1 I diversi tipi di caffè made in Italy Il caffè è da sempre la bevanda più amata e più bevuta in tutto il mondo, quindi è normale ed ovvio che, nel tempo, tutte quelle persone, dalla spiccata creatività ed inventiva, abbiamo brevettato innumerevoli generi e varietà di caffè. Oltre alla semplice differenza di miscela, il caffè si diversifica anche per la lavorazione con cui viene preparato, gli ingredienti usati per esaltare il suo sapore ed il modo di servirlo. Sempre più spesso, entrando in un qualsiasi bar, restiamo disorientati per l enorme numero di diversi tipi di caffè a disposizione del nostro palato. Di seguito cercherò di elencarvi e descrivere i più conosciuti, comuni ed apprezzati tipi di caffè. 2 Caffè corto ( o ristretto ), espresso, però molto ridotto. Aroma molto forte, si trova quasi unicamente in Italia. Caffè lungo, si ottiene facendo scorrere dalla macchina, più acqua. Esso è considerato come caffè normale, classico in Paesi gli Stati Uniti e nell Europa centro-settentrionale. Caffè macchiato, si ottiene aggiungendo al caffè una piccola quantità di latte. Caffè schiumato, tipo di caffè macchiato in cui il latte aggiunto è caldo e ricco di schiuma. Caffè corretto, si ottiene aggiungendo al caffè espresso una dose di superalcolico, in genere grappa. Caffè Americano, un espresso in tazza grande, a cui viene aggiunto un 60% circa d acqua, calda o a temperatura ambiente. Caffè alla nocciola, caffè abbellito ed insaporita da deliziosa crema a base di nocciola Caffè al ginseng, caffè ottenuto con l aggiunta di estratti di ginseng, molto dolce. Caffè al ginseng, macchiato,con latte freddo o caldo Cappuccino, mix perfetto di latte e caffè, ideale per la prima colazione. Caffè shakerato, caffè con ghiaccio agitato nello shaker. In genere troviamo l aggiunta di deliziosa crema alla nocciola. Caffè d orzo, si definisce caffè in senso lato poiché non utilizza chicchi di caffè nella sua preparazione. Il tutto si ottiene attraverso l utilizzo dell orzo. Caffè d orzo, macchiato con latte caldo o freddo Caffè d orzo, con cioccolato ( cacao in polvere ) Caffè d orzo e Ginseng Marocchino, si prepara versando nel bicchierino di vetro prima la schiuma del latte e poi il caffè, spesso viene aggiunto anche del cioccolato o del cacao. Jamaican coffee, è come l Irish coffee, ma con il rum al posto del whiskey. Prima si ottiene un caffè dalla moka, poi, lo stesso caffè, lo si reinserisce nella caldaia della moka, si cambia il caffè nel filtro e lo si rifà.
