7 FORM 06 Regolamento Generale / General Regulations TEMPISTICA / BOOKING AND SEETING UP TIMES Il noleggio del materiale è previsto per il periodo di svolgimento della manifestazione e comprende il montaggio lo smontaggio e l assistenza durante la manifestazione stessa. The material detailed is hired for the whole exhibition and includes installation removal and assistance during the exhibition. Il materiale d allestimento è noleggiabile sino ad esaurimento. The stand material is available while stocks last.. Gli allestimenti saranno disponibili 1 giorno prima della manifestazione. Stand set up will be available 1 day before the exhibition starts. Per consentire lo smontaggio degli allestimenti nei tempi previsti il ritiro dei prodotti/apparecchiature di proprietà deve essere effettuato entro il giorno succesivo alla chiusura della mostra. In order to allow dismantling of the shell schemes by the scheduled time exhibitors will have to collect their own goods and equipment within the day after the end if the exhibition. STRUTTURE D ALLESTIMENTO / STAND STRUCTURES Le strutture d allestimento saranno realizzate nel rispetto del Regolamento Mido. Stand structures are built in compliance to Mido Regulations. Tutti gli elementi componenti l allestimento non possono essere tinteggiati verniciati o rivestiti con materiale inncollato o fissato con chiodi viti tasselli ecc. It is strictly forbidden to paint varnish glue nail screw or damage in anyway all of the stand structures. I danni provocati al materiale d allestimento comporteranno l addebito integrale per nuova fornitura. Any damage caused to stand materials will be charged at their full purchase cost. IMPIANTO ELETTRICO / ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION I faretti con realtivi sostegni e cavi elettrici verranno installati a filo superiore delle strutture dello stand e non potranno aggettare in corsia The spotlights with relative supports and wiring will be set on top of the stand structures and may not jut out into the aisle. E vietato allacciare l impianto luci dello stand alle prese elettriche in quanto quest ultime sono esclusivamente dedicate all alimentazione delle singole apparecchiature (computer telefoni cellulari firgoriferi televisoriventilatori ecc.) It is forbidden to connect the stand lighting installation to the electrical sockets as they are exclusively reserved for single pieces of equipment(computers mobile phone rechargers fridges televisions fans etc.) Per ovvi motivi di sicurezza gli interrutori elettrici saranno posti in modo da essere accessibili anche in ore notturne. For obvious safety reasons electric switches will be located where they are accessible even at night. RINUNCE / CANCELLATIONS Per ragioni organizzative saranno accettate le rinunce che perverranno a INTEA almeno 10gg prima dell inizio del periodo di montaggio ufficiale. L eventuale rinuncia nel caso pervenga successivamente alla posa degli elementi richiesti comporterà l intero addebito in estratto conto finale di quanto dovuto. For logistic reasons cancellations will only be accepted if they are communicated directly to INTEA at least 10 days before the official setting up period begins. If cancellations are made after the stand has been installed the entire amount due will be charged in the final statement.
