Gli alunni impegnati nelle attività mattutine di lunedì 9 e giovedi 12 aprile sono: Tutti gli alunni delle classi 3ª, 4ª e 5ª A SSO e 4ª e 5ª A PTS Gli alunni Sharon Minchilli, Federico Vallese e Alessio Ciccone della classe 3ª A IPAI Gli alunni dell ITC Alessandro Carullo 4ªA FM, Noemi Di Nenno 5ª A AT, Giuliano Subashi, Denis Berisha, Ludovica Gialloreto, Sara Galasso, Silvia Costantini, Giulia Di Deo classe 4ª A AT.

2 Il personale ATA nelle persone di Carlo Petrella e Moreno Dell Arciprete e il collaboratore addetto al piano dell aula magna dell IPIA. Nelle attività pomeridiane saranno impegnati i seguenti docenti: prof.ssa Romina Marchesani, prof,ssa Alessia Lotti e prof. Luigi Polidoro. I seguenti docenti saranno impegnati dalle ore 8:30 nell attività di accoglienza e nei workshop legati al progetto in oggetto con gli alunni delle tre classi seconde della Scuola Secondaria di primo grado di Fonte Grande: prof.ssa Francesca Del Tirolo, prof.ssa Liliana Ciarrocchi, prof.ssa Lina Sciascio e prof.teodoro Vinciguerra. Al termine dei laboratori raggiungeranno l Aula Magna dell Istituto e relazioneranno in merito ai lavori prodotti. 5 Programme Erasmus+ OPEN YOUR ARMS FOR WHO NEED THEM Meeting in Ortona, Italy 9 th 13 th April 2018 Saturday 7 th April 2018 Arrival of the Romanian delegation at Aeroporto d Abruzzo. The Italian teachers will be at the airport waiting for you. Transfer to Ortona. Allocation of students and teachers Sunday afternoon/evening, 8 th April 2018 Arrival of the Bulgarians at FCO airport at 8:35. Transfer by Prontobus from the airport, outside Terminal 3 at 10:00 and arrival to Pescara at about 13:25. The Italian teachers will be at the bus stop waiting for you. (20 per person) Transfer by cars to Ortona. Allocation of students and teachers. Arrival of the Turkish delegation at FCO airport at 13:45. Transfer by Prontobus from the airport, outside Terminal 3 at 16:00 and arrival to Ortona at about 19:40. (20 per person) The Italian teachers and students will be at the bus stop waiting for you. Marconi Ortona Welcome from the Italian Delegation Presentations from Italy Presentations from Turkey Coffee break Presentations from Bulgaria Presentations from Romania In the morning we will have three classes of students of the Lower Secondary School that from 8:30 in the morning will be working with three teachers of the school on the topics of the project and they will talk about the works they produced during the presentations. (Dissemination) 13:00 Lunch time at La Rustica (about 12 ) / 15:00 Visit to the Town Hall (Meeting with the Mayor of Ortona, Mr Leo Castiglione) 16:30 Free Time 20:00 Dinner at Cristiano (menù a la carte) Tuesday, 10 th April :35 The teachers will pick you up in front of the hotel 5:45 Meeting point at Porta Caldari to take the bus to Naples 9:30 Arrival to the city of Naples Guided tour of about three hours to the most important places of the city 13:00 Free lunch and free time 16:30 Departure to Ortona 20:00 Arrival and free dinner (The cost of the excursion to Naples is about 20 per person with the guide in English included)

7 Wednesday, 11 th April :00 Meeting in front of the hotel Visit to the Volunteering Association of Anffas in the town center and workshop with disables. The students will work with the disables on the manual production of paper. The workshop is totally free but it would be appreciable to make a free donation. The association will make a receipt of the amount of the donation.) Lunch at Iper (menù a la carte) Visit to the LEGA NAVALE ITALIANA sede di ORTONA. lnx.leganavaleortona.it/wp/ This is the National Day of the Sea so the Italian students will talk about the marine pollution and then there will be a boat trip along the Adriatic coast. 16:30 Free time 21:00 International evening at Iper Center with the performances of the students and teachers of the four delegations The dinner will be served during the show. You will be our guests for the dinner. Thursday, 12 th April :00 Meeting at school Presentations of Volunteers activities by the delegations. During the morning a class of about 15 African migrants will be with us and one or two of them will tell us their stories. Games about the topics of the project. 13:00 Lunch at La Rustica (about 12 ) 15:30 Visit to the town centre (Palazzo Farnese and Museo Farnese, Muba, Museo Tosti and Teatro Tosti, Enoteca regionale and Castello Aragonese) You can find these places on the net. 18:00 Free time Friday, 13 th April :40 Departure by bus to Venice 7:00 Arrival to the station of Mira and transfer by train to the city of Venice

8 Free day in the beautiful and enchanted city (Guided tour on request) 16:30 Trasfer by train from Venice to the station of Mira where the bus will wait for us. We will take the Turkish delegation to the airport of Marco Polo for their flight back home and the Bulgarian and Romanian delegations to Altieri Hotel. (The cost of the excursion to Naples is about 40 per person) Some changes of the programme could occur due to weather situation; contribution for museums and transport will be known later (not more than 10 per person)
