Far smontare il motore dal telaio Attendere che sia a temperatura ambiente PROCEDURA PER LA VERIFICA DELLA CUBATURA Fare smontare la testata per verificare la sporgenza della candela all interno della cupola della camera di combustione Fare smontare la candela ( verificare la quota del 18,5mm) Avvitare L INSERTO al posto della candela ( L inserto stretto sulla testata, non dovrà oltrepassare la parte superiore della camera di combustione. Esso dovrà essere fissato sulla testata nello stesso ed identico modo come era fissata la candela di 18,5mm) Rendere stagno con l aiuto di grasso la parte superiore del pistone e la periferica del cilindro Mettere il pistone a punto morto superiore e bloccare l albero motore Asciugare accuratamente l eccedenza di grasso Assicurarsi che il motore sia in piano Fare rimontare la testata e stringerla alla coppia di serraggio definita dal Costruttore Con una buretta di laboratorio graduata ( meccanica o elettronica) riempire la camera di combustione ( con una miscela del 50% di olio utilizzato per fare la miscela e il 50% di carburante) fino a quando il liquido rasenta il bordo superiore dell inserto Il volume allora misurato dovrà corrispondere al volume minimo della camera di combustione indicato nella scheda di identificazione del motore stesso PROCEDURE USED TO MEASURE THE VOLUME OF THE COMBUSTION CHAMBER Disassemble the engine from the chassis Wait until the temperature is ambient temperature Disassemble the cylinder head in order to verify the projection of the sparking plug inside the combustion chambre. Disassemble the sparking plug ( verify the height of 18,5mm) Screw the INSERT at the place of the sparking plug (The insert on the cylinder head has not to overpass the superior part of the combustion chamber. It has to be fixed on the cylinder head in the same way the sparking plug of 18,5mm was fixed) Make it air tight and water tight with grease the upper part of the piston and the cylinder device Raise up the piston and stop the crankshaft Dry up the excess of grease Be sure that the engine is on a flat surface Move up the cylinder head and tighten it to clamping forces defined by the manufacturer. Fill up the combustion chamber (with a mixture composed by 50% of the oil used to make the mixture and the 50% of the fuel) using a graduated burette (mechanical or electrical) until the upper border of the insert. The measured volume must show a value which is complying with the minimum combustion chamber volume set on the engine identification sheet concerned. - pag. 7 -

Vietato montare qualsiasi po di rubine o, raccordo calibrato ed altro disposi vo tra alimentazione e ritorno/recupero, sui tubi del carburante. c. E ammesso l impiego dei soli tubi. E consen to l u lizzo di un raccordo in plas ca a Y installato fra la pompa benzina e il carburatore per facilitare il ritorno di benzina al serbatoio. Il raccordo a Y deve avere lo stesso diametro nelle 3 uscite. d. Tra serbatoio, pompa benzina e carburatore è consen to montare 1 (uno) solo filtro carburante. a. Any mechanical, manual or electronic system as well as any other kind of device is forbidden. Concerning the fuel supply, the only system admi ed includes atmospheric pressure. It means that it is allowed to employ 1 (one) pneuma c fuel pump, located between tank and carbure or: the pump must always be ORIGINAL. b. It is forbidden to employ any other kind of spigot, calibrated junc on or similar devices between the supply and the return/collec on, on the fuel pipes. c. It is admi ed to employ pipes only. A plas c Y can be installed in the fuel line between the fuel pump and fuel inlet to the carburetor to facilitate the installa on of a return line to the fuel tank. 2018 APENDICE ROK SHIFTER EL DESCONOCIMIENTO DE UNA REGLA O LA FALTA DE LA MISMA NO QUIERE DECIR QUE PERMITE CUALQUIER INTERPRETACIÓN POR PARTE DEL PILOTO Y/O MECÁNICO. EN CASO TAL DE QUE SEA OMISA UNA REGLAMENTACIÓN SERA JUZGADA POR EL DIRECTOR DE COMPETENCIA, DEPORTIVO Y TÉCNICO, BASADA Y JUSTIFICADA EN REGLAMENTOS INTERNACIONALES. 1. Sistema de combus ble: a. Todos los componentes del sistema de combus ble deben ser u lizados. b. No se admiten componentes adicionales. c. No se admite el uso de llaves de cierre del paso de combus ble. d. Cualquier filtro de combus ble, si se u liza, debe colocarse entre el depósito de combus ble y la bomba de combus ble original. e. Los tubos de ven lación son opcionales, pero los accesorios deben permanecer en el carburador. f. La bomba de combus ble debe montarse en el motor. g. Se puede instalar un plás co "Y" en la línea de combus ble entre la bomba de combus ble y la entrada de Carburador para facilitar la instalación de una línea de retorno al depósito de combus ble. Ellos deben tener Los mismos diámetros interiores para todas las 3 conexiones. 2. Carburador: a. Dell'Orto VHSH 30 b. Los únicos cambios permi dos en el carburador Dell'Orto VHSH 30 son el main jet y la posición del clip de la aguja. No se permite ningún otro cambio o modificación. c. Las abrazaderas del filtro de aire del carburador se deben u lizar. d. Todas las piezas originales deben estar en el carburador y todos los jets deben ser originales Dell'Ortojets. e. Los números estampados en las piezas NO garan zan la exac tud de la pieza. Todas las partes DEBEN estar Dentro de la tolerancia MÍNIMA y MÁXIMA comprobada por las herramientas de medición. f. Dell'Orto VHSH 30 SetUp: PAGINA 18 3. Filtro de aire a. El filtro de aire de espuma NO es permi do. b. El filtro de aire no debe contener ningún agujero adicional. c. No se permite ninguna forma externa de conductos de aire que fuerzan el aire dentro de la caja de aire. d. El filtro de aire debe asegurarse completamente. e. Protección plás ca bajo condiciones de lluvia son permi das 4. Cylinder Head CC. Volume: a. Assembled 13.40 with LAD tool using Marvel MysteryOil. b. Assembled 13.00cc with the CIK tool using 50% oil and 50%fuel. 5. Bobina: a. Debe usarse la suministrada. PVL 105 458 b. Debe montarse en el motor. c. Debe u lizar el cable de bobina suministrado. 6. Bujía: a. Sólo se permite la siguiente NGK B10EG. b. Debe ser original y no se permite ninguna modificación. c. La arandela de la bujía o el transmisor de la temperatura deben estar en su lugar. d. El casquillo de la bujía es obligatorio. - pag. 21 -
7. Tubería de escape: a. No se permite ningún tratamiento de ningún po. b. No se permite el sand blas ng. c. No se permite ninguna forma de envoltura térmica. d. Las dimensiones internas no se pueden alterar debido a la corrosión. e. No hay modificaciones en la tapa del silenciador. f. Sensor de temperatura de escape: - Se admite un sensor de temperatura de escape. - Un solo agujero se puede perforar en el tubo de escape para el sensor. - No se requiere una ubicación específica para el sensor de temperatura de escape. - Cualquier orificio que no se use debe estar completamente tapado si el sensor de escape no está Siendo usado. 8. Silenciador de escape: a. No se permite ningún tratamiento de ningún po. b. No se permite el sand blas ng. c. No se permite ninguna forma de envoltura térmica. d. Las dimensiones internas no se pueden alterar debido a la corrosión. e. No puede estar agrietado o goteando. 9. Tiempo de encendido: a. Estándar (1,5 mm.) + / --- 1 mm. 10. Tratamiento: a. No se pueden hacer tratamientos ni pintar ninguna parte incluyendo el motor y los componentes del escape. b. Los comisarios están autorizados a pintar cualquier componente del motor con fines técnicos. c. Sólo se permiten las calcomanías suministradas con motores. No se permiten otros pos de calcomanías o de otra marca de motor. 11. Modificaciones Externas: a. Cualquier modificación claramente no mencionada dentro de este documento no debe tomarse como legalmente aceptable. 12. Radiador: a. Debe ser original para kar ng. b. Pueden usarse soportes de montaje metálicos adicionales para asegurar el radiador. c. No es obligatorio u lizar termostato. d. No se permite ninguna forma de intercambio de calor en las mangueras de agua. e. No se permite ningún po de calentador de agua o calentador de motor. f. No se permiten líquidos a base de glucosa. 13. Chasis a. SOLAMENTE se aceptan los chasis homologados por CIK / FIA. b. Los carenajes y el parachoques trasero homologados por CIK / FIA son obligatorios. c. El sistema de frenos homologado por CIK / FIA es obligatorio. d. No más de 3 (tres) espaciadores entre el volante y el cubo del volante. 14. Llantas a. Es aceptable reubicar las llantas de lado a lado siempre que las flechas giratorias estén en la dirección de rotación correcta. 15. Reed SOLAMENTE se permiten suministrados por VORTEX. NO SE PERMITEN REEDS DE OTRAS MARCAS - pag. 22 -
