3 CHI SIAMO WHO WE ARE Per ogni nuova opera che affrontiamo cerchiamo sempre di mettere nel progetto o nell esecuzione qualcosa di nostro, del nostro ingegno e della nostra esperienza. L azienda opera da decenni nel settore della carpenteria metallica strutturale edile nelle province della Lombardia con una espansione di opere realizzate in tutta Italia. Abbiamo progettato ed eseguito importanti opere di carpenteria metallica strutturale con notevole successo, come padiglioni in Expo Milano 2015, vari Autogrill, l Outlet di Vicolungo a Novara, Palazzo RTI Mediaset, Ristoranti MC Donald e moltissimi altri. Tutte queste esperienze hanno temprato il nostro gruppo e ci hanno consentito di fare esperienze lavorative e di progettazione senza precedenti. Inoltre, lavorando in CAD, elaboriamo calcoli di progettazione per ogni esigenza del cliente e siamo specializzati in progettazione di strutture metalliche portanti per la costruzione e chiusura di capannoni industriali e strutture in ferro e acciaio sia civili che industriali. For every new work we face, we always try to put something of our own, our capacity and experience into the project or in the execution. The company has been operating since 1991 in the structural metal structural carpentry sector in the provinces of Lombardy with an expansion of works carried out throughout Italy. We have designed and executed important structural metal structural works with considerable success, such as pavilions in Expo Milano 2015, various Autogrill, the Vicolungo Outlet in Novara, Palazzo RTI Mediaset, MC Donald restaurants and many others. All these experiences have tempered our group and have allowed us to have unprecedented work and design experiences. Furthermore, working in CAD, we develop design calculations for every customer need and we are specialized in designing supporting metal structures for the construction and closing of industrial sheds and structures in iron and steel, both civil and industrial.

5 SOPPALCHI E SCALE LOFTS AND STAIRS SOPPALCHI Progettiamo e realizziamo strutture metalliche per soppalcare aree in capannoni, strutture industriali, centri commerciali o appartamenti. SCALE DI SICUREZZA Produciamo scale per uscite di sicurezza e anti-incendio di varie tipologie e forme in base alle caratteristiche del sito in cui viene progettata. SCALE INTERNE Eseguiamo molte scale da interno di varie tipologie come: scale a chiocciola, con taglio laser, in ferro battuto e in acciaio. Le scale sono completate da ringhiere, parapetti e corrimano. Tutti i progetti sono certificati a norma ISO ISO ISO 1090 LOFTS We project and build metal structures to overlap areas in warehouses, industrial facilities, shopping centers or apartments. SAFETY STAIRS We produce staircases for safety and fire exits of various types and shapes according to the characteristics of the site in which it is designed. INTERNAL STAIRS We perform many indoor staircases of various types such as: spiral staircases, laser cut, wrought iron and steel. The stairs are completed by railings, parapets and handrails.

6 PENSILINE E VERANDE SHELTERS AND VERANDAS PENSILINE E VERANDE Progettiamo strutture metalliche per pensiline, verande e tettoie per capannoni industriali e centri commerciali oltre che a condomini. Abbiamo realizzato diverse opere su condomini, centri commerciali e abbiamo progettato torri con struttura metallica per la pubblicità in tutta Italia. SHELTERS AND VERANDAS We design metal structures for canopies, verandas and shelters for industrial warehouses and shopping centers as well as condominiums. We have created several works on condominiums, shopping centers and we have designed towers with metallic structure for advertising throughout Italy.

7 CANCELLI E INFERRIATE GATES AND RAILINGS BARRIERE E CANCELLI La nostra carpenteria ha eseguito nel corso degli anni moltissime opere di barriere di sicurezza oltre a cancelli, cancellate, portoni, cancelli automatizzati, ringhiere, paratie nei capannoni, porte taglia-fuoco nei condomini e nei capannoni industriali. 9 COPERTURE E CAPRIATE COVERINGS AND CAPRIATE COPERTURE E CAPRIATE Progettiamo e realizziamo opere di rifacimento coperture, strutture per tettoie, rifacimento tetti per capannoni o centri commerciali. Le coperture, nel corso degli anni, hanno subìto una notevole evoluzione, rimpiazzando materiali oggi non più utilizzabili come amianto Eternit, etc., in nuove tecnologie decisamente più convenienti e sicure per un risparmio notevole per le aziende. Tutti i progetti sono certificati a norma ISO ISO ISO 1090 COVERINGS AND CAPRIATE We design and build roofing, roof structures, roofs for sheds or shopping centers. Over the years, the roofs have undergone considerable evolution, replacing materials that can no longer be used as Eternit asbestos, etc., in new technologies that are much cheaper and safer for significant savings for companies.

11 STRUTTURE PORTANTI PORTING STRUCTURES STRUTTURE PORTANTI PER EDIFICI E CAPANNONI Produciamo strutture di carpenteria metallica portante per la costruzione di capannoni industriali e commerciali in base alle caratteristiche del sito in cui viene progettata. Le strutture sono realizzate con plinti e travi di fondazione e possono essere in acciaio o strutture miste che formano il telaio e lo scheletro dell'opera finita e sono progettate su specifiche richieste del cliente. The structures are made with plinths and foundation beams and can be in steel or mixed structures that form the frame and the skeleton of the finished work and are designed to specific customer requirements.

17 BANCHI PROVA TEST BENCHES BANCHI PROVA VALVOLE Abbiamo progettato e realizzato nella nostra officina banchi prova orizzontali e verticali per il collaudo di valvole industriali sia monovite che bivite da 25 tonnellate fino a 2500 tonnellate. Tutti i macchinari industriali vengono progettati in base alle esigenze produttive del cliente. VALVE TEST BENCHES We have designed and manufactured in our workshop horizontal and vertical test benches for the testing of industrial single and twin screw valves from 25 tons up to 2500 tons. All industrial machinery are designed according to the customer s production needs.
