2 ISTRUZIONI DI MONTAGGIO MOUNTING INSTRUCTIONS Binario con applicazione a parete 1a SENZA SOFTSPACE: infilare nel binario PR ZZ il fermo superiore PS65FE8B01. 1b CON SOFTSPACE: infilare nel binario il sistema di chiusura ammortizzata automatica PS60KD00XXL ATTENZIONE: controllare che il sistema di chiusura automatica ammortizzata sia nella posizione con molla carica; se così non fosse, caricare la molla spingendo il carrello fino a far coincidere le due frecce. 3 Infilare i pattini PS65KS8B01. ATTENZIONE: verificare il verso corretto dei pattini controllando che l aggancio del pattino sul sistema di chiusura automatica ammortizzata sia rivolto verso il centro dell anta per entrambi i carrelli. 3 6 Avvitare al binario i tappi copertura laterale forniti nella confezione PS65KC Fissare il profilo PR ZZ a parete tramite tasselli e viti. 8 Inserire le viti del binario nelle relative sedi situate nel profilo a parete e avvitare fino ad un serraggio completo. Proseguire con il montaggio della porta, vedi istruzioni a pag Assemble, screwing them, the rail s head plugs supplied in set PS65KC Fix the wall profile PR ZZ directly to the wall with screws and dowels. 8 Insert the rail s screws into the proper seat situated on the wall profile. Screw them tight for a proper assembly. Proceed with the door s assembly following instruction in page Binario con applicazione a soffitto 1 Appoggiare al soffitto il binario PR ZZ e segnare i fori per il fissaggio. 4 3 ATTENZIONE: controllare che il sistema di chiusura automatica ammortizzata sia nella posizione con molla carica; se così non fosse, caricare la molla spingendo il carrello fino a far coincidere le due frecce. 4 Infilare i pattini PS65KS8B01. ATTENZIONE: verificare il verso corretto dei pattini controllando che l aggancio del pattino sul sistema di chiusura automatica ammortizzata sia rivolto verso il centro dell anta per entrambi i carrelli. Vedi disegno tecnico n 1 a pag a SENZA SOFTSPACE: infilare nel binario il fermo superiore PS65FE8B01. 5b CON SOFTSPACE: infilare nel binario il sistema di chiusura ammortizzata automatica PS60KD00XXL Dopo aver posizionato i fermi o i sistemi di chiusura automatica ammortizzata nel corretto punto di chiusura dell anta, avvitare i torniti di regolazione TR sul binario. ATTENZIONE: utilizzare i fori Ø8 filettati. 7 Avvitare leggermente il binario al soffitto tramite tasselli e viti. Si consiglia di utilizzare un cacciavite magnetizzato. 8 Procedere alla regolazione del binario attraverso i torniti fino a raggiungere l orizzontalità e successivamente fissare le viti dei tasselli. Proseguire con il montaggio della porta, vedi istruzioni a pag ATTENTION: check the self-closing system. Both slides hooked to the dampering system must look the center of the door as showes picture n. 1 page 13. 5a WITHOUT SOFTSPACE: slide into the rail the upper lock PS65FE8B01. 5b WITH SOFTSPACE: slide into the rail the dampering system PS60KD00XXL After having positioned the locks or the dampering system in the proper door s closing position, screw in the threaded holes Ø8 mm the adjusting turned screw TR on the rail. 7 Screw lightly the rail to the ceiling with dowels and screws. We suggest to use a magnetic screwdriver. 8 Proceed with the adjustment of the rail acting on the turned screws to reach a perfect horizontal position of it. 5 1 2 Binario sospeso con applicazione di tamponamento 1 Appoggiare al soffitto il binario PR ZZ e segnare i fori per il fissaggio, consigliamo la foratura ogni mm. ATTENZIONE: per il fissaggio del binario vanno tenuti in considerazione solo i fori Ø5. 2 Avvitare al tamponamento le staffe per l aggancio (una ogni metro) fornite nella confezione PS65KB1001, vedi disegno tecnico n 6 a pag Applicare tramite biadesivo la guarnizione PZ al tamponamento. La parte morbida deve sporgere dal tamponamento in legno. 4 Infilare nelle sedi del binario le piastre per l aggancio del tamponamento, fornite nella confezione PS65KB1001 e fissarle in corrispondenza delle staffe poste sul tamponamento. 5a SENZA SOFTSPACE: infilare nel binario il fermo superiore PS65FE8B01. 5b CON SOFTSPACE: infilare nel binario il sistema di chiusura ammortizzata automatica PS60KD00XXL ATTENZIONE: controllare che il sistema di chiusura automatica ammortizzata sia nella posizione con molla carica; se così non fosse, caricare la molla spingendo il carrello fino a far coincidere le due frecce. 3 4 Suspended and pluged up rail 1 Put the rail PR ZZ next to the ceiling to mark the holes. The suggested distance between the holes is mm Pay attention to consider the holes Ø5 mm for rail s fixing. 2 Screw to the wooden fascia the hooking plates, one each mm, supplied in set PS65KB1001. See technical drawing n. 6 page Apply the gasket with bi-adhesive PZ to the fascia. The soft part of the gasket must lean out from the wooden fascia. 4 Slide into the rail s seat the steel plates supplied in set PS65KB1001 and fix them in order to match the hooking plates fixed on the fascia. 5a WITHOUT SOFTSPACE: slide into the rail the upper lock PS65FE8B01. 5b WITH SOFTSPACE: slide into the rail the dampering system PS60KD00XXL ATTENTION: check the self-closing system. 6 7 Infilare i pattini PS65KS8B01. ATTENZIONE: verificare il verso corretto dei pattini controllando che l aggancio del pattino sul sistema di chiusura automatica ammortizzata sia rivolto verso il centro dell anta per entrambi i carrelli. Vedi disegno tecnico n 1 a pag a SENZA SOFTSPACE: infilare nel binario il fermo superiore PS65FE8B01. 8b CON SOFTSPACE: infilare nel binario il sistema di chiusura ammortizzata automatica PS60KD00XXL Avvitare nella parte superiore della barra filettata il primo dado, infilare la piastrina per il fissaggio a soffitto e avvitare il secondo dado. Tutto fornito nella confezione PS65KT Tagliare a misura (nella parte superiore) la barra filettata dopo aver verificato la misura corretta, vedi disegno tecnico n 6 a pag. 16 (H B ). 11 Bloccare la piastrina per il fissaggio a soffitto agendo sul dado e contro dado. ATTENZIONE: la barra filettata deve essere allineata con la piastrina per fissaggio a soffitto. 12 Infilare, dalla parte inferiore, la barra filettata sul foro Ø8 (adiacente al foro Ø5 prescelto per il bloccaggio a soffitto) e avvitare la vite a cannocchiale per circa 15 mm. fornita nella confezione PS65KT Utilizzare la squadretta per bloccaggio binario a parete, fornita nella confezione PS65KB1002, come dima per segnare la foratura a parete. Si può rilevare la misura da pavimento consultando il disegno tecnico n 6 a pag. 16 (H SQ ). 7 8a 7 Insert the slides supplied in kit PS65KS8B01 into the rail paying attention to the proper sense of the slide s hooking system which must look towards the center of the door. Both slides hooked to the dampering system must look the center of the door as showes picture n. 1 page 13. 8a WITHOUT SOFTSPACE: slide into the rail the upper lock PS65FE8B01. 8b WITH SOFTSPACE: slide into the rail the dampering system PS60KD00XXL Screw on top of the threaded bar the first nut and the ceiling fixing plate then screw the second nut. The set is supplied under the code PS65KT Cut on measure (measuring from the top) the threaded bar after having verified the correct needed dimension. See technical drawing n. 6 page 16 (H B ). 11 Block the ceiling fixing plate tighting the nuts paying attention while doing it to keep the threaded bar aligned with the steel plate. 12 Insert from the bottom the threaded bar into the hole Ø8 mm (choose the hole Ø8 mm next to the hole Ø5 mm) and screw the telescope-screw for 15 mm about. Threaded bar and screws are supplied in set PS65KT Use the steel square for rail s fixing supplied in set PS65KB1002 to mark on the wall the position of the holes. 7 Montare sul binario la squadretta per bloccaggio a parete. 15 Forare tutti i punti segnati a soffitto e a parete ed inserire i tasselli. 16 Fissare il binario a parete tramite apposite viti per tassello. Effettuare le regolazioni necessarie. ATTENZIONE: verificare la correttta distanza tra binario e pavimento. Lo spazio a disposizione deve comprendere l altezza della porta più 10 mm. (H A + 10 mm.). Vedi disegno tecnico n 6 a pag Fissare le piastrine dei tiranti al soffitto tramite apposite viti per tassello. 18 Regolare l orizzontalità del binario agendo sulle viti a cannocchiale. 19 Fissare le squadrette di bloccaggio a parete tramite tassello e vite. 20 Agganciare il tamponamento. Proseguire con il montaggio della porta, vedi istruzioni a pag Assemble the previously used steel square to the rail. 15 Drill the holes on all the marked points on the wall and on the ceiling. Insert the dowels. 16 Fix the rail to the wall with proper screws for dowels. Adjust where necessary paying attention to verify the correct distance between the floor and the ceiling. The space available must includ the height of the door plus 10 mm (H A + 10 mm). See technical drawing n. 6 page Fix the fixing plates of the threaded bars to the ceiling using proper screws for dowels. 18 Adjust horizontly the rail acting on the telescope-screws. 19 Fix the blocking squares to the wall with screws and dowels. 20 Assemble the wooden fascia. 8 Assemblaggio porta bifacciale scorrevole alluminio 1 Tagliare a misura la guarnizione per vetro PR A e infilarla in corrispondenza del vetro nei profili: montante verticale PR A, traverso superiore - inferiore PR A e traversino PR A. 2 Infilare nella sede del profilo traverso inferiore le piastrine del pattino inferiore per sistema a pacchetto PS65PI1003 e fissare a filo profilo. Questo solo nel caso in cui si ha la necessità di utilizzare questo tipo di apertura e chiusura delle porte. ATTENZIONE: per realizzare questo tipo di sistema è necessario utilizzare il binario superiore ad 1 via e la porta di partenza deve essere fissa, vedi montaggio porta fissa a pag. 10 e disegni tecnici n 12 e 13 a pag Avvitare il profilo montante verticale al profilo traverso inferiore tramite le apposite viti fornite nella confezione PS65CS Inserire il vetro nella guarnizione all interno del profilo. In caso di utilizzo di pannello la guarnizione non è richiesta. 5 Inserire gli inserti invisibili per montaggio traversino MO nelle apposite cave del profilo traversino. ATTENZIONE: gli inserti di montaggio devono essere tutti orientati verso il basso. 6 Montare il profilo traversino sul vetro, quindi inserire le teste degli inserti di montaggio nei fori del montante verticale. 7 Spingere verso il basso il profilo traversino per bloccarlo. 8 Proseguire l assemblaggio della porta inserendo il pannello o il vetro. 1 2 Consigliamo l uso di vetri anti-infortunistici. We suggest the use of safety glasses. Assembly sequence of the sliding aluminium bifacial doors 1 Cut on dimension the gasket for glass PR A and put it in its seat of profiles: PR A vertical rod, PR A upper - lower horizontal profile and PR A cross profile. 2 Slide into the seat of the horizontal lower profile the steel plates of the lower slide for packet PS65PI1003 sliding doors and fix it (near to profile s head). This kind of assembly is required only when packet sliding doors are being assembled. WARNING: to realize this kind of system the one way upper rail is needed and the first door must be a fixed door. See mounting instruction for fixed door page 10 and technical drawings n.12 and 13 page Screw the vertical rod profile to the lower horizontal profile with the screws supplied in set PS65CS Insert the glass in the gasket situated in the profile s seat. When using a wooden panel the gasket is not required. 5 Assemble the invisible inserts MO for cross profile s assembly into the proper seat on the cross profile paying attention to put them looking towards the bottom. 6 Put the cross profile on the glass and press the head of it next to the vertical rod to assemble them properly. 7 Push the cross profile downwards to block the assembly of it. 8 Proceed the door s assembly inserting the panel or the glass _08 CINETTO f.lli s.r.l. 9 Inserire la squadretta, fornita nella confezione PS65CS4001, sulle estremità del profilo traverso superiore. 10 Inserire e avvitare la squadretta al montante verticale tramite le apposite viti autofilettanti fornite nella confezione PS65CS Fissare la squadretta al profilo traverso superiore tramite viti, fornite nella confezione PS65CS Fissare a pavimento il pattino inferiore di guida PS65PI1001 tramite tasselli e viti, vedi disegni tecnici n 8/9 a pag Infilare i pattini superiori, precedentemente inseriti nel binario superiore, nella sede del profilo traverso superiore della porta e fissarli tramite l apposita vite fornita nella confezione PS65KS8B Segnare a parete la posizione dei fori per l applicazione del tamponamento laterale, fornito nella confezione PS65KT Avvitare (senza fissare del tutto) il tamponamento laterale alla parete tramite tasselli e viti. 16 Avvitare i grani per la regolazione del profilo di tamponamento laterale e, successivamente, fissare le viti. 11-1,5 mm ,5 mm. 9 Slide into the upper horizontal profile the squares supplied in set PS65CS Insert and screw the square to the vertical rod profile with its proper screws supplied in set PS65CS Screw the square to the horizontal upper profile with the screws supplied in set PS65CS Fix on the floor the lower guiding slide PS65PI1001 with dowels and screws. See drawings n. 8/9 page Join the door to the upper slides positioned on the upper rail sliding them into the upper horizontal profile. Fix the slides with the proper screws supplied in set PS65KS Mark on the wall the position of the holes for the wall dampering profile s assembly. Profiles are supplied in set PS65KT Screw but do not tight the wall dampering profiles to the wall with dowels and screws. 16 Screw the conic screws for profile s adjustment and tight the screws ,5 mm. 2 mm ,5 mm. 10 17 Applicare la guarnizione di battuta ai profili di tamponamento laterali. 18 Regolare l altezza dell anta agendo sulla sede del regolatore del pattino superiore tramite cacciavite taglio/croce o tramite chiave esagonale da 4 mm. 19 Applicare le coperture PS65CO sugli angoli superiori della porta. 20 Applicare i tappi copriforo, forniti nella confezione PS65CS4001 nella parte inferiore della porta. 21 Posizionare correttamente i sistemi di chiusura ammortizzata automatica, o i fermi, e procedere al loro fissaggio. 22 Incollare alla porta la maniglia PS65MA ATTENZIONE: per il posizionamento della maniglia consultare il disegno tecnico n 16 a pag ,5 mm. - 4,5 mm. 17 Apply the ledge gasket on the wall dampering profiles. 18 Adjust door s height acting on the slide s adjuster with a cross head screwdriver or with an exagon key 4 mm. 19 Apply the covers supplied in kit PS65CO on the upper door s angles. 20 Apply the bottom hole s plugs on the vertical rods. Plugs are supply in set PS65CS Position properly the dampering systems or the locks and fix them. 22 Apply the aluminium handle on both faces of the door with a proper glue. 11 3-1,5 mm ,5 mm. 3 Infilare nel binario il fermo superiore PS65FE8B01. 4 Fissare a pavimento due pattini inferiori di guida PS65PI1001 tramite tasselli e viti, vedi disegno tecnico n 10 a pag Infilare i pattini superiori, precedentemente inseriti nel binario superiore, nella sede del profilo traverso superiore della porta e fissarli tramite l apposita vite fornita nella confezione PS65KS8B01. Successivamente fare scorrere la porta fino ad agganciarla al fermo superiore fissato sul binario. 6 Trascinare il secondo fermo superiore fino ad agganciarlo al pattino e fissarlo con cacciavite a punta esagonale da mm Regolare l altezza dell anta agendo sulla sede del regolatore del pattino superiore tramite cacciavite taglio/croce o tramite chiave esagonale da 4 mm. 8 Applicare le coperture PS65CO sugli angoli superiori della porta. 9 Applicare i tappi copriforo, forniti nella confezione PS65CS4001 nella parte inferiore della porta. 6 4 mm 3 Slide into the rail the upper lock PS65FE8B01. 4 Fix on the floor two lower guiding slides PS65PI1001 with dowels and screws. See drawings n. 10 page Join the door to the upper slides positioned in the upper rail sliding them into the upper horizontal profile. Fix the slides with the proper screws supplied in set PS65KS801. Slide then the door to hook the lock positioned into the upper rail. 6 Slide the second upper lock towards the slide to hook to it, then screw it with a 4 mm hexagonal head screwdriver. 7 Adjust door s height acting on the slide s adjuster with a cross head screwdriver or with an exagon key 4 mm. 8 Apply the covers supplied in kit PS65CO on the upper door s angles. 9 Apply the bottom hole s plugs on the vertical rods. 12 Assemblaggio porta bifacciale scorrevole legno 1 Avvitare il supporto per pattino superiore fornito nella confezione PS65KL8E01 nell apposita sede fresata della porta. 2 Inserire il binario inferiore PR nella parte inferiore fresata della porta e avvitare. 3 Fissare a pavimento il pattino inferiore di guida PS65PI1001 tramite tasselli e viti, vedi disegni tecnici n 8/9 a pag Infilare i pattini superiori, precedentemente inseriti nel binario superiore, nella sede del supporto posto nella porta e fissarli tramite l apposita vite fornita nella confezione PS65KS8B01. 5 Segnare a parete la posizione dei fori per l applicazione del tamponamento laterale, fornito nella confezione PS65KT Avvitare (senza fissare del tutto) il tamponamento laterale alla parete tramite tasselli e viti. 7 Avvitare i grani per la regolazione del profilo di tamponamento laterale e, successivamente, fissare le viti. 1 2 Assembly sequence of the sliding wooden bifacial door 1 Screw the support for upper slide, supplied in kit PS65KL8E01, into its proper seat grooved on the wooden door. 2 Push the lower rail PR into the grooved seat on the bottom of the wooden sliding door, then screw it. 3 Fix on the floor the lower guiding slide PS65PI1001 with dowels and screws. See drawings n. 8/9 page Slide the upper slides, previously inserted into the rail, into the seat of the support and fix them with the proper screw supplied in the kit PS65KS Mark on the wall the position of the holes for the wall dampering profile s assembly.
