2 Istruzioni per la sicurezza I prodotti possono essere montati e installati solo da esperti qualificati e formati, rispettando tutte le disposizioni di sicurezza e le norme di legge applicabili. Utilizzare esclusivamente le parti e gli attrezzi indicati da Stäubli. I connettori non prodotti da Stäubli a cui possono essere innestati elementi Stäubli e che, a volte, vengono anche definiti dai produttori stessi «compatibili con Stäubli», non sono conformi ai requisiti di una connessione elettrica sicura e stabile nel lungo periodo e, per motivi di sicurezza, non devono essere innestati a elementi Stäubli. Stäubli declina quindi ogni responsabilità nel caso in cui tali connettori non approvati da Stäubli siano innestati a elementi Stäubli e provochino danni di qualsivoglia natura. I lavori qui descritti non possono essere eseguiti su parti sotto tensione o corrente. La protezione da scosse elettriche deve essere garantita nel prodotto finale (ovvero nel connettore correttamente configurato) e accertata dall utente. I connettori non possono essere staccati sotto carico. È consentito collegare e staccare i connettori sotto tensione. Prima dell utilizzo, il connettore deve essere esaminato visivamente per escludere qualsiasi difetto esterno (in particolare dell isolamento). In caso di dubbi sulla sicurezza dello stesso, vi chiediamo di consultare uno specialista o di sostituire il prodotto. I connettori sono impermeabili in conformità con la classe di protezione IP. Proteggere i connettori non utilizzati da umidità e sporco. I connettori sporchi non possono essere collegati tra loro. Ulteriori caratteristiche tecniche sono indicate nel catalogo del prodotto. In case of self-assembly, do not deviate from the preparation and assembly instructions as stated herein, otherwise Stäubli cannot give any guarantee as to safety or conformity with the technical data. Do not modify the product in any way. Connectors not originally manufactured by Stäubli which can be mated with Stäubli elements and in some cases are even described as Stäubli-compatible by certain manufacturers do not conform to the requirements for safe electrical connection with long-term stability, and for safety reasons must not be plugged together with Stäubli elements. Diametro cavi compreso tra 5,5 mm e 7,5 mm Tools required (ill. 1) Contact extraction tool CT-NET-AWZ ( ) (For repair purposes only). Cable preparation (ill. 2) Slip nut M and retaining ring Z in the indicated sequence onto the cable. Cable diameter: Min. 5,5 mm Max. 7,5 mm (ill. 3) Spelare l isolamento esterno del cavo per una lunghezza di 18 mm senza danneggiare la schermatura. Girare la calza sopra l isolamento del cavo e fissarla ad esso con nastro adesivo. Estrazione dei contatti Contact extraction CT-NET-AWZ D 9 (ill. 9) Inserire l Utensile di smontaggio CT- NET-AWZ dalla parte frontale nel inserto fino ad udire un click. Quindi con il punteruolo D spingere fuori il contatto. Montaggio dell inserto nel modulo portainserti (ill. 9) Insert the extraction tool CT-NET-AWZ from the front side into the contact slot until you hear a click. Then with the drift D push out the contact. Assembly of the contact inserts into the contact carrier (ill. 10) Spingere l anello di ritenuta Z sull inserto K. far combaciare la linguetta F con la zona piatta dell inserto. Place the leading part F over the flat area of the insert K. 10 (ill. 11) Rimuovere il nastro adesivo e tagliare la schermatura in modo che possa essere ripiegata sopra l anello di ritenuta per circa 3 mm. (ill. 11) Remove adhesive tape and cut the screening wires so that they can be layed approx. 3 mm over the retaining ring. 11 (ill. 12) Appoggiare la schermatura sull anello di ritenuta. (ill. 12) Lay the screening wires over the retaining ring. 12 Avvertenza: L anello di ritenuta deve stringere la parte finale dell isolamento del cavo. Note: In the end position, the retaining ring must clamp the outer cable insulation. (ill. 13) Spingere la bussola filettata M sopra l anello di ritenuta Z. (ill. 13) Push nut M over the retaining ring Z. 13 (ill. 14) Inserire il tutto nel porta inserti K. Controllare il corretto posizionamento della parte piatta. Serrare la bussola M e tenere allo stesso tempo il cavo per evitare qualsiasi rotazione. (ill. 14) Insert the whole unit in the contact carrier K. Ensure that the position of the flat part is correct. Tighten nut M while holding the cable to avoid any cable rotation. 14 Attenzione: Chiudere il dado manualmente (senza utensili). La filettatura visibile dopo il serraggio del dado dipende dal diametro esterno del cavo. Attention Tighten the nut only by hand (without tools). The amount of thread that is visible after tightening the nut depends on the outside diameter of the cable. 5 / 8

Attenzione Dopo la crimpatura e l assemblaggio nel porta-contatti, prima di effettuare la prima connessione assicurarsi che i contatti non siano danneggiati (piegati, rotti, ecc..) (ill. 15) Mount the second contact insert in the same way. The contact carrier is now ready to use.
