5 3- Considerations from the quality of data-collected with volunteers Preliminary assessments: to increase frequency and extension of inspections. Standard reports: Use of rating scales for comparability between structures of the same type. Comments and pictures are still necessary to support the interpretation of volunteers' inspections. Range in precision of one level in the rating scales to support data evaluation. Use of fuzzy logic.
