Edizione 2006 Commento alla Mostra 4 edizione del Genovamineralshow! La 4 edizione del Genovamineralshow che quest anno e stata organizzata a metà Maggio nella ormai consueta sede dei Magazzini del Cotone con un notevole sforzo organizzativo che è stato premiato dal successo di pubblico sia collezionisti che visitatori che hanno contribuito al successo della manifestazione panoramiche del Porto Antico
In questa edizione l organizzazione ha cercato di porre particolare attenzione alla qualità degli espositori e conseguentemente del materiale proposto, cercando di miscelare in maniera omogenea e non eccedere per tipologie di materiale esposto. Un ringraziamento particolare agli amici del Gruppo Mineralogico Coop A.Negro che si sono prodigati nell'aiutarci a pubblicizzare l'evento e inoltre hanno presentato nuovi ritrovamenti liguri per la prima volta quali la Poppite e la scheuchzerite. Anche la presenza dell' Istituto Gemmologico Ligure ha contribuito a completare l'offerta esposta con dimostrazioni e illustrazione del calendario corsi. Infine anche il Museo Paleontologico Maini di OVADA ha allestito una stand didattico prodigandosi in varie spiegazioni ai numerosi visitatori.

Dai paesi piu classici quali Pakistan ed Afghanistan un ottima selezione di minerali gemmosi classici accompagnata da una selezione di minerali di fessura alpina quali brookiti e soprattutto anatasi in un ampia scelta. Molto interessanti alcuni cristalli violacei gemmosi di scapolite. Come ad ogni mostra non potevano mancare un assortimento di minerali cinesi di varia dimensione e prezzo in particolare fluoriti verdi, quarzi e bariti, sfaleriti ed inesiti.
