1. Introduzione / Introduction EXP-D8-120 è una scheda di espansione progettata per tutti gli azionamenti della famiglia ARTDrive, con la quale è possibile interfacciare gli ingressi digitali standard con segnali di 115 Vac provenienti da sorgenti esterne. La scheda è composta da: - 8 ingressi digitali 115 Vac optoisolati - 8 uscite di interfaccia per gli ingressi digitali della scheda di regolazione dell inverter - 2 morsetti di ingresso per la tensione di alimentazione 24 Vdc. EXP-D8-120 is an expansion card to be fitted on all drives of the ARTDrive series. The card allows to interface the standard digital inputs with the 115 Vac signals deriving from outside sources. The card consists of: - 8 optoisolated 115 Vac digital inputs - 8 interface outputs for the digital inputs of the inverter regulation card - 2 input terminals for the 24 Vdc power supply voltage. 3

2. Fissaggio / Mounting B A La scheda EXP-D8-120 viene fornita con i distanziali per il fissaggio alla scheda regolazione del drive. 1.Spegnere l azionamento. 2.Fissare con le viti (B) e i distanziali (A) la scheda EXP-D8-120 alla scheda di regolazione del drive. 3.Cablare sul morsetto M_IN (AC input) gli ingressi 115 Vac provenienti dall esterno. 4.Cablare sul morsetto M_OUT (DC output) le uscite di interfacciamento con gli ingressi della scheda di regolazione del drive (fare riferimento al manuale istruzione del drive). 5. Alimentare l azionamento. The EXP-D8-120 card is supplied with suitable spacers used to fix the card to the drive regulation card. 1.Turn the drive off. 2.Fix the EXP-D8-120 card to the drive regulation card using the screws (B) and the spacers (A). 3.Wire on the M_IN terminal (AC input) the 115 Vac inputs deriving from the outside. 4.Wire on the M_OUT terminal (DC output) the interface outputs with the inputs of the drive regulation card (see the drive instruction manual). 5.Power supply the drive. 5

3.2 Connessione Uscite Interfaccia Drive sul Morsetto M_OUT (DC Output) Connection of the Drive Interface Outputs on the M_OUT Terminal (DC Output) Le uscite interfaccia richiedono una alimentazione esterna di +24 Vdc, 40mA. Può essere utilizzata la tensione +24Vdc disponibile sulla morsettiera dei drive; massima caricabilita: - AGy = 300mA - AFy, AVy, XVy = 120mA. Al morsetto 24Vdc deve essere collegata l alimentazione positiva e al morsetto 0V il rispettivo comune. The interface outputs require a +24 Vdc, 40mA external power supply. It is possible to use the +24 Vdc voltage available on the drive terminal strip; max. load: - AGy = 300mA - AFy, AVy, XVy = 120mA. The positive power supply has to be connected to the 24Vdc terminal while the reference voltage has to be connected to the 0V terminal.
