La rassegna Internazionale Cinese d'arte Fotografica, organizzata dalla Associazione dei Fotografi delle Cina (CPA) è il più grande evento internazionale di fotografia, e quello con la storia più lunga in Cina. Dal 1981, la CPA ha organizzato 12 rassegne. Abbiamo ricevuto in totale circa opere da fotografi di 100 paesi e regioni di tutto il mondo. La rassegna Internazionale d'arte Fotografica cinese è ben nota nel mondo. La edizione 2009, n.13, della Cina International Photographic Art Exhibition" si terrà presso la città di Lishui, nella provincia di Zhejiang, in Cina il 28 novembre La Associazione dei Fotografi della Cina e il governo municipale di Lishui e della provincia di Zhejiang sinceramente invitano tutte le organizzazioni fotografiche, i fotografi professionisti e dilettanti e giovani fotografi provenienti da tutto il mondo a partecipare con le loro opere a questa "13th International Cina 2009 Mostra d'arte Fotografica". La rassegna Internazionale d'arte Fotografica della Cina è molto famosa nel mondo. "2009 Cina 13th International Photographic Art Exhibition" si terrà presso Lishui città, provincia di Zhejiang, in Cina nel novembre La mostra ha il patrocinio della FIAP (Federazione Internazionale d'arte Fotografica). Cina Associazione Fotografi e il governo municipale di Lishui, Zhejiang Province sinceramente invitano tutte le organizzazioni fotografiche, i fotografi professionisti e dilettanti e giovani fotografi provenienti da tutto il mondo a presentare le loro iscrizioni al "13th International Cina 2009 Mostra d'arte Fotografica". 1. Regolamento 1) L'obiettivo della mostra è quello di presentare la realizzazione di fotografia in questi anni in tutto il mondo, e promuovere i talenti di fotografia in diversi temi, stili e culture, al fine di promuovere lo scambio di arte fotografica tra i paesi nel mondo. 2)Opere precedentemente accettate a livello internazionale per mostre che sono state organizzate dalla CPA non sono ammissibili. 3) Le sezioni sono due (a), colori (b) bianco e nero. Circa 380 foto saranno selezionate per la mostra. Premi: (a) Colore: Medaglia d'oro FIAP 9 Medaglia d'argento FIAP 12 Medaglia di Bronzo FIAP 18 Nastro FIAP 24 (b), Bianco e Nero: Medaglia d'oro FIAP 3 Medaglia d'argento FIAP 5 Medaglia di Bronzo FIAP 7 Nastro FIAP 10

3 1) Il tema delle foto è libero. I partecipanti possono utilizzare qualsiasi metodo per creare o modificare le loro foto. 2) La dimensione di stampa: stampa generale, 10 pollici (25 centimetri) sul lato lungo. Foto quadrate: 8x8 pollici (20X20cm). Foto panoramiche 20inches (50 centimetri) sul lato lungo. Le foto non vanno montate. Il numero delle foto partecipanti è illimitato, non si accettano serie di foto. 3) Compilare il modulo di iscrizione. Indicare l autore, il nome e l'indirizzo, il titolo, la categoria e il numero di serie delle opere deve essere chiaramente leggibile e scritto in stampatello sul retro di ciascuna voce, corrispondente con il modulo di iscrizione. Tutte le opere inviate per posta, devono recare la la dicitura: Printed matter - Photographic works for China 13 th International Photographic Art Exhibition only, will be returned to sender No Commercial Value. (" stampe - materiale fotografico solo per la Cina 13th International Art Exhibition, verrà restituito al mittente - senza valore commerciale"). 6) Il modulo di iscrizione può essere scaricato dal sito web Associazione Fotografi Cina: 7) I fotografi esteri (non cinesi) possono inviare le foto in formato digitale per partecipare alla mostra. Si prega di inviare in alta risoluzione, in formato JPEG file, non meno di 2400 dpi sul lato lungo, e spedire insieme al. modulo di iscrizione alla casella del dipartimento collegamenti internazionali della Associazione ( gjbcpa@cpanet.cn, gjbcpa2@cpanet.cn). Nell oggetto della indicate il nome del partecipante + paese / regione. 8) QUOTA DI Iscrizione: gratuita 9) L'organizzatore si riserva il diritto di utilizzare LE FOTO PREMIATE per la promozione del concorso, pubblicità, e mostra senza pagamento in qualsiasi forma. 10) Tutte le opere pervenute saranno trattate con la massima cura, ma l'organizzatore non risponde per la perdita e la rovina o qualsiasi danneggiamento inaspettato delle opere durante il trasporto. 11) Resta inteso che l'autore nel presentare le sue opere alla mostra accetta le regole di cui sopra. L'autore sarà responsabile per i diritti sui ritratti, il diritto d'autore e diritti morali in questione nella sua opera. Se le opere mettono recano nocumento economico o cattiva reputazione al comitato organizzativo della mostra, tutte le responsabilità saranno considerate a a carico dall'autore. 12) Il risultato della valutazione sarà comunicato sul sito web della "La Cina Foto Stampa", "Popular Photography" e la rivista "cinese Fotografia". Sarà pubblicato il catalogo della mostra. 13) Tutti coloro che violano le norme non saranno giudicati. 14) La Cina 13th International Photographic Art Exhibition Comitato Organizzatore ha il diritto finale di selezione per la mostra.

4 2. Giuria Il giudizio della foto è basato sui principi di apertura, equità e giustizia. La giuria della mostra è costituito da almeno 11 fotografi ed esperti provenienti da tutto il mondo. Altri premi: 1) Special judge s Choice Award Ciascun giudice seleziona una stampa che piace di più in base alle sue concezioni estetiche. Si terranno in considerazione le stampe che di mostrano stile individuale e diversità. 2) Excellent Organise Work Award per la mostra A 10 organizzazioni saranno assegnati premi per il loro eccellente lavoro per organizzare la mostra. Altre spiegazioni: 1) We will invite the chairman of the organization(one person) which win the Excellent Organization Award come to Lishui to attend the opening ceremony of the exhibition and have a photocreation in China for one week. We will bear all the expenses including food, accomodation and transfer during his/her stay in China, and the international travel fee has to be born by himself/herself. 2) In order to increase the mutual communication between the exhibition and photographer, the organization committee will select one person from the award winners to be the jury of the next exhibition. 3) The photographers who have won the Gold, Silver and Bronze Medal will be invited to the awarding and opening ceremony of the exhibition and have a photo creation in China for one week. The organizer will bear the expenses including food, accommodation and transfort of the visitors during their stay in China while the international travel fee have to be paid by themselves. 4) Each entrant whose print(s) is/are accepted will receive relevant CPA certificate and FIAP medal. All the entrants will receive an attractive catalogue. China International Photographic Art Exhibition held by China Photographers Association is the largest international photographic event with the longest history in China. Since 1981, CPA has already held 12 exhibitions. We totally received around 200,000 works shot by 50,000 photographers from 100 countries and regions all over the world. China International Photographic Art Exhibition has great influence in the world China 13 th International Photographic Art Exhibition will be held at Lishui city, Zhejiang province, China in November The exhibition has got the patronage of FIAP(the International Federation of Photographic Art). The awarded and accepted works could apply for the FIAP distinction. China Photographers Association and Lishui People s Municipal Government, Zhejiang Province sincerely invite all photographic organizations, professional and amateur photographers and young photographers from all over the world to submit entries to 2009 China 13 th International Photographic Art Exhibition. 1. Rules 1) The purpose of the exhibition is to present the achievement on photography in these years around the world, and bring in forth the talents of photographers on photography in different themes, styles and schools, in order to promote the exchange of photographic art among the countries in the world. 2) Prints previously accepted in the international exhibitions held by CPA are ineligible. 3) The sections are(a) Color (b) Black and White(the prints will be judged by the topic). Around 380 photos will be selected for the exhibition. (a) Color: FIAP Gold Medal 9 FIAP Silver Medal 12 FIAP Bronze Medal 18 FIAP Ribbon 24 (b) Black and White: FIAP Gold Medal 3 FIAP Silver Medal 5 FIAP Bronze Medal 7 FIAP Ribbon 10 4) The theme of the photos is open. Entrants could use any method to adjust or create the photos. 5) The size of the print: general print, 10 inches (25cm)by longside. Square print, 8X8 inches(20x20cm). Panorama print, 20inches( 50cm) by longside. Prints can not be mounted. The amount of the entries is not limited and the series photos are not accepted. 6) Fill in the entry form. Author s name and address, the title, the category and serial number of the works should be clearly and legibly written in capital letters on the back of each entry, corresponding with the entry form. All the works sent by mail as Printed matter with the mention: Photographic works for China 13 th International Photographic Art Exhibition only, will be returned to sender No Commercial Value. The entry form could be download from China Photographers Association website: 7) The photographers abroad could sent digital format to attend the exhibition. Please send the high resolution JPEG format file, no less than 2400 dpi by long side, and the entry form to the box of International Liaison Department of China Photographers Association( gjbcpa@cpanet.cn, gjbcpa2@cpanet.cn ). The topic of the should be the name of entrant + country/ region). 8) Entry fee: free 9) The organizer reserves the right to use any accepted and awarded works in related publicity, exhibition etc. without payment in any form. 10) All works will be handled with utmost care, but the organizer won t answer for loss and ruin or any unexpected loss of the works in transport. 11) It is understood that the author submitting his/her works to the exhibition accepts the rules mentioned above. The author will be responsible for the portrait right, copyright and fame concerned in his/her works. If bring any economy lost or reputation affection to the exhibition organization committee, all the responsibility also will be beared by the author. 12)The result of judging will be informed on the website of China Photo Press, Popular Photography magazine and Chinese Photography magazine.
