Combicut DJ/NC è configurabile con un sistema (opzionale) di scambio automatico dei piani di lavoro, che consente di predisporre fuori maccha la lastra da tagliare, prograandone lo schema di taglio, mentre la maccha sta tagliando un altra lastra e qudi di scambiare automatico i due piani di lavoro, aumentando così la produttività. Facile da condurre Combicut DJ/NC User-Friendly Combicut DJ/NC è gestita da una unità di governo a controllo numerico contuo (CNC) Siemens Sumerik 810D capace di controllare 4 assi e di terpolarne 3, e da un software di gestione evoluto e semplice da utilizzare, dotato di terfaccia userfriendly, visualizzato sul video touch-screen a colori. La consolle è dotata di joysticks per movimentare modo tuitivo i vari assi di lavoro motorizzati. Il software dotazione base alla maccha permette: il disegno a bordo maccha dei pezzi da produrre con forma poligonale l importazione dei pezzi da realizzare (anche con sagome curvilee) formato DXF; il posizionamento a video dei pezzi da realizzare su di una sagoma di forma rettangolare predefita; la gestione automatica del taglio combato disco diamantato/waterjet funzione dei pezzi da realizzare e alla loro posizione sulla lastra. Software di ottimizzazione e gestione ordi Se dotata di questo speciale software (opzionale), Combicut DJ/NC decide automatico come disporre sulla superficie della lastra i pezzi da tagliare funzione degli ordi da evadere caricati a sistema, ottimizzando così automatico lo sfruttamento della superficie.
