ES STRUTURE chillers are manufactured to be installed outdoor and their structure is made of LU- ZIN steel painted with polyester resins, easily inspectable on each side. ESTRUTUR onstruidos para ser instalados en el exterior sin ninguna protección, los refrigeradores de la serie tienen una estructura realizada en acero LU-ZIN con pintura a base de resinas poliester, que puede ser fácilmente inspeccionada por cualquier lado. BUEISE Zur ußenaufstellung ohne erforderliche Überdachung besitzen die -Geräte eine aluverzinkte Stahlstruktur, die mit Epoxydharzlack beschichtet ist. Die Geräte lassen sich einfach an allen Seiten öffnen.

6 IT OMPRESSORI Il modulo base dei può montare al proprio interno compressori ermetici Scroll oppure semi-ermetici a vite. Il gas utilizzato è ecologico: R407 e R134a a seconda dell applicazione e dell utilizzo. In funzione della potenza sono presenti uno, due, tre o quattro circuiti e da uno a otto compressori del gas. Per migliorare i rendimenti termici e diminuire i consumi vengono montate valvole di espansione elettroniche (-V). Per eliminare la rumorosità creata dalla turbolenza del gas in pressione vengono utilizzati tubi gas flessibili in poliammide. OMPRESSEURS Le module de base du peut être équipé de compresseurs hermétiques Scroll ou semi hermétique à vis. Le gaz utilisé est écologique: R407 e R134a en fonction de l application ou de l utilisation. En fonction de la puissance sont équipés un, deux, trois ou quatre circuits et de un à huit compresseurs de gaz. Pour améliorer le rendement thermique et diminuer la consommation sont montées des vannes d expansion électronique(-v). Zur Erhöhung der thermischen Leistungsfähigkeit und Reduktion des Energiebedarfs warden elektronische (-V) Expansionsventile verwendet. Flexible Polyamidleitungen verhindern die durch Kältemittelturbulenzen erzeugten Geräusche.

7 IT EVPORTORE E SERBTOIO Ogni unità monta un evaporatore a fascio tubiero ispezionabile chiuso all interno di serbatoio realizzato in acciaio inox ISI 304. La particolare distribuzione dell acqua, evitando il contatto con parti ferrose, consente di ottenere un circuito idraulico esente da formazione di ruggine. Nella versione FT, il refrigeratore viene fornito con il solo evaporatore a fascio tubiero ispezionabile, idoneo per lavorare con vasche o serbatoio esterni. EVPORTEUR ET UMULTION Sur chaque unité est monté un évaporateur à faisceau tubulaire inspectionnable installé dans un réservoir réalisé en inox ISI 304.La distribution spéciale de l eau, en évitant le contact avec des parties ferreuses, permet d obtenir un circuit hydraulique exempté par la formation de rouille. Dans la version FT, le refroidisseur est uniquement fourni avec un évaporateur à faisceau tubulaire inspectionnable, idéal pour travailler avec des cuves ou réservoirs externes. En la version FT se monta el evaporador a tubos inspeccionables, ideal para trabajar con depósitos o bien tanques externos. VERDMPFER- UND SSERBEHÄLTER Jedes Gerät ist mit einem inspizierbaren Rohrbündelverdampfer ausgestattet, der im asserbehälter aus Edelstahl ISI 304 positioniert ist. Die spezielle asserführung im Verdampfer verhindert Rostbildung. In der Version FT wird das Kühlgerät nur mit inspizierbarem Rohrbündelverdampfer ohne Behälter geliefert, so dass es sich für den Einsatz mit separatem Tank oder offenem Behälter eignet.

I filtri dell aria, in lamina di acciaio inox, sono facili da pulire, rigenerabili ed ecocompatibili. La versione condensata ad acqua è equipaggiata con condensatori a fascio tubiero e valvole pressostatiche. Le contrôle de condensation effectué à travers de régulateurs de vitesse (option) garantie une pression de condensation constante en condition ambiante quelconque. Les filtres de l air en fis d acier inox sont facile de nettoyage, régénérable et éco-compatible.la version condenser par eau est équipée de condenseurs à faisceau tubulaire et vanne pressostatique. ES IR ND TER ONNSERS Modular air condensers are manufactured to contain the lowest quantity of gas and include a sub-cooling circuit which is required to optimize and increase performances. Los filtros del aire, en chapa de acero Inox, pueden limpiarse fácilmente, son regenerables y ecocompatibles. La versión condensada por agua está dotada de condensadores de haz de tubos y válvulas presostáticas. LUFT- OR SSERGEKÜHLTE KONNSTOR Die modularen luftgekühlten Kondensatoren sind so konzipiert, dass sie nur eine minimale Kältemittelmenge beinhalten. Eine Unterkühlung des flüssigen Kältemittels steigert die Geräteleistung. Die Kondensationskontrolle über eine Gebläsedrehzahlregelung (option) garantiert eine gleichbleibende Kondensation bei jeglichen Umgebungsbedingungen. Die Luftfilter aus Edelstahlblech sind einfach zu reinigen, erneuerbar und umweltfreundlich. Die Geräteversion mit wassergekühlten Kondensatoren besitzt einen Rohrbündelkondensator sowie pressostatisch gesteuerte asserregelventile.
