The range VEE DN65-100 further evolves the Easyfit system by applying innovative concepts to the valve handle. Easyfit System Easyfit System is the innovative mechanism based on the quick release of the multifunctional handle to carry out the ball seat carrier adjustment. The innovative handle, is composed by a central hub fixedly coupled to the valve stem and by a double spoke grip that can be released from the hub with a simple operation. Regolazione del supporto della sfera Ball seat carrier adjustement The handle can also be used as a tool for disassembly, assembly or adjustment of the support of the ball seat carrier. For this function, once removed (with closed valve) the handle from the hub enter the two upper protrusions into the appropriate slots of the seat carrier to screw or unscrew it. La maniglia può anche essere usata come attrezzo per lo smontaggio, il montaggio o la regolazione del supporto delle tenute della sfera. Per questa funzione, una volta rimossa (a valvola chiusa) la maniglia dal mozzo, occorre introdurre le due sporgenze presenti sul lato superiore nelle opportune sedi ricavate nel supporto e procedere all avvitamento o allo svitamento del supporto stesso.
Corpo valvola La valvola a sfera VEE Easyfit è stata interamente progettata utilizzando l analisi agli elementi finiti delle tensioni e deformazioni (FEM) e viene prodotta in PVC-U K62, sfruttando le più recenti tecnologie di stampaggio per iniezione. Questa valvola garantisce pressioni di esercizio fino a 16 bar a 20 C in accordo alla norma ISO 9393 ed è conforme alla Direttiva Europea 97/23/CE per attrezzature a pressione PED, certificata dall istituto Pascal (1115). Il corpo della valvola è dotato di una struttura integrata di fissaggio dedicata all installazione di accessori o attuatori tramite l utilizzo del modulo di attuazione PowerQuick Easyfit. Sinergia tra materiali e design per prestazioni ottimizzate La VEE DN 65 100 Easyfit è dotata di supporto regolabile delle tenute della sfera direttamente avvitato al corpo valvola, la regolazione e la rimozione del supporto stesso sono agevolmente effettuabili tramite l impiego della maniglia multifunzione in dotazione alla valvola. Il supporto bloccato, unitamente al doppio O-ring presente sullo stelo di manovra, garantisce adeguata sicurezza durante tutte le operazioni. L elevata finitura superficiale della sfera realizzata in centri di lavoro CNC, abbinata al profilo ottimizzato delle guarnizioni del supporto in PE e lo stelo di manovra montato su un disco antifrizione in PTFE, garantiscono la generale riduzione degli attriti conferendo alla valvola una coppia di manovra eccezionalmente bassa anche con condizioni di utilizzo gravoso. Le tenute della sfera in PE e le guarnizioni tipo O-ring in EPDM, sono idonee al convogliamento di acqua ed altri fluidi compatibili. Valve body VEE DN 65 100 Easyfit ball valve has been designed through the finite element method design (FEM) and is made of PVC-U K62 resin employing the most up to date injection moulding technology. The valve can withstand working pressure up to 16 bar at 20 C according to ISO 9393 International Standards and complies the European Directives 97/23/CE for pressure equipment PED, certified by the Pascal Institute (1115). The top of the body is shaped for the installation of accessories or actuators using the FIP designed PowerQuick Easyfit module. Synergy between materials and design for optimized performances The VEE DN65 100 Easyfit is equipped with adjustable ball seat carrier screwed on the valve body. The adjustment and removal of the support itself are easily carried out through the use of multifunctional handle. The safe blocked carrier, together with the double O-ring on the valve stem, ensures adequate security during all operations. The high surface finishing of the ball realized with CNC machining centers, combined with the optimized profile of PE ball seats and the PTFE anti-friction disc located at the base of the valve stem, guarantee the overall reduction in friction giving the valve an exceptionally low torque even in tough operating conditions. The PE ball seat seals and O-ring in EPDM, are suitable for conveyance of water and other fluids compatible.

The module housed in the valve body, is made by a transparent PVC service plug and a white circle tag holder, FIP branded on one side. The tag holder is embedded in the plug and can be easily removed to be used for self labelling on its blank side. Self labelling can be done in several ways, but we recommend to create custom labels using the Easyfit Labelling System. Our Easyfit Labelling System is a complete product line developed to customize each single valve and includes all the tools for the personalization: LCE module, LSE set and the dedicated software. I fogli, non igroscopici, sono adatti per normali stampanti inkjet e per ogni misura di valvola è disponibile la relativa confezione che permette di personalizzare fino 500 valvole. Il software Easyfit Labelling System, con il suo programma intuitivo, rende la creazione delle etichette un operazione semplice e veloce. Diverse funzioni permettono di abbinare testi e immagini, di digitare più testi anche con orientamenti diversi, di importare dati da fogli di calcolo e di verificare il risultato grazie all anteprima sempre disponibile. Mediante la procedura guidata di calibrazione risulta semplice effettuare la stampa delle etichette con qualunque stampante inkjet. Le etichette vanno applicate sulla piastrina in PVC-U bianco da inserire all interno del tappo di protezione trasparente; le etichette restano così protette a lungo dall ambiente circostante e dall usura quotidiana. Labelling System LCE Module Transparent service plug with tag holder To take advantage of Easyfit Labeling System, Easyfit valves are designed to house the LCE plastic module made by the transparent PVC service plug and the white PVC tag holder embedded in it. The LCE module (transparent plug and tag holder) is factory assembled on VX and SX Easyfit valves while can be ordered separately for VE Easyfit model. LCE module is available for diameters from d16 to d110 for VEE and VXE models and from d32 to d63 for SXE model. Easyfit customised labels have to be applied on the tag holder according to specific needs. LSE Set Label Design and Print Easyfit LSE set contains circle labels die cut on white polyethylene self-adhesive A4 sheets and a CDRom with the label creation and printer management software. The non hygroscopic sheets are suitable for normal inkjet printers and for each valve size there is available a special packaging that allows you to customize up to 500 valves. The Software Easyfit Labeling System, with the user friendly software tool makes label creation simple and fast. The software allows you to overlay text and images as well as to import data from spreadsheets. Several text control functions give you the chance to digit different texts in different positions always checking the result on the label preview. The printers setting wizard makes simple to print labels using any common Inkjet printer. Once printed, the labels are ready to be applied on the white PVC-U tag holder and embedded into the transparent service plug. The custom labels are thus protected in outdoor installation and from daily wear out.
