1 SCHENKER ITALIANA SPA EXPO Milano 2015 Food and Beverages Tariffs

INTRODUCTION & GENERAL INFORMATION member of DB Schenker Group, has been appointed as the Official Smart Logistic Provider (no food) for the Milan Expo In his capacity of Official Logistics Provider (no food) Schenker Italiana is fully equipped to provide a full portfolio of services for FOOD, BEVERAGES and FOOD related Products, during all phases of this Event (including Lockdown Period). This is the FOOD and BEVERAGES version of the Rates and Tariffs for local services that Schenker Italiana team EXPO can provide for the Milano EXPO2015. SECURITY During Lock Down period (stage in the life cycle of the Expo Site during which the security plan is fully implemented and all access control measures come into effect) controls similar to IATA procedures will be implemented at the Site and once it has begun only authorized vehicles will be admitted. Schenker Italiana is authorized to enter on Site during lock-down period, fully complying with EXPO security access rules. We strongly recommend you to check carefully with our team all products destinated to the show before shipping and to don t send shipment without our final approval. VALIDITY OF RATES Present rates and tariffs are based on current market prices and are subjected to fluctuations which might lead to amendments. Rates are applicable based on Schenker Official Logistics Guideline s rules, shipments not complying with the requested deadlines will incur additional costs (up to +50% on present rates) and deliveries cannot be guaranteed.

3 EXCLUSION Due to specific regulations and certifications Schenker Italiana and its suppliers cannot handle the following category of Products: fresh and raw meat, NOT packed (eg. a quarter of beef, etc) fresh fish hard liquor Overtime work surcharges TRANSPORT INSURANCE It is recommended to arrange transport insurance at origin. will not arrange any transport insurance on behalf of the client, unless requested in writing and subject to approval in advance. TEMPERATURE CONTROL Schenker Italiana will NOT be responsible for damage of goods requiring temperature control if this has not been CLEARLY mentioned and marked on both accompanying documents and packaging labels (please check to official Schenker Italiana Guidelines for these documents). Unless otherwise specified, requested by customer and agreed upon in advance, definitions of Goods type and relevant temperatures are the following: - Dry F&B : NO Temperature Control - Dairies, Meat, Poultry, Fruits and Vegetables : 0-4 C - Frozen Products : -18 C

4 LIABILITY Schenker Italiana will NOT be responsible for damage of improper packed material, concealed damage, lost or theft of material after the same has been delivered to the Site, nor before it is being picked up for the return traffic at the end of the event. Our maximum liabilities are governed by our Standard Trading Conditions, available on request, and by Italian governing law. SPECIAL CONDITIONS All rates exclude VAT, which is always applicable. The rates outlined are fixed no general rebate or commission will be applicable. All transport charges are based on the current fuel surcharge. Additional requirements will be quoted separately. The entire portfolio of listed services and the management of door-to-door supply chain are coordinated exclusively by Schenker Italiana Team EXPO. All rates and tariffs are based on current terms and calculated on today s valid tariffs, wages and exchange rate, subject to available capacity and bookings made in time. We reserve the right to change the offered rates, in case of any relevant change in the presently known conditions, until date of termination. The present Rates and Tariffs are applicable during Pre-Event, Event time (Lockdown Period) and Post-Event. The rates considered are referred to pallets having max size cm. 120x80x150h gross weight kg. 300

5 CONTROLLED TEMPERATURE HANDLING & RATES (valid for temperature range +0 / + 4 & -18 ): From our w/house in Guanzate (Como) up to free delivered Expo Pavillon (1 time spotting, goods on packed condition ): 130,- / plt (min 1 plt) A.m. rate includes: * unloading / reloading by our terminal * handling of cargo * trucking from Guanzate (Como) to Expo Site * (1 time spotting) Extra: X ray check (if requested from Expo 2015 S.p.A ): 6,- / package Goods storage: 15,- / plt / started week (min 1 week ) Truck x ray check if requested by Expo 2015 S.p.A.: to be determined Picking & Packing 28,- / plt (for each pallet that we are going to create)

6 NOT CONTROLLED TEMPERATURE HANDLING & RATES: From our w/house in Baranzate (Milan) up to free delivered Expo Pavillon (1 time spotting, goods on packed condition): 100,- / plt (min 1 plt) A.m. rate includes: * unloading /reloading by our w/house * handling of cargo * trucking from Baranzate (Milano) to Expo Site * (1 time spotting ) Extra: X ray check (if requested from Expo 2015 Spa ) : 6,- / package Goods storage : 8,- / plt / started week (min 1 week ) Truck x ray check if requested by Expo 2015 S.p.A. : to be determined Picking & Packing 28,- / plt (for each pallet that we are going to create)

7 Extra: CHARGES FROM MXP AIRPORT OR GENOA PORT (UPON REQUEST) CUSTOM CLEARANCE CHARGES FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS REQUEST OF IMPORT LICENCE DOCS ALL OTHER SERIVCES NOT MENTIONED ABOVE DELIVERY POINTS: Schenker Italiana provides its Logistics services for Food, Beverages & Related Products by using different w/housing structures depending on the temperature range as follows: Dry F&B (no temperature control ) : SCHENKER ITALIANA SPA VIA MONTELLO, 20 BARANZATE (MILANO) Fresh products (temperature range +0 / 4 ) : SCHENKER ITALIANA SPA VIA XXV APRILE, 73 / C GUANZATE (COMO) Frozen products: BJG TEAM 24 FOR ACCOUNT SCHENKER ITALY EXPO TEAM VIA DONATORI DEL SANGUE 16 SANTO STEFANO TICINO MILAN
