1 TARIFFE DI RIGASSIFICAZIONE E MISURA PER IL SERVIZIO CONTINUATIVO E SPOT 1 GENNAIO DICEMBRE 2017 La tariffa per i servizi di rigassificazione e misura, continuativo e spot su base annuale TL, per l Utilizzatore che approda al Terminale, consegna gas naturale liquefatto e ritira volumi di Gas al punto di entrata interconnesso con Rete in corrispondenza di Cavarzere, è data dalla seguente formula: dove: TL = (Cqs + CM R ) * QS Cqs è il corrispettivo unitario di impegno associato ai quantitativi contrattuali di Gnl, espresso in euro/metro cubo di Gnl liquido/anno; CM R è il corrispettivo unitario transitorio del servizio di misura del trasporto gas, espresso in euro/metro cubo di Gnl liquido/anno; QS sono le quantità contrattuali di Gnl consegnabili nell anno, espresse in metri cubi di Gnl liquido/anno; Un corrispettivo in natura pari allo 0,7% dei quantitativi di Gnl consegnato dovrà essere corrisposto dall utente a copertura dei consumi e perdite della catena di rigassificazione.

3 ESEMPIO NUMERICO Si consideri un Utilizzatore che richieda la rigassificazione di un carico di GNL da metri cubi liquidi nel terminale di Adriatic LNG (39,500 MJ/Sm3 - coefficiente trasformazione liquidogas uguale a 611). 4 TARIFFS FOR THE CONTINUOUS AND SPOT REGASIFICATION AND METERING SERVICES 1 ST OF JANUARY ST OF DECEMBER 2017 The tariff for the continuous and spot regasification and metering services offered on annual basis TL for customers that berth at the terminal, deliver liquefied natural gas, and pick up volumes of natural gas at the entry point connected to the national gas pipeline network at Cavarzere is given by the following formula: where: TL = (Cqs + CM R ) * QS Cqs is the commitment unit charge associated with the contractual quantities of LNG, expressed in euro/cubic meter of LNG/year; CM R is the unit transitional charge associated with the metering of gas, expressed in euro/cubic meter of LNG/year; QS are the contractual quantities of LNG that can be delivered during the year, expressed in cubic meters of LNG/year; A charge in kind equal to 0,7% of the LNG delivered quantities shall be paid by the customer to cover losses and consumptions in the LNG regassification chain.

6 NUMERIC EXAMPLE A customer is requesting the regasification service of one LNG cargo by liquid cubic meter in Adriatic LNG Terminal (39,500 MJ/Sm3- liquid volume ration equal to 611).
