Informazioni sul montaggio guarnizioni PTFE Attrezzo M56A per il montaggio delle guarnizioni per pistone in PTFE. Copre una gamma di diametri da 40 a 1000 mm fase 1 fase 2 Inserimneto dell'oring in cava Assicurandosi che l' oring non si attorcigli. Inserire la fascetta in PTFE nella parte di cava sootostante e con le due fasce fare scivolare la stessa in cava. Per facilitare l'allargamento della fascetta si puo' riscaldarla per aumentarne la malleabilità. fase 3 fase 4 Posizionare la fascia esattamente ad avvolgere la fascetta, la guarnizione deve essere perfettamente speculare con la cava dove dovrà essere alloggiata. Il collare può essere eseguito in vari conpaund a base PTFE o Polietilene, la molla energizzante con vari tipi di acciaio. Nelle applicazioni alimentari si preferisce l'uso del collare in Polietilene ad alta densità molecolare molla in AISI,nel canale contenete la molla viene inserito del gel al silicone per riempire ogni possibile interstizio onde evitare il deposito di prodotto nel canale stesso. Tali guarnizioni ammettono la sanificazione con soda caustica al 3% e per brevi trattamenti vapore a 120 C.
