technique et esthétique, sans obligation de préavis. - Les propositions de commandes sont subordonnées à l acceptation du Vendeur. - Les délais de livraison déclarés sont toujours à titre indicatif et ils n engagent en aucun cas le Vendeur. - La non livraison due à des causes de force majeure ou à la non observation de la part du client des délais de paiement et/ou à tout autre motif ne donne lieu à aucune forme d indemnisation ou de dédommagement. - Tout défaut ou anomalie relevés sur le produit au moment de la livraison et représentés, par exemple, par des ruptures, des rayures ou des coups doivent être contestés immédiatement à travers une note rédigée sur le document de transport ; si un contrôle immédiat ne peut pas être effectué sur la marchandise au moment de son déchargement, on retient acceptable sur les documents la note AVEC RESERVE DE CONTROLE. La contestation éventuelle doit être effectuée dans tous les cas, dans les 7 (sept) jours solaires de la date de livraison résultant des documents de transport ou de vente. - Même en cas de contestation immédiate, les paiements ne peuvent pas être interrompus. - Le retard de paiement, même d une seule échéance, donne droit au Vendeur de réclamer le paiement intégral avec les intérêts moratoires dans la mesure de l EURIBOR augmenté de 7 (sept) points et de résoudre tous les contrats en cours. - Sont considérés valables tous les paiements effectués directement au Vendeur et/ou au fonctionnaire autorisé par ce dernier. - La marchandise demeure propriété du Vendeur jusqu à son solde intégral (art. 523 et suivants du c.c. ). - Les rendus ne sont pas acceptés sauf sur autorisation préalable, les rendus seront évalués au prix payé seulement à condition qu ils résultent en parfait état, autrement ils seront crédités à la valeur reconnue selon le jugement sans appel du personnel technique préposé par l Entreprise. - Les dépliants en circulation ont un caractère purement illustratif, par conséquent il est conseillé d interpeler le Vendeur pour plus d informations. - A tout effet de loi et pour tout différend dérivant du rapport, le tribunal compétent est exclusivement celui de Pesaro. - La Société garantit ses produits contre tout défaut de matériau ou de fabrication sur une période de 2 (deux) ans à compter de la date de livraison avec exclusion de la détérioration liée à l usage normal ou des défauts produits par le client ou par l utilisateur; dans tous les cas, cette garantie est conditionnée par les mesures contenues dans le document Conditions Générales de garantie disponible aussi sur le site internet www.dellarovere.it. - Ne pas abandonner les produits et les matériaux pour l emballage dans la nature, mais contacter l organisme spécialisé dans la récupération des déchets. 44
