POLAR/E PREMIUM: SOLUZIONE UNIVERSALE La nuova macchina automatica è rivolta a qualsiasi filatura senza distinzione di tipologia di filatoio, con o senza levata automatica. Il trend dell automazione si sta rapidamente diffondendo, anche in quei contesti dove generalmente il processo a monte è ancora gestito in modo manuale e produce spole non specificamente favorevoli per una gestione automatizzata. Questa nuova roccatrice Savio rappresenta una soluzione universale, quindi la risposta perfetta, per quelle filature intenzionate ad investire in roccatrici free standing, flessibili ed ad alta efficienza. Investire in questa macchina completamente automatica significa poter contare su un alta capacità produttiva, essendo la macchina dotata di elevata capacità di carico - per alimentare fino a 72 teste -, di 3 possibili stazioni di ricerca bandolo, oltre della Backup Station, stazione assolutamente necessaria per evitare il ricorrente intervento dell operatore. POLAR/E PREMIUM: UNIVERSAL SOLUTION This new fully automatic machine is addressed to any spinning mills, no matter the type of ring spinning frames, if with or without automatic doffing. The trend to the automation is widely spreading around, also in those textile environments where generally the upstream process is still managed in a manual way, and consequently the spinning bobbins would not be specifically favorable for an automatic handling. This new Savio winder represents the universal solution and the perfect reply for those mills looking to invest in a flexible and highly efficient free standing winder. The investment on this full automatic winder model, means to achieve the maximum production output, being the machine able to have the highest actual feeding capacity, with the highest number of winding heads (up to 72 positions) served by up to three end finder stations, in addition to the back up station which is absolutely necessary to avoid recurring operator intervention. 2 3

POLAR/E PREMIUM DATI MACCHINA: Capacità di carico fino a 3000 spole/ora: un nuovo sensore ottico legge il profilo delle spole, un getto d aria le rinvia alternativamente a due distributori rotanti che le orientano per il loro inserimento nel piattello. Capacità di caricamento copre fino a 72 teste di roccatura. La potenzialità è cresciuta grazie al caricamento doppio alternato della spola sul piattello. Le stazioni di ricerca bandolo sono state studiate per gestire spole prodotte da ogni tipo di filatoio (con o senza levata automatica). La progettazione della macchina è stata inoltre focalizzata sulla posizione delle stazioni di ricerca bandolo, per ottimizzare la distribuzione delle spole. Le stazioni, situate lungo il corpo macchina, consentono la corretta funzionalità di alimentazione e una distribuzione equilibrata delle spole. La loro posizione, essendo separata dal circuito principale di spole/piattelli, non influenza affatto l efficienza del sistema. La macchina viene fornita di serie con due stazioni di ricerca, ma a seconda delle esigenze di produzione, può essere aggiunta una terza stazione come optional. Un grande aiuto per garantire la massima efficienza del processo di roccatura è dato dalla Backup Station, che riprocessa tutte le spole che eventualmente ritornano dalle testine in quanto mal conformate, con resti di filato, con allarmi tecnologici (valori del filato fuori-standard). La stazione è in grado di preparare nuovamente la spola con alta efficienza, grazie a addizionali dispositivi di ricerca bandolo, e/o rimuovere la porzione di filato difettoso, in caso di allarme tecnologico. Ogni volta che una spola viene scartata, il tag di identificazione posizionato nel piattello ne registra la causa. Movimenti diversificati e specifici sono possibili grazie al sistema di identificazione, incorporato nella macchina e nel piattello. Il riprocesso automatico di queste spole, non richiedendo nessun intervento manuale, comporta una riduzione del numero di operatori di sala. Pulitrice tubetti (optional): i tubetti con rimanenze di filato sono puliti da una efficiente pulitrice tubetti e reinseriti nel circuito. Sistema Duo Lot: nel caso sia necessario lavorare due differenti lotti di filato sulla stessa macchina, due rinfuse possono alimentare le loro sezioni dedicate. POLAR/E PREMIUM FACT SHEET: Feeding bobbins capacity up to n 3000 per hour: a new highspeed optical scanner reads the profile of the bobbins, while an air jet system distributes them between the two rotating high-speed peg loaders. The system is the fastest available and permits the loading rate for feeding up to 72 winding heads: the innovative twin sorting delivers two bobbins simultaneously. End finder stations: End finder stations are designed to handle bobbins produced on any type of ring frame (with or without Autodoffer). The machine design has been focused on the layout of the end finder stations to optimize the bobbin distribution along the machine. Each station serves the winding heads placed in the same dedicated sections; consequently an evenly and balanced bobbins distribution to the whole machine is guaranteed. Minimum distance between feeding and spindles is important in case of long machines. The machine comes with two end finder stations as standard; but according to the requirement of the process the machine can be delivered with a third end finder station. Backup station: a great help to ensure the highest efficiency of the winding process is given by the Backup station, which is able to re-processes all those bobbins rejected by spindles or/and by the end finder stations for different reasons: bad shaped bobbins, bobbins with yarn remnants, technological alarms (off-standard quality yarn values).whenever a bobbin is rejected, the reason for the rejection is recorded onto a ID tag embedded in each and every peg. The dedicated slow- moving and intelligent sorting cycle permits to reach a very high efficiency, with the result that manual bobbins reprocessing by the operator is no longer required. Bobbin tube stripper (optional): any yarn remnants on tube will be removed by the efficient stripper. Perfectly clean tubes can consequently be returned to spinning room. Duo lot system: in case customer needs to process two different lots on same machine, two hoppers can feed their dedicated winding sections accordingly. SISTEMA SPECIALE DI ALIMENTAZIONE DUO LOT SPECIAL DOUBLE LOT FEEDING SYSTEM La roccatrice automatica POLAR/E PREMIUM può essere fornita anche con il sistema di alimentazione DUO-LOT, che permette di lavorare due differenti lotti di filato contemporaneamente sulla stessa macchina. In questo caso, la macchina è dotata di due rinfuse indipendenti, ciascuna di esse alimenta la propria sezione di testine. La soluzione delle stazioni di ricerca bandolo indipendenti incorporate nella macchina, permette di suddividere l alimentazione dei lotti di filato verso le sezioni dedicate di roccatura. Inoltre, per garantire la massima flessibilità al sistema, per macchine lunghe 72 teste, sono disponibili su richiesta fino a 4 stazioni di ricerca bandolo. The POLAR/E PREMIUM fully automatic winder can be also provided with a DUO-LOT feeding system, allowing the process of two different bobbin lots contemporaneously on same machine. In this case the machine is equipped with two independent hoppers, each of them feeding the dedicated winding sections accordingly. The solution of the independent end finder stations, embedded on the frame, allows the possibility to split the feeding of both lots to the winding heads selected sections. Furthermore, in order to guarantee the maximum flexibility of the system, even with a long machine up to 72 positions, total n 4 end finder stations are also available. MOIST AIR SPLICER Il nuovo splicer Mesdan Moist Air mod. 6901 è stato sviluppato per rispondere in maniere adeguata alle richieste del mercato per nuove fibre e filati. Lo splicer Moist Air impiega acqua nebulizzata con aria, perfezionando ulteriormente la qualità della giunzione di filati Tencel, Modal e di filati di cotone fini compatti. Si comporta molto bene anche con filati elastomerici, avendo la capacità di controllare le code di filato (inclusa l anima elastomerica) per una giunta perfetta. A new Mesdan splicer Moist Air mod. 6901 has been developed to properly match markets requirement for new fibers and yarns. Moist Air splicer inject a small quantity of moisture to the compressed air, enabling to obtain excellent results on Tencel & Modal, very fine compact yarns, and coarse fancy yarns. It suits very well also for elastic core yarns, having the capability to control the yarn tails (including the elastomeric core), and have the proper joint accordingly. 8 9

The Chinese firm has invested US$ 300 million to build the yarn production factory on an area of 40 ha. A cluster of four production units will be set up in the first and second phases of the project. On completion, these units will annually produce 92,000 tons of cotton and synthetic yarn, fabrics and other products. The construction of two more production units will be taken up in the third phase, which is scheduled to be completed by 2017. These two units will have a total production capacity of 46,000 tons per year. SAVIO AT ITMA ASIA+CITME SHANGHAI, CHINA 16-20 JUNE 2014 I cinque giorni di ITMA ASIA+CITME 2014 si sono conclusi con successo al New International Exhibition Centre di Shanghai il 20 giugno 2014: circa 100.000 visitatori da 102 paesi, 80% dei quali era cinese, il 20% dalle principali economie mondiali, ovvero India, Giappone, Sud Corea, Indonesia e Turchia - un aumento del 7% rispetto la partecipazione registrata all edizione del 2012. La superficie totale di ITMA ASIA+CITME 2014 ha superato i 150.000 metri quadri sparsi su 13 hall, ad oggi il più grande evento, con 1600 espositori da 28 Paesi. La fiera è stata inaugurata dalla visita presso lo stand Savio della delegazione presieduta da Wang Tiankai, Presidente del CNTAC (China National Textile & Apparel Council). Nei cinque giorni di manifestazione, Savio è stata lieta di accogliere molti visitatori, tra cui importanti clienti dalla Cina, India, Indonesia, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Corea del Sud, Thailandia, Malesia, Mongolia, Uzbekistan, Turchia, Iran, Egitto, Sud Africa, Argentina, Brasile, Est Europa. Grazie al successo dell edizione 2014, rimane alto l interesse per il prossimo show. L edizione 2016 si terrà a Shanghai presso il nuovo National Convention and Exhibition Centre nel distretto di Hongqiao dal 24 al 28 ottobre 2016. The five-day ITMA ASIA+CITME 2014 concluded successfully at the Shanghai New International Exhibition Centre on 20 June 2014. It received enthusiastic response, attracting visitor ship of around 100,000 from 102 economies - an increase of 7 per cent over the attendance recorded at the 2012 show. The total gross exhibition area at ITMA ASIA+CITME 2014 exceeded 150,000 square metres and spanned 13 halls, making it the largest combined show to date. There were almost 1,600 exhibitors from 28 economies taking part in the five-day show. Some 80 per cent of the visitors were from China. Over twenty per cent of the visitors were from overseas, the top economies being India, Japan, Taiwan, South Korea, Indonesia and Turkey. On June 16th we have also had the honor to welcome the important visit of Mr. Wang Tiankai, President of CNTAC (China National Textile & Apparel Council) to the stand. Savio has been happy to welcome many visitors at our booth. Important customers visited us from China, India, Indonesia, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Korea, Thailand, Malesia, Mongolia, Uzbekistan, Turkey, Iran, Egypt, South Africa, Argentina, Brazil, Eastern Europe. Thanks to the successful staging of the 2014 exhibition, interest is high for the next show.
