Planning and tooling production for thermoplastic materials and injection Silcon Plastic, leading company in its field, has been working since 1986 above all in the ambit of the production of components for the frame industry (85%), realizing parts for the most important Italian and foreign manufacturers and granting to the customer a good flexibility and high technical know-how. Dal 2002 l Azienda ha unificato le sue 5 dislocazioni nello stabilimento in Zona Industriale a Forno di Zoldo: una struttura di 4.100 mq. in grado di ospitare razionalmente i vari reparti ed offrire ai 90 dipendenti un luogo di lavoro ospitale e sano. Nella nuova sede trovano spazio: a) l ufficio tecnico e l officina per la costruzione di stampi per iniezione 15 addetti; b) il reparto stampaggio con 75 presse da 20 a 80 tonnellate 35 addetti; c) i tre reparti finitura: burattatura, galvanica, controllo qualità 25 addetti; d) il magazzino materie prime, prodotto finito e spedizione 7 addetti; e) gli uffici amministrativi e gestionali 8 addetti. In year 2002, the Company unified its 5 workshops in one factory placed in the industrial estate of Forno di Zoldo: 4.100 square meters building able to house, in a rational way, the different departments and to offer to the 90 employees a hospitable and healthy workplace. In the new plant there are: a. technical department and workshop for the manufacture of injection tooling 15 employees; b. production department with 75 injection presses from 20 to 80 tons 35 employees; c. three finishing departments: tumbling, galvanic and quality control 25 employees; d. raw materials store, finished parts store and shipment department 7 employees; e. offices 8 employees;
