u L ASPETTO INGANNA. O MEGLIO, RISER- VA UNA SORPRESA. Alla definizione propulsione ibrida associamo inevitabilmente le linee un po massicce e rassicuranti degli yacht che finora hanno proposto tale configurazione, yacht disegnati per navigazioni lente e tranquille, all insegna del risparmio energetico. Al contrario, le linee dell ISA 140 Hybrid Silver Wind di Andrea Vallicelli richiamano fortemente quelle della fortunata serie ISA 120, scattanti, fluide, aerodinamiche, tipiche di uno yacht veloce e sportivo e in effetti questo modello ripropone l utilizzo degli idrogetti KaMeWa che, accoppiati a motori MTU 16V 4000 M93, consentono allo yacht di raggiungere la velocità di 32 nodi. La sorpresa sta nella presenza di due motori elettrici Siemens da 125kW ciascuno che, alimentati dai generatori, possono sostituire totalmente i due motori Mtu e spingere lo yacht in modalità elettrica, silenziosa e a basso impatto ambientale, alla velocità di 8 nodi. I generatori sono del tipo a velocità variabile e consentono l erogazione della quantità di energia effettivamente necessaria in relazione ai consumi di bordo in quel dato momento. Ma le novità sotto il profilo tecnologico non finiscono qui. In timoneria è stato installato un I-Bridge di Team Italia, una plancia integrata con touch screen sulla quale sono riportati tutti i dati di navigazione, controllo motori, generatori, totalmente personalizzata, che utilizza le tecnologie Transas all avanguardia nelle strumentazioni di navigazione con la possibilità di visualizzare la cosiddetta realtà aumentata. La nave ha anche un sistema attivo di abbat- Un unica rete wireless che copre tutta l imbarcazione gestisce undici ipad, Airplay e internet. IN THE MASTER CABIN THERE ARE FOUR ANC DEVICES ABLE TO CREATE A SILENT BUBBLE IN THE WHOLE ROOM. timento del rumore, ANC - Active Noise Cancelling, sviluppato da VideoWorks che rileva il rumore ed emette un onda acustica con frequenza opposta. Sempre VideoWorks ha curato l integrazione dei sistemi audio-visivi e la domotica di bordo. Il sistema comprende anche Airplay, un software che consente agli ospiti di accedere ai propri contenuti multimediali (foto, video, musica) in modalità wireless. Silver Wind ha un disegno armonioso e coerente caratterizzato da scafo snello, prua slanciata e una fascia nastriforme che collega la sovrastruttura allo specchio di poppa inglobando le finestre del ponte superiore e, nella parte poppiera, la struttura delle scale che portano dal ponte principale al ponte superiore. La livrea argentea aggiunge un tocco sofisticato e sottolinea le linee sportive dello yacht. Valentina Zannier dello studio Nuvolari Lenard ha sviluppato il progetto degli interni conferendo all insieme degli spazi abitativi grande coerenza stilistica. La preziosità dei materiali, la scelta dei colori, la raffinatezza del design dei dettagli decorativi non sfuggono all attenzione di chiunque salga a bordo di Silver Wind. Due essenze si contendono la scena: noce canaletto con dettagli in ebano lucido sul ponte principale e legno di rosa sul ponte inferiore. Pelli esotiche, sete di Un elemento decorativo di grande effetto è rappresentato dalle piastrelle in foglia d oro decorate a mano, realizzate dalla ditta Sicis di Ravenna, che rivestono il testaletto e il cielino della cabina vip. SCHEDA TECNICA// PERFORMANCES AND DETAILS Hermes, mosaici Bisazza, marmi Rosa Portogallo, Cipollino Greco, Macauba azzurro impreziosiscono ambienti comuni e aree private. Il salone è diviso in tre aree principali, pranzo, conversazione, TV e occupa la parte centrale del ponte principale, seguito da una luminosa cabina armatoriale collegata al bagno che si sviluppa su un livello leggermente inferiore. Dalla cabina armatoriale, una scala porta ad una palestra privata/ sala massaggi sul ponte inferiore. Questo ambiente può anche essere considerato l accesso o il beach club privato dell armatore poiché è dotato di un portellone che si trasforma in terrazzo sul mare. Sempre sul ponte inferiore ci sono tre cabine per gli ospiti, tra cui una sontuosa Vip, la cabina del comandante e gli alloggi dell equipaggio. La cucina, collegata al salone tramite una scala dedicata, è sul ponte inferiore. La timoneria si trova su un mezzo ponte e gode di ottima visibilità. Il ponte superiore, ampio e parzialmente protetto dall arco dei radar e, all occorrenza da un tendalino, offre tutte le comodità per godere della vita all aria aperta: piscina, ampio prendisole, divani e area pranzo servita da un bar. u APPEARENCES CAN BE DECEIVING. Thanks to a specific Siemens device the Mtu engines can also work as shaft generatos. the lines of the ISA 140 Hybrid Silver Wind by Andrea Vallicelli bear a strong resemblance to the very popular ISA 120 series: its dynamic, fluid, streamlined profile is typical of speedboats. In fact, this model also uses KaMeWa waterjets which, coupled with MTU 16V 4000 M93 engines, allow this yacht to reach speeds of up to 32 knots. What is surprising is that she also has two 125kW, generator-fed Siemens electric engines, that can entirely replace the two MTUs, allow her to travel exclusively on electrical power silent and environmentally friendly at speeds of 8 knots. The variable-speed generators produce the right amount of energy effectively necessary to meet onboard energy needs at any given moment. But that s not all in terms of technological advancements. The helm station holds a Team Italia I-Bridge, a built-in, totally customizable dashboard featuring a touch screen displaying all the navigational data, based on cutting-edge Transas navigational instrument technology, including augmented reality visuals. The ship is also equipped with an active noisereducing system called ANC - Active Noise Cancelling - developed by VideoWorks which functions by identifying a sound and emitting an acoustic wave of the exact opposite frequency. VideoWorks is also behind the audio-visual and domotics systems on board. The system includes a software program known as Airplay, which allows guests to access to their own multimedia libraries (photos, videos, music) via wireless connection. Silver Wind s design is harmonious and sleek, keeping with the overall look of the craft itself, with its sporty prow and ribbon band wrapped around it linking the superstructure to the transom, encircling the upper bridge windows, and, at the stern, the stairway leading from the main deck to the sundeck. Her silvery sheen adds a touch of sophistication and highlights her sporty lines. Valentina Zannier from Studio Nuvolari Lenard designed the interiors with a consistent style linking all the living spaces. The quality of the materials, the color scheme, the refined decorative details are evident to all who venture on board the Silver Wind. Two colors dominate the scene: black walnut with ebony trim on the main deck and rosewood below. Exotic leathers, Hermes silk, Bisazza mosaics, Portuguese Rose, Cipollino Greco, and Blue Macauba marbles enrich both the common and private spaces. The living room is divided into three main areas, a dining area, a conversation area and a TV lounge and takes up the central part of the main deck, followed by a luminous master cabin whose en-suite bath is situated a few steps down. Some stairs lead from the master cabin to a private gym/ massage room on the lower deck. This area can also be seen as an accessway to the owner s private beach area since it is outfitted with a hatch that folds down to transform into a beach terrace. Still on the lower deck, we find three guest cabins, including a sumptuous VIP cabin, as well as skipper and crew quarters. The galley, linked to the living room via its own staircase, is also located below. The helm station is situated on its own half deck and offers excellent visibility. The ample sun deck, partially shaded by the radar arch and by an awning available, offers every comfort for enjoying the open air: swimming pool, large sunbed, sofas and dining area with a wet bar.
