das geplante wasserkraftwerk befindet sich am winnebach in dörfl (gemeindegebiet vintl), auf einer meereshöhe von 800 m. das krafthaus ist zu einem teil in den hang gebaut, da der bauplatz sehr begrenzt ist. der entwurf besteht aus einem einfachen, kantigen gebäude, das formal an die landschaft und die örtlichen gegebenheiten angepasst wird. das neue krafthaus soll einen felsen darstellen, welcher aus dem hang bricht. das konzept des krafthauses soll durch den reduzierten einsatz von materialien verstärkt werden (beton, glas, stahl in seiner natürlichen form). das bild des brüchigen felsen soll zusätzlich durch adern unterstrichen werden, die ihn durchqueren. die adern werden als lichtbänder aus geschichteten floatglasscheiben ausgebildet, und laufen über und um das gebäude. an einigen stellen dieser lichtbänder ermöglichen einscheibenverglasungen einblick in die maschinenhalle. das vorwiegende baumaterial ist wasserundurchlässiger beton, welcher mit weißem zementmörtel eingefärbt und anschließend durch stocken mit feuchtstrahltechnik nachbehandelt wird, sodass das natürliche erscheinungsbild des krafthauses und die angleichung an den felsen noch stärker hervorgehoben werden. das gebäude besteht aus zwei geschossen, einem unter- und einem erdgeschoss. im untergeschoss sind die maschinensätze, die schaltzellen mit dahinterliegendem kabelraum, ein kontrollbecken für die druckrohrleitung sowie ein lager untergebracht. der raum für die maschinensätze erstreckt sich über die gesamte gebäudehöhe und ist nur von außen zugänglich. wa award 2008 mittlere jährliche stromproduktion: 8,0 Mio. kwh baukosten: 5,0 Mio. la nuova centrale idroelettrica si trova sul rio vena presso la frazione di villetta (sul territorio comunale di vandoies), ad un altezza di ca. 800 m s.l.m. Il fabbricato è stato in parte incassato in un pendio, essendo lo spazio disponibile per la costruzione assai limitato. la nuova centrale rappresenta una roccia stilizzata che spunta dal pendio. il concetto viene ulteriormente rafforzato dall impiego di pochi materiali (cemento, vetro ed acciaio nel suo aspetto naturale). fasci di luce provenienti da lastre in vetro float stratificato e guide in acciaio corten inserite nel cemento creano delle venature su tutta la superficie, rafforzando l impressione che si tratti di una vera roccia. porte in corten montate a filo esterno sulla parete inseriscono variazioni di colore, mentre alcune vetrate consentono di osservare la sala macchine dall esterno. essendo il livello della falda molto alto (acqua proveniente dal pendio e dal fiume) il piano interrato è stato progettato in calcestruzzo impermeabilizzato, e, sulla base di questa scelta, l intero edificio è stato poi realizzato con questo materiale. le superfici in cemento a vista sono state trattate con una macchina in modo da renderle meno uniformi e quindi dall aspetto più naturale. nel piano interrato trovano posto i gruppi macchina, e una sala cavi posta nel retro, una vasca di controllo per la condotta forzata ed un magazzino. al piano terra trovano posto la sala media tensione (sala mt), la sala comandi della centrale e due vani trasformatore accessibili solo dall esterno dell edificio. nel piano interrato e al piano terra sono state usate esclusivamente pavimentazioni industriali, in modo da evidenziare ulteriormente il ridotto impiego di materiali. wa award 2008 produzione annua media: 8,0 milioni di kwh costi di costruzione: 5,0 mil euro progetto_e-werk committente centrale elettrica winnbach società consortile arl luogo viletta (bz) tipologia centrale elettrica vicolo della parrocchia13 I- 39100 bolzano tel. +39 0471 050226 fax +39 0471 050227 mail@.cc www..cc data realizzazione
the hydroelectric power station is located near by winnebach brook in dörfl (municipal territory of vintl), at 800 m. above sea level. it s partly built into the slope, since the building area was extremely reduced. the project consists of a simple but polygonal volume, which is formally adapted to the landscape and the local conditions. the station is conceived as an artificial rock quarried out of the slope. this sensation is underlined by a very reduced use of materials (concrete, glass and steel) in their rougher form, as well as by the veins which cross the volume. these veins consist of light bands of layered glass and run around the building. at some specific points of those light bands a normal single glass delivers insight to the power station s bowels. the main building material is watertight concrete, which was pigmented with white mortar and aftertreated with hydraulic jet in order to acheive a raw appearance. the building has two storeys a ground floor and a basement. the basement shelters the generating set, the distributing unit and the wire room, control tank as well as a storage room. the generating set room extends to the whole building height and is accessible by ground floor. the ground floor itself contains the space for the utility companies and the control room of the power station. wa award 2008 annual generation of power: 8.0 milion construction costs: 5.0 mil. euro project_e-werk client hydroelectric power station consortium limited company location program hydroeletric power station pfarrgasse 13 I- 39100 bozen tel. +39 0471 050226 fax +39 0471 050227 mail@.cc www..cc realisation
