Il sistema SSL-TVCC è un impianto di video-sorveglianza alimentato da modulo fotovoltaico installabile in ogni luogo remoto dove non è disponibile alimentazione da rete. Il sistema di alimentazione è dimensionato per garantire il funzionamento dell apparato anche in caso di tre giorni consecutivi di assenza di sole. SSL-TVCC è dotato di una/due telecamere con visione notturna che registrano 24h al giorno su di un supporto elettronico (HDD) capace di contenere registrazioni per almeno 4 settimane. Le registrazioni sono visionabili collegando un PC portatile alla porta ethernet posta a base palo all'interno della portella. In alternativa le immagini si possono visionare da remoto tramite rete 3G se si installa nel sistema una internet Key per porta USB. This document is the property of WESTERN CO. Il box videoregistratore ha un sistema di fissaggio a palo attraverso delle fascette in acciaio per diametro 100/120mm. Se il diametro del palo non è adatto alle fascette fornite in dotazione, l'installatore dovrà procurarsi adeguate fascette. Montare il DVR all interno della cassetta, rimuovendo il coperchio del DVR e il carter frontale come in fig. 1 e avvitandolo sul fondo della cassetta con le 4 viti autofilettanti date in dotazione. Per dettagli sul funzionamento del regolatore di carica SPB- LS fare riferimento al relativo manuale tecnico fornito in dotazione. Per una corretta impostazione del SPB-LB è necessario posizionare i suoi dip-switch con la seguente configurazione: OFF OFF OFF OFF ON ON OFF In questo modo si configura l'spb-ls a tenere sempre acceso il carico 24h/giorno (1,2,3,4 OFF), si configura l'spb-ls per la carica si batteria tipo seal (5 ON), si imposta la distanza batteria 1 mt (6 ON) e infine si imposta come la soglia di low battery a 11,5V (7 OFF). NOTA: le batterie debbono essere collegate in parallelo in modo da creare un unico banco batterie a 12V nominali, così pure i moduli PV debbono essere connessi in parallelo. Qualora per errore si dovessero collegare le batterie in serie il videoregistratore sarebbe alimentato a 24V e ciò ne provocherebbe la rottura invalidando la garanzia sul prodotto offerta dalla Western Co. 5 4)Collegare il cavo ethernet a base palo e riporre il connettore all'interno della portella a base palo nell'alloggio portafusibile in modo che sia adeguatamente protetta all'acqua. Attenzione la portella, il relativo alloggio portafusibili e il cavo ethernet non vengono forniti in dotazione. Poiché il collegamento ethernet tra il videoregistratore e il PC a base palo non avviene attraverso un hub allora sarà necessario cablare il cavo ethernet in modalità 'crossover'. Per comodità di istallazione di seguito è riportata la sequenza di cablaggio del cavo ethernet sia in modalità crossover che dritta (straight-throught). Per realizzare correttamente il cavo ethernet sarà necessario dotarsi delle apposite pinze fig 3. Con un PC collegato alla presa Ethernet a base palo ci si connette al videoregistratore attraverso il software DVR remote, la cui installazione è contenuta nel CD in dotazione. Nella schermata iniziale si deve impostare l'indirizzo ip DVR Address: (riportato su etichetta del DVR) e le credenziali di accesso Username: admin Password: come in fig 4. 6 In fig. 5 è rappresentato il software di controllo del videoregistratore dopo che si è eseguito correttamente l'accesso attraverso il programma CMS. Per una accurata descrizione del funzionamento del videoregistratore si rimanda allo specifico manuale contenuto nel cd fornito in dotazione. 9 Garanzia di legge Western Co srl garantisce la buona qualità e la buona costruzione dei Prodotti obbligandosi, durante il periodo di garanzia di 5 (cinque) anni, a riparare o sostituire a sua sola discrezione, gratuitamente, quelle parti che, per cattiva qualità del materiale o per difetto di lavorazione si dimostrassero difettose. Per il solo hard disk il periodo di garanzia è di soli due anni. Il prodotto difettoso dovrà essere rispedito alla Western Co srl o a società delegata dalla Western Co srl a fare assistenza sul prodotto, a spese del cliente, assieme ad una copia della fattura di vendita, sia per la riparazione che la sostituzione garantita. I costi di re-installazione del materiale saranno a carico del cliente. La Western Co srl sosterrà le spese di re spedizione del prodotto riparato o sostituito. La garanzia non copre i Prodotti che, in base a nostra discrezione, risultino difettosi a causa di naturale logoramento, che presentino guasti causati da imperizia o negligenza del cliente, da imperfetta installazione, da manomissioni o interventi diversi dalle istruzioni da noi fornite. La garanzia decade altresì in caso di danni derivanti da: -trasporto e/o cattiva conservazione del prodotto. -causa di forza maggiore o eventi catastrofici (gelo per temperature inferiori a -20 C, incendio, inondazioni, fulmini, atti vandalici, ecc ). Tutte le sopraccitate garanzie sono il solo ed esclusivo accordo che soprassiede ogni altra proposta o accordo verbale o scritto e ogni altra comunicazione fatta tra il produttore e l acquirente in rispetto a quanto sopra. Per qualsiasi controversia il Foro competente è Ascoli Piceno. Smaltimento dei rifiuti La Western Co in qualità di produttore del dispositivo elettrico descritto nel presente manuale, ed in conformità al D.L 25/07/05 n 151, informa l acquirente che questo prodotto, una volta dismesso, deve essere consegnato ad un centro di raccolta autorizzato oppure, in caso di acquisto di apparecchiatura equivalente può essere riconsegnato a titolo gratuito al distributore della apparecchiatura nuova. Le sanzioni per chi abusivamente si libera di un rifiuto elettronico saranno applicate dalle singole amministrazioni comunali. 10 Video surveillance system power supplied by PV module SSL-TVCC VIDEO CAMERA: - CCD SONY color super HAD - Effective pixel 1280x LED IR illuminator, 40mt - Lens mm VIDEO RECORDER: - Max recording resolution 1280x720 - H264 compression format - Alarms managing with motion detect - Ethernet LAN - Integrated web server - Allowed operations from Ethernet port: live display, backup, video export. SSL-TVCC system is a video-surveillance installation that is power supplied by PV module and that can be installed in any remote place where there is no connection to the public grid. The power supplying system has been dimensioned so to guarantee the working of the apparatus even with three consecutive days with no sun. SSL-TVCC has got n. 01/02 cameras with night vision that record 24h per day on an electronic support (HDD) able to contain records for at least 4 weeks. The records are accessible by connecting a laptop to the Ethernet port that is at the bottom of the pole inside the hatch. Alternatively images can be viewed remotely via 3G networks if you install in the system an Internet Key for USB. This document is the property of WESTERN CO. 11 Parts List SSL-TVCC Manuale installazione Top-of-pole mounting structure for support of PV module and batteries No Ah batteries PV module SPB-LS charge controller Box containing video-recorder Video-camera Kit of cables No. 02 steel clamps D 100/120mm Software CD Installation 1)Install the top-of-pole mounting structure, the batteries, the PV module and the charge controller code SPB-LB-V2 following the provided mechanical scheme. 2)Fix the video-recorder box and the video cameras so that they frame properly the scene you want to supervise. The video-recording box has got a fixing system to pole by steel clamps for diameter of 100/120mm. If the diameter of the pole is not suitable for the supplied clamps, the installer will have to find by himself the proper clamps. Install the DVR inside the box, removing the cover of the DVR as shown in Fig. 1 and screwing on the box bottom with supplied 4 selft-apping screws. This document is the property of WESTERN CO. 12 Fig 1 Fix DVR in the box. 3) Make electrical connections as in Fig 2 below. For details concerning the working of charge controller code SPB-LB-V2 please refer to the supplied technical manual. For a correct setting of SPB-LS place the dip-switches with the following configuration: OFF OFF OFF OFF ON ON OFF In this way you configure SPB-LSto keep always the load ON 24h/day (1,2,3,4 OFF), you configure SPB-LB-V2 for SEAL battery charge (5 ON), you set the battery distance at 1 mt (6 ON) and, finally, you set the low-battery threshold at 11,5V (7 OFF). NOTE: batteries must be connected in parallel in order to create a single 12V battery bank; also PV modules must be connected in parallel. If by mistake you should connect batteries in series, the video recorder would be power supplied at 24V and this would cause the damage and void the product warranty offered by Western Co. 14 4)Connect the Ethernet cable at the bottom of the pole and place the connector inside the hatch at the bottom of the pole inside the fuse-holder housing so that it is adequately protected from water. Notice: the hatch, the relative fuse housing and Ethernet cable are not supplied. Since Ethernet connection between video-recorder and PC at the bottom of the pole does not occur through a hub, then you will have to wire the Ethernet cable in 'crossover' mode. For ease of installation here below you can see the sequence of wiring of the Ethernet cable both in crossover mode and in straightthrough mode. To make correctly the Ethernet cable you will need the appropriate grippers fig 3. With a PC connected to the Ethernet socket at the bottom of the pole you connect to the video recorder through DVR remote software, whose installation is contained in the CD. 18 Warranty Western Co. Srl guarantees the good quality and good design of its own Products obliging itself, during the warranty period of 2 (two) years, to repair or replace at its sole discretion, for free, those defective parts owing to poor quality of material or defect in workmanship. The defective product must be returned to Western Co. Srl or to the company delegated by Western Co to make product support, at customer s expenses, together with a copy of the invoice both for repairing and warranty replacement. The costs of re-installation of the equipment will be borne by the customer. Western Co. srl will bear the transport expenses of the repaired or replaced product. The warranty does not cover Products that, according to our discretion, are defective due to natural wear, showing damages caused by incompetence or negligence of the customer, imperfect installation, by tampering or other interventions different by the instructions supplied by us. The warranty is not valid also in case of damages coming from: - transport and/or incorrect storage of the product. - force majeure or catastrophic events (frost to temperatures below -20 C, fire, flood, lightning, vandalism, and so on). All of the abovementioned guarantees are the sole and exclusive agreement which supersedes any proposal or agreement, oral or written, and any other communication made between the manufacturer and the purchaser in respect of the above. For any dispute the jurisdiction is Ascoli Piceno. Waste disposal Western Co. as manufacturer of the electrical device herein described and in accordance with DL 07/25/2005 n 151, informs the consumer that this product, once abandoned, must be delivered to an authorized collection center or, in case of purchase of an equivalent equipment, it can be returned free of charge to the distributor of the new equipment.
