Il Tropical Fruit Congress è un evento che si svolge all interno di Macfrut e approfondisce un tema di grande attualità tramite il coinvolgimento di opinion leader ed esperti, top buyer (GDO e importatori) e produttori internazionali. Il congresso si articola in varie sessioni dedicate a tutti i principali aspetti: dalla produzione, lavorazione e commercializzazione, alle tematiche dei consumi e la gestione del prodotto nel punto vendita. I contenuti sono arricchiti da workshop, incontri B2B, analisi e ricerca di strumenti, packaging e tecnologie per il miglioramento di tutte le fasi produttive della frutta tropicale. The Tropical Fruit Congress is an event held as part of Macfrut to explore a topic of great relevance, which will involve opinion leaders and experts, top buyers (the large-scale retail trade and importers) and international producers.
