(Uno dei due collega il piano terra al sesto piano, l altro collega fino al settimo piano) Al piano terra si trovano l entrata principale, caratterizzata da porta a battente e soglia di 2 cm, la reception con bancone alto 120 cm e il Caffè Astra, arredato con banco/cassa alto 115 cm e tavoli quadrati a piede centrale con spazio utile sottostante di 69 cm. Il servizio igienico attrezzato è dotato di WC a pavimento con apertura anteriore alto 51 cm con possibilità di accosto frontale e laterale destro e lavabo sospeso (da segnalare che è a servizio del Caffè Astra e rispetta gli orari di apertura di quest ultimo). Il servizio reception è attivo 24 ore su 24 ed il personale parla più lingue: italiano, inglese, tedesco, francese e spagnolo. Al primo piano si trova il salottino arredato con tavoli bassi, divani, poltrone e postazione internet. Al sesto piano si trova la sala colazione, arredata con tavoli rettangolari a piede centrale con spazio utile sottostante di 75 cm e buffet a 93 cm; superando un gradino di 8 cm è possibile raggiungere la terrazza. La cucina, previa richiesta, è in grado di offrire agli ospiti prodotti confezionati per celiaci e intolleranti. La colazione è servita negli orari indicati nella pagina dedicata di questo sito web; è disponibile un menù multilingue. La struttura dispone di n. 50 camere, tutte con parquet, di cui n. 8 maggiormente fruibili: n. 303 al terzo piano; n. 207, n. 307, n. 407, n. 507 uguali e ubicate dal secondo al quinto piano; n. 310, n. 410, n. 510, uguali e ubicate dal terzo al sesto piano. Le camere n. 310, n. 410, n. 510, con presenza di differenziazione cromatica tra le pareti, pavimento e arredamento, sono composte da una camera doppia, una singola ed un bagno. La camera doppia è arredata con letti mobili alti 50 cm con possibilità di accosto frontale e laterale destro, mentre la camera singola è arredata con divano/letto alto 47 cm con possibilità di accosto laterale sinistro. Il bagno dispone di WC sospeso alto 44 cm con
possibilità di accosto frontale, lavabo sospeso, bidet e vasca normale con altezza di 53 cm da terra e maniglione. Le camere n. 207, n. 307, n. 407, n. 507 sono arredate con letti mobili alti 49 cm con possibilità di accosto da tutti i lati; presenza di differenziazione cromatica tra le pareti, pavimento e arredamento. I bagni, raggiungibili superando un gradino di 3 cm, dispongono di WC sospeso alto 45 cm con possibilità di accosto frontale, lavabo sospeso, bidet e vasca normale con altezza di 51 cm da terra e maniglione. La camera n. 303 è doppia, arredata con letti mobili alti 53 cm con possibilità di accosto frontale e laterale destro; presenza di differenziazione cromatica tra le pareti, pavimento e arredamento. Il bagno con ingresso di 61 cm, dispone di WC sospeso alto 44 cm con accosto frontale di 45 cm, lavabo sospeso, bidet e box doccia con entrata di 65 cm e gradino di 10 cm. Gli animali sono i benvenuti Nella struttura è presente un sistema di allarme sonoro, il piano di evacuazione è presente in tutti i piani e vicino alla Reception. All interno dell Hotel sono presenti: - Caffè Astra al Duomo: Occupa il piano terra e parte del primo piano dell hotel. Al primo piano, raggiungibile con scala a semi chiocciola, si trova la balconata composta da due salette arredate con tavoli quadrati a piede centrale con spazio utile sottostante di 72 cm. Per le persone con disabilità motoria è possibile accedervi, accompagnati da personale, utilizzando gli ascensori dell hotel. - Auditorium al Duomo: Dispone di un ascensore proprio che collega i piani -2 (servizi igienici, sale prova e camerini), -1 (spazio scarico merci nel cortile), piano terra, primo piano (Anfiteatro A. Tomaszewski) e secondo piano (palcoscenico). Al piano terra sono presenti la reception, con bancone alto 114 cm e la sala Borselli, modulabile fino a 3 sale.
Al primo piano si trova l Auditorium (273 posti + 2 posti per disabili) con 3 gradini interni superabili con rampa con pendenza del 11%; il palco è raggiungibile con 6 gradini con corrimano a destra o con ascensore. A disposizione, raggiungibile con scale, il guardaroba. Al piano -2 si trovano i servizi igienici attrezzati: quello per donne dispone di antibagno, WC a pavimento con apertura anteriore alto 51 cm con accosto laterale destro di 72 cm e lavabo sospeso con spazio utile sottostante di 67 cm; quello riservato agli uomini dispone di antibagno, WC a pavimento con apertura anteriore alto 52 cm con possibilità di accosto laterale destro e lavabo sospeso con spazio utile sottostante di 69 cm. Sempre a questo piano è disponibile una carrozzina per l evacuazione di persone con disabilità motoria.

The equipped toilet includes a floor-mounted WC with a 51 cm high front opening that can be approached from the front and right side and a wall-mounted washbasin (please note that, as it is in use for the Caffè Astra, it is only accessible during its opening hours). The reception service is open 24 hours a day and its staff speak several languages, namely: Italian, English, German, French and Spanish. On the first floor is a small lounge furnished with low tables, sofas, armchairs and an Internet access area. On the sixth floor is the breakfast room, furnished with rectangular tables with a central support and an underlying usable space of 75 cm and a buffet at a distance of 93 cm; the terrace can be reached via an 8 cm step. The kitchen can offer our guests packaged products for people with celiac disease and intolerance to various foods upon request. The bathroom is equipped with a 44 cm high wall-mounted WC that can be approached from the front, a wallmounted washbasin, a bidet and a normal bathtub 53 cm high from the floor with a grab bar. The auditorium has its own lift connecting the underground floors -2 (toilets, rehearsal rooms and dressing rooms), -1 (goods unloading area in the courtyard), ground floor, first floor (A. Tomaszewski Amphitheatre) and the second floor (stage). On the ground floor are the reception, with a desk 114 cm high, and the Borselli Hall, which is modular and can be divided up to 3 smaller rooms.
