PROFILE ABOUT US Founded in 1974, BAKER TILLY CONSULAUDIT S.p.A is an independent registered Auditing and Accounting firm approved by the CONSOB (Italian Public Authority responsible for regulating the Italian securities market), it performs legal audits according to Legislative Decree No. 58 OF 24 FEBRUARY 1998 since the Register was first set up in 1980. Baker Tilly Consulaudit S.p.A. is also registered with into the Italian Register of Auditors, introduced under a Legislative Decree of January 27, 1992. In October 2004 the Company changed its legal name from Consulaudit S.p.A. to Baker Tilly Consulaudit S.p.A to fully assert its identity as the exclusive independent Italian member of the Baker Tilly International Network and confirm its international vocation. In August 2010 Baker Tilly Consulaudit merged with Constantin Rediva, an auditing firm with its head office in Milan, specialized in providing services to corporate clients of French origin or partnerships having French ownership. The primary aim of this merger is not to be intended a merely financing project, the actual purpose in reality was to combine two different experiences and to assist the needs of major corporate clients at the best, develop new business models for international exposure since the global economic crisis has challenged the existing ones. Baker Tilly Consulaudit currently has thirteen Partners, all licensed professionals, who are personally involved in the day-to-day running of the firm. Every assignment is overseen by the Partner in charge who is directly responsible for the client. Partners will always be the main point client contact and directly involved during the execution of clients duties, along with professional managers and staff. About hundred people is the current firm s total workforce. With the introduction of new regulations, the Company is taking steps ahead to expand its consulting services with particular attention to the International market.
