CONDIZIONI GENERALI DI VENDITA ORDINI SPEDIZIONI RESI MERCI Tutti gli ordini devono essere inviati per iscritto (telefax, o e-mail) oppure tramite servizio e-commerce attivo on line sul sito http://ecommerce.autoclima.com Tutto il materiale è spedito in porto assegnato. La merce viaggia a rischio e pericolo dell acquirente. Avarie, mancanze o danni occorsi durante il trasporto devono essere contestati al corriere. Ogni reclamo per merce ricevuta e non conforme all ordine deve essere notificato per iscritto entro 10 giorni dal ricevimento. I resi merce per annullamento ordini o errori nella formulazione dell ordine dovranno essere resi in PORTO FRANCO (quindi spese di trasporto a carico del cliente) all Autoclima S.p.A. previa ns. autorizzazione scritta (modulo 119), siglata dal Responsabile Magazzino Parts Division, a seguito di Vostra specifica richiesta. La merce quindi dovrà viaggiare a spese del cliente, accompagnata dal modulo di autorizzazione (modulo 119) e dal D.D.T. di reso per controllo garanzie. Ribadiamo che se non vi saranno allegati tali moduli la merce non potrà venire accettata da Autoclima S.p.A. e verrà quindi restituita al mittente. Per la merce resa, qualora accettata per errore di ordinazione da parte del cliente, verrà applicata una riduzione forfettaria del credito del 20% a copertura delle spese di gestione, controllo e rimessa in stock. PAGAMENTO Il termine di pagamento preferenziale è Contrassegno. Ogni ritardo di pagamento genererà automaticamente la sospensione delle consegne ed ogni altro servizio o prestazione in corso. Senza pregiudizio alle azioni legali che Autoclima S.p.A. intenderà perseguire, verrà inoltre applicato un interesse del 2% mensile, sull ammontare del valore dovuto, calcolato dalla data di scadenza alla data dell effettivo pagamento. GARANZIA La garanzia è valida per il periodo di 1 anno a partire dalla data di vendita, sui seguenti prodotti: Sistemi di recupero, riciclo, vuoto e carica per gas refrigerante; tutte le parti meccaniche che presentino evidenti difetti di produzione. Non è prevista invece, alcuna forma di garanzia per : Compressori; componenti elettrici. Ogni applicazione di garanzia decadrà qualora si riscontrasse un cattivo impiego dei nostri prodotti, quali per esempio installazioni non corrette, manomissioni dei particolari, omissioni di manutenzione e qualsiasi altra forma di negligenza da parte dell installatore o dall utente. L Autoclima S.p.A. non si assume alcuna responsabilità per danni causati dall utilizzo improprio dei nostri prodotti.

GENERAL SALES CONDITIONS ORDERS DELIVERY RETURN OF GOODS Only orders received in written form will be taken into consideration (by telefax, e-mail) or through our on-line shop available on the internet website http://ecommerce.autoclima.com All goods are delivered in ex-works. Any risk or damage occured during transportation are on customer s charge. Any request for missing parts or damages must be reverted to the shipping agent. Claims for goods apparently not in compliance with orders must be notified by writing within 15 days after the receipt. Return of goods for order cancellation or mistakes in ordering must have a previous written confirmation from AUTOCLIMA (Form 119), duly signed by the Parts Division Warehouse Responsible, further to your specific request. Goods will be returned to AUTOCLIMA free of transport costs and in their full integrity, with the aforesaid authorisation form (119) and the return note for the relevant warranty control. In case of lack of the above mentioned forms, no goods will be accepted by AUTOCLIMA S.p.A. and sent back to the customer. For the returned goods, in case it has been accepted for customer s mistake in the order, AUTOCLIMA will apply a 20% reduction on credit value to recover operating costs, goods check-up and stock replacing. PAYMENT The preferred payment is cash in advance. Any payment delay will authomatically stop deliveries and any other service requested at that period. Without prejudice to other AUTOCLIMA s rights, the company will charge an interest of 2% monthly, on the amount of the overdue account, worked out from the expired date up to the date of effective payment. WARRANTY The following products have a 12 months warranty from the invoicing date: Systems for refrigerant recovery, recycling, vacuum and injection; any mechanical item showing actual manufacturing faults. The warranty does not cover: Compressors; electrical components. Furthermore the warranty does not cover defects due to: wrong installation, unlogical usage, alteration or modification of the various parts, lack or wrong maintenance and installers and end users negligence. AUTOCLIMA S.p.A. is free from any legal responsability for damages due to improper utilization of the products.
