Il pranzo e la cena si potranno consumare presso il Tennis Club Milano A. Bonacossa, previo ritiro del buono pasto da ritirare presso l' ufficio giocatori. HOSPITALITY All players in main draw and their official coaches (one for the boys and one for the girls team) are entitled to receive hospitality which will commence from the day before the tournament starts up to and including elimination from tournament. Lunch and dinner will be consumed at TCM after collecting a meal voucher from the Players Office. Il tabellone verrà compilato alla chiusura del sign-in. Il sign-in del doppio deve essere effettuato entro le h. 12.00 di lunedì 20 Maggio 2013. SIGN-IN Sign-in for the qualifying round must be completed not later than 18.00 on Friday 17.05. After that time the order of play will be drawn up. Sign-in for doubles must be completed by 12.00 Monday 20.05. TRANSPORTATION il servizio trasporti dall' Hotel al Circolo verrà effettuato tutte la mattine con partenza dall'hotel alle ore 7.00. Gli orari dei viaggi a/r saranno comunicati dalla Direzione del Torneo. TRANSPORTATION Transport to and from the tournament hotels will be laid on every morning from 07.00 onwards. The tournament organizers will communicate the timetable. CAMPI DI ALLENAMENTO saranno disponibili da venerdì 17 Maggio 2013 presso il Tennis Club dalle ore 9.00 alle ore 20.00. Devono essere riservati dall'ufficio Giocatori seguendo l'ordine di gioco. E' possibile riservare un secondo turno di allenamento solo dopo l'esposizione dell'orario di gioco. PRACTICE COURTS are available form Friday 17.05 at the club from 09.00-20.00. They may be booked at the Players Office in accordance with the order of play. It is possible to book a 2nd practice round after order of play has been communicated. PALLE PER ALLENAMENTO
sono disponibili presso l'ufficio Giocatori a trenta minuti dall' inizio dell' allenamento e devono essere restituite subito dopo l'allenamento. Possono essere ritirate versando una cauzione di Euro 10,00 che saranno rimborsate alla restituzione delle palle. PRACTICE BALLS are available at the Players Office 30 minutes before practice and must be returned immediately after. A 10 deposit is required which will be refounded upon returning the balls. PALLE BABOLAT ROLAND GARROS è la palla ufficiale del Torneo. TOURNAMENT TENNIS BALLS USED Babolat Roland Garros are the official tounament balls. ORARIO DI GIOCO sarà esposto presso l'ufficio Giocatori e in albergo verso le ore 18.00. MATCH ORDER OF PLAY will be displayed in the Players Office and in the hotels at around 18.00 the previous evening. SERVIZIO ACCORDATURE RACCHETTE Il servizio accordature racchette sarà a disposizione all'interno del Circolo, ogni giorno dalle ore 9.00 a partire da venerdì pomeriggio. RESTRINGING RACQUETS This service is available within the club from Friday afternoon and thereafter from 09.00 each day. SERVIZIO MEDICO E MASSAGIATORE Il Servizio medico e il massaggiatore saranno disponibili per tutta la durata del Torneo. Il Servizio può essere richiesto presso l'ufficio giocatori. MEDICAL ASSISTANCE AND MASSAGE SERVICE
Medical assistance and a masseur will be available throughout the whole tournament. Please address to the Players Office. DEPOSITO BORSE I giocatori devono lasciare le borse nel deposito borse situato vicino all'area giocatori. I bagagli verranno custoditi dallo staff. Non devono essere lasciati in nessun altro luogo del Circolo. Alla consegna della borsa verrà rilasciata una contromarca che dovrà essere restituita per il recupero del bagaglio. Il Tennis Club non si assume nessuna responsabilità per eventuali perdite o mancanze. Il servizio è gratuito. Le borse trovate abbandonate all'interno del Club verranno recuperate e portate al deposito borse. BAG STORE A free bag storage service is offered to players. The deposit is near the players area. Bags may not be left elsewhere in the club and if they are, will be removed and stored in the deposit. Players depositing bags will receive a numbered ticket which must be presented in order to collect the deposited bag. TCM does not accept responsability for any damage or missing items. RISTORANTE SELF-SERVICE Il ristorante self-service sarà aperto per pranzo dalle ore 12.00 alle ore 15.30 e per cena dalle ore 18.30 alle ore 21.30 da domenica 19 maggio 2013 a Domenica 26 Maggio 2013. I giocatori del tabellone principale possono richiedere i buoni pasto ogni mattina presso l'ufficio assistenza giocatori a partire da domenica 19 maggio 2013. SELF-SERVICE RESTAURANT The self-service restaurant serves lunch from 12.00-15.30 and dinner from 18.30-21.30 as from Sunday 19.05 until Sunday 28.05.
