1. General Information This manual explains how to install the mobile version (app) of the virtual Enel App Store. Enel App Store is compatible with the following mobile operating systems: ios o ios 5.* o ios 6.* o ios 7.* o ios 8.* o ios 9.* Android o Android 2.2.* o Android 2.3.* o Android 3.* o Android 4.* 4 9
2. Installation on ios devices Proceed as follows to install the mobile Enel App Store version on your device with ios operating system:: 1. Connect the device on which you want to install Enel App Store to https://appstore.enel.com via your browser. Safari browser set up. Be sure that into the Privacy and Security settings of the browser, the set up for Block Cookies is set to a value that is not Always Block. 2. Log in entering your appropriate corporate user credentials in the Domain, Username and Password fields. The domain may be selected from the appropriate drop down menu. 3. In the next screen (homepage), tap on the "Enel App Store" menu item 4. In the app tab, tap on the "Download ios" button 5 9
5. Authorize the installation by tapping on "Install" in the request box a. Starting from ios 9 once you tap the app you will notice that "Untrusted enterprise developer" pop-up shows up. To solve this issue, follow the steps below: I. Go to Settings II. General III. Profiles IV. Tap on the Profile - tap on Trust button 6. After installation, the Enel App Store icon will appear on the device desktop 6 9

3. Installation on Android devices Proceed as follows to install the mobile Enel App Store version on your device with Android operating system: 1. Connect the device on which you want to install Enel App Store to https://appstore.enel.com via your browser. 2. Log in entering your appropriate corporate user credentials in the Domain, Username and Password fields. The domain may be selected from the appropriate drop down menu. 3. In the next screen (homepage), tap on the "Enel App Store" menu item 4. In the app tab, tap on the "Download Android" button 5. After the download, make sure the unknown sources are authorized (Settings Security) 8 9
6. Access the list of your device downloads, and then tap on the app.apk file you just downloaded 7. Tap on "Next" and then "Install" in the information screen on permits to be granted to Enel App Store 8. After installation, the Enel App Store icon will appear on the device desktop For information on how to use the Enel App Store app, refer to the appropriate manual. 9 9
NOTE FOR THE iphone MOBILE Follow these security guidelines to install custom apps: On ios Devices it requires to authorize an external developer in order to start the installed application It will be necessary to follow those steps: Settings > General >Profiles or Profiles & Device Management > Select "ENEL SERVIZI SRL" and allow the developer. It requires to accept the possibility to receive Notifications from the Enel App Store at first start.
