2 PW Plug & Weigh Il sistema Plug & Weigh nasce dall esperienza maturata nell ambito della pesatura applicata a sistemi computerizzati e soprattutto dalla necessità degli operatori di disporre di strumenti di pesatura flessibili, completi ed integrabili nella gestione non solo del punto di pesatura ma anche, desiderandolo, nella gestione aziendale. Il peso viene direttamente gestito, con valenza metrologica, su un personal computer. Plug & Weigh può gestire diversi punti di pesatura e, grazie alle proprie caratteristiche, può anche essere configurato come una vera e propria periferica del sistema informatico aziendale. I programmi sono stati progettati e sviluppati utilizzando linguaggi evoluti ed, accanto ai tre programmi base di serie, ossia pesa a ponte, piattaforma di pesatura e contapezzi, sono disponibili programmi speciali per particolari applicazioni. Il PC è libero da vincoli metrologici e quindi può essere liberamente utilizzato come una abituale postazione di lavoro. Plug & Weigh sostituisce il tradizionale apparecchio visualizzatore di pesatura offrendo prestazioni sino ad oggi impensabili per un terminale di pesatura. Plug & Weigh rivoluziona l idea della pesatura, la integra nella gestione della produzione, del magazzino, della compravendita, della logistica aziendale consentendo di risparmiare tempo, aggiungendo sicurezza al Vostro lavoro e facilitando l uso degli impianti di pesatura agli operatori. The system Plug & Weigh comes from our experience completed in the weighing field applied to computing systems and, especially, from the need of the operators to have weighing instruments which can be flexible, complete and integrable in a management system, not only from a weighing point of view but also in a more wide corporate system. The weight is directly handled, with a metrological value, on a small personal computer, light and with a suitable case. Plug & Weigh can manage several weighing points and can be also shaped as a device of the company data processing system. The software has been planned and developed using advanced programming languages and with the three standard programs, i.e. weighbridge, weighing platform and counting scale, are available other special programs for many kind of applications. In addition the PC can be used as a usual working station. Plug & Weigh substitutes the common weighing indicator offering inconceivable performances till now never fulfilled in a single weighing apparatus. Plug & Weigh upsets the concept of weighing, because integrates in the management of the production, of the warehouse, of the sales of the logistic, saving time and adding safety to your job and making easier the use of the weighing equipments to the operators.

3 PW Plug & Weigh - Weighbox La versione WeighBox del sistema Plug & Weigh è concepita per installazioni presso aziende che desiderano usare il proprio personal computer o acquistare personal computer con specifiche caratteristiche. Sul PC sarà possibile installare altri software consentendo un uso flessibile e versatile dello stesso, ed inoltre l assenza di vincoli metrici sul PC consente di utilizzare lo stesso come una abituale postazione di lavoro. Il sistema include l hardware WeighBox ed il software Plug & Weigh. La connessione fra la piattaforma di pesatura ed il PC può essere realizzata anche avvalendosi di WF il sistema di pesatura senza cavi, sviluppato da IBR. I software sono disponibili in versione pesa a ponte - bascula - contapezzi - peso/ prezzo/importo. The version Weighbox of the Plug & Weigh system has been imagined for installations in companies which want to use their own PC or want to buy a PC with specific features. In the PC it will be possible to install other software, allowing a flexible and versatile use of the same, moreover the absence of metrological obligations on the PC, allows to use it as an habitual position. The system includes the hardware Weighbox and the software Plug & Weigh. The link between the weighing platform and the PC can be made also using WF the cableless weighing system developed by IBR. The softwares are available in the version for weighbridges - weighing platforms counting/scales-price/amount weighing.

4 PW Plug & Weigh - take & Weigh La versione Take & Weigh del sistema Plug & Weigh include l hardware WeighBox, il software Plug & Weigh, ed un PC Ultramobile di ultima generazione. La grandezza dello schermo, la comoda tastiera alfanumerica e la compattezza del PC consentono un utilizzo comodo, pratico e sicuro. Inoltre sul Personal Computer è possibile installare altri software e quindi Take & Weigh può essere liberamente utilizzato per ogni tipo di attività e non solo come strumento dedicato alla pesatura. Take & Weigh può essere facilmente collegato a stampanti, terminali palmari, lettori di badge, lettori di TAG transponder, etichettatrici sia mediante cavi sia in wireless ed anche la connessione tra Take & Weigh e la piattaforma di pesatura può essere priva di cavi di collegamento avvalendosi di WF, il sistema di pesatura senza fili sviluppato da IBR. The Take & Weigh version of the Plug & Weigh system includes the WeighBox hardware, the Plug & Weigh software and an ultramobile PC of the last generation. The screen size, the easy alphanumeric keyboard and the PC compactness allow a comfortable, safe and practical use. In addition on the PC it is possible to install other softwares and therefore Take & Weigh can be freely used for any kind of activities and not only as an instrument leased only to the weighing. Take & Weigh can be easily connected to printers, palm terminals, badge readers, TAG transponder readers, labellers both with cables and with a wireless transmission and also the connection between Take & Weigh and the weighing platform can be cableless using WF, the cableless system developed by IBR.

5 PW Plug & Weigh - touch & Weigh La versione Touch & Weigh del sistema Plug & Weigh include l hardware WeighBox, il software Plug & Weigh, ed un PC Touch screen di ultima generazione, ultra piatto con l unità centrale integrata nello schermo. Vengono inoltre fornite una tastiera ed un mouse per l eventuale uso tradizionale. Sul PC è possibile installare altri software e sullo stesso non vengono apposti vincoli metrologici, quindi Touch & Weigh può essere liberamente utilizzato per ogni tipo di attività e non solo come strumento dedicato alla pesatura.
