TIROCINIO professionalizzante all ESTERO PREMESSA Il tirocinio all estero è riservato ai soli laureati in Psicologia dell Università di Bologna, per delibera del Consiglio di Facoltà del 21/11/2008. CARATTERISTICHE DEL TIROCINIO È possibile svolgere il tirocinio professionalizzante all estero preferibilmente presso Strutture Pubbliche, Universitarie o Ospedaliere, ove si svolgano attività a carattere psicologico e ove vi sia la presenza di uno Psicologo o di un Docente di discipline psicologiche che svolga funzioni di Tutor. Il Consiglio di Dipartimento è tenuto ad esprimersi sia preventivamente che consuntivamente e a deliberare per ciascuna domanda una Autorizzazione preventiva al tirocinio e una Convalida finale al termine dello stesso. PRESENTAZIONE DELLA DOMANDA DI TIROCINIO ALL ESTERO La Domanda di tirocinio all estero viene valutata dal Consiglio di Dipartimento dietro istanza di un Docente della Scuola. Il tirocinante interessato a svolgere questa esperienza dovrà pertanto prendere contatto per prima cosa con un Docente ed illustrargli il progetto propostogli dalla struttura straniera. In caso di valutazione positiva, il Docente dovrà redigere una Lettera di richiesta di Autorizzazione preventiva 1, che il tirocinante presenterà all Ufficio Tirocini e Placement unitamente all Autorizzazione dell Ente ospitante 2. A decorre da settembre 2016, inoltre sarà necessario far firmare alla struttura ospitante l internship agreement 3 (vedi allegato 3). Tutta la documentazione deve essere inoltrata almeno 3 mesi prima dell inizio dell attività in quanto deve essere autorizzata dal Consiglio di Dipartimento di afferenza del laureato. Se l istanza viene accolta (ed il tirocinio autorizzato) e la Struttura provvede a compilare l internship agreement, il tirocinante dovrà formalizzare la Sua Domanda presentando all Ufficio Tirocini e Placement i documenti specificati alla pagina del sito di Scuola http://www.psicologiaformazione.unibo.it/it/tirocinio-professionalizzante-ex-d-p-r-328-2001?target=studentilaureati, ovvero: 1. Domanda al Magnifico Rettore 2. Versamento delle tasse previste CONCLUSIONE DEL TIROCINIO Il Consiglio di Dipartimento è tenuto a valutare consuntivamente il tirocinio all estero e a deliberare in merito alla convalida finale. Affinché l iter possa essere avviato, il tirocinante deve presentare all Ufficio Tirocini e Placement una breve relazione sull attività svolta, redatta dal Tutor responsabile del progetto. Allegato 3 INTERNSHIP AGREEMENT between Alma Mater Studiorum University of Bologna, with registered offices in Via Zamboni 33, 40126 Bologna, Italy, represented by Professor Silvana Grandi in her capacity of Vice-dean of the School of Psychology and Education below referred to as the University, and, with registered offices in, represented by Mr./Ms., in her/his or their capacity as Legal Representative (or his/her delegate), below referred to as the Host Organization. Whereas - universities and organizations4 can: - promote internships for graduates who need to undergo professional training to sit the national exam required to practice as qualified psychologist. - cooperate to improve the quality of higher education. It is hereby agreed as follows: Art. 1 The above premises are an integral part of this agreement. Art. 2 Obligations of the Host Organization The Host Organization undertakes to host at its premises graduates to participate in perform postgraduate internships. The Host Organization will enable the graduate to fully benefit from the internship experience in the work environment by allowing them to have full access to equipment, departments and services, by illustrating existing technologies, the organization and production processes. Each intern will be assigned to a supervisor, who will be identified as the contact person in charge of monitoring the intern's activities and, at the end of the internship, on behalf of the Host Organization, certifying the activities carried out by the intern. Art. 3 Obligations concerning insurance and health and safety provisions The parties mutually acknowledge that: - graduates are insured by the University against any damage they may cause and against any accidents that might involve a third-party that may occur during the internship; - the Host Organization undertakes to immediately notify the University should any accident involve the intern during the internship; - the Host Organization undertakes to train all interns in the specific health and safety provisions concerning the workplace. Art. 4 Activities and regulations concerning internships The number of interns hosted will be agreed between the parties involved. Internships shall under no circumstances be intended as employment relationships. The intern will keep their status (graduate) for the whole duration of the training at the Host Organization. The intern may be awarded a grant and/or any other subsidy autonomously determined by the Host Organization. The intern and/or the Host Organization reserve the right to interrupt the internship at any time if it does not comply with the targets of either one party or both. Art. 5 Internship Programme An internship programme, to be jointly set up by all parties involved in the start-up of the internship for each graduate, shall include the following information: - name of the intern; - names of the supervisor at the Host Organization; - purposes of the training and general description of the intern s activities, including attendance schedule at the Host Organization and facilities (factories, head offices, departments, etc.) in which the internship is 4 Organizations may be companies or private or public institutions.
carried out; - details of the insurance policies provided for by the University. Art. 6 Obligations of the intern During the internship, the intern shall: - follow the instructions given by the supervisor at the Host Organization and report to him/her for any organizational needs; carry out the activities established in the internship programme; comply with the health and safety regulations specific to the Host Organization and premises; comply with the confidentiality policy of the Host Organization concerning data, information and knowledge acquired during the internship about production processes and products. Art. 7 Certification At the end of the internship, the Host Organization shall provide the intern with a document describing their achievements as an intern during the internship. At the end of the training, the supervisor at the Host Organization will certify the actual performance of the planned activities in a final report, and will confirm the number of hours and period of training. Art. 8 Protection of personal data The parties undertake to process all personal data of the parties (both physical persons and legal entities) involved in the internship programmes in compliance with statutory provisions. Art. 9 Results of the internship Provisions governing the intellectual property rights of any results produced during the internship activities are established in specific agreements signed in this sense between the intern and the host organization. Without prejudice to all moral rights of the intern over the paternity of any results produced and the right to publish them, the above agreements shall safeguard any confidential information owned by the Host Organization. Art. 10 Financial costs The internship has no financial costs for the University or the Host Organization, with the exception of all statutory charges. Art. 11 Duration of the internship agreement This agreement enters into force on the date of its signature and may last 1) a period of year/years 2) and/or the period of Mr./Ms. s internship Art. 12 Jurisdiction Any matters not agreed upon by the parties involved, or any future disputes that might arise over this agreement shall be dealt with in accordance with Italian law.
