2 VENTILATORI PFK Lo sviluppo della nuova gamma di ventilatori PFK e uno dei più importanti progetti in corso di Nicotra. A progetto completato saranno disponibili ventilatori dalla taglia 19 alla taglia 71 completi, nella versione standard, di motore, ventola, boccaglio, condensatore e cavo uscente. I materiali utilizzati potranno variare a seconda delle taglie e delle versioni seguendo lo schema di massima qui di seguito riportato: MOTORE Taglie 19/315 diam. 9 monofase 8/ diam. 11/135 monofase/trifase /71 diam. 188/18 trifase I motori saranno a /4/6/8 poli, ad una o due velocità e con possibilità di essere utilizzati in regolazione. VENTOLA Taglie 19/ plastica 5/315 acciaio/alluminio 8/71 alluminio 1
3 VENTILATORI PFK BOCCAGLIO Taglie 19/315 acciaio 5/4 alluminio /71 acciaio Il campo di applicazione dei ventilatori PFK è soprattutto quello dei condizionatori package e degli armadi di condizionamento per centri di calcolo e telefonia, ma la versatilità del prodotto permette impieghi diversi anche in macchine che utilizzano normalmente elettroventilatori tradizionali. Identificazione tipo di ventola: A : motore a rotore esterno 9mm e ventola con calettamento senza viti B : esecuzioni con motori brushless ed elettronica di controllo C : motore a rotore esterno e ventola in alluminio aggraffata/saldata a 6 pale con pala corta D : motore a rotore esterno e ventola in alluminio aggraffata/saldata a 6 pale con pala lunga E : esecuzioni con motori asincroni ed elettronica di controllo F : motore a rotore esterno e ventola in alluminio saldata a 7 pale con pala corta
4 PFK FANS The new PFK range is one of the most important projects Nicotra is developping. The final definition of the project will include fans from diameter 19 to 71, complete, in standard version, with motor, wheel, inlet cone, condenser and external wiring. The materials used could be different according to the different sizes and versions following the scheme below: MOTOR Size 19/315 diam. 9 single phase 8/ diam. 11/135 single phase / three-phase /71 diam. 188/18 three-phase Motors will be /4/6/8 poles, one or two speed and with possible use with inverter. WHEEL Size 19/ plastic 5/315 galvanised steel / aluminium 8/71 aluminium 13
5 PFK FANS INLET CONE Size 19/315 galvanised steel 5/4 aluminium /71 galvanised steel Conditioning package, air conditioning units for data centres or telecom centres are the most important applications for PFK fans, but the same product can be used even for machines equipping traditional direct driven fans. Wheel type identification: A : 9mm external rotor motor and wheel with keying without screws B : executions with brushless motors and control electronics C : external rotor motor and folded/welded aluminium wheel with 6 short bladed impellers D : external rotor motor and folded/welded aluminium wheel with 6 long bladed impellers E : executions with asynchronous motors and control electronics F : external rotor motor and welded aluminium wheel with 7 short bladed impellers 4
6 Fig. 1 Informazioni: Regolazione della velocità A) Motori a più velocità: Generalmente a tre velocità (disponibili alla morsettiera) che l utente può selezionare con un commutatore, seguendo lo schema di collegamento in dotazione a tutti gli elettroventilatori. Questi motori: Non permettono : ulteriori regolazioni mediante regolatori elettronici a triac o convertitori statici di frequenza. Permettono : invece l uso di trasformatori o di dispositivi che non modifichino la forma d onda sinusoidale di alimentazione. Attenzione!! Collegando più ventilatori in parallelo si può generare il rischio di avere correnti circolanti tra gli avvolgimenti, provocando così la bruciatura dei motori. Si consiglia di verificare eventuali possibilità alternative esistenti. quanto sopra assicura il rispetto delle Direttive Comunitarie 73/3 CEE, 89/336 CEE, 93/69 CEE, sia sotto l aspetto sicurezza che Compatibilità Elettromagnetica. Si informa inoltre che non tutti i regolatori elettronici commerciali permettono un buon funzionamento del ventilatore a causa di una non buona compatibilità tra i vari componenti. Tutti i nostri ventilatori sono forniti predisposti per eventuale collegamento a due fili. Convertitori statici di frequenza (inverter) I nostri motori non sono adatti a tale funzionamento. Sono possibili invece esecuzioni speciali che permettono tale regolazione, purché i convertitori utilizzati rispettino la normativa di riferimento IEC 34-17; in questo caso si consiglia di interpellare il nostro ufficio tecnico. Fig. B) Motori a una velocità: La regolazione è possibile mediante: Trasformatore: Tutti i motori monofase e trifase della serie PFK sono adatti a tale utilizzo, perché la forma d onda sinusoidale non viene alterata. Regolatori elettronici: Le curve in sottoalimentazione riportate sul catalogo, ed eseguite con i nostri regolatori, sono ottenute preferendo un collegamento su entrambe le fasi, sia di marcia che ausiliaria fino a 3 Amp. max. (tipo a fili - fig.1), e sulla sola fase di marcia, per assorbimenti superiori (tipo a 3 fili - fig.); 5
7 Information: Speed regulation Pict. 1 A) Multi-speed motors Speed regulation is obtained by switching the main feed to the appropriate motor speed tapping terminal in accordance with the wiring diagram supplied with the fan. These motors: Do not allow : any further regulation by means of electric Triac regulators or frequency static converters; allow : The use of transformers or devices which do not modify the sinusoidal wave line. Attention!! By connecting fans in parallel there is a risk of eddy currents damaging motor windings. Our Technical Services will be pleased to advise. This will comply with Community Directive 73/3 CEE, 89/336 CEE, 93/68 CEE, both for Safety and Electromagnetic Compatibility field. Please note that not all commercially available electronic controllers are compatible with our fans. We recommendonly Nicotra approved controllers. All our PFK fans are supplied for two wires connection. Frequency static converters: Our standard motors are not suitable for this type of regulation. Specially built motors may allow this regulation, on condition that used converters are built in accordance with IEC Our Technical Services will be pleased to advise. Pict. B) One speed motors: Regulation may be possible by means of: Trasformer: All single phase and three phase motors of PFK series are suitable for this application because sinusoidal wave line is not altered. Electronic regulators: The low speed curves, shown in the catalogue, produced with Nicotra regulators, are obtained with a connection on both the main and auxiliary windings for motors up to 3 Amps. max. running currents (two wire control, see pict.1). For above 3 Amps. a three wire control is used (see pict. ) with control on the main winding only. 6
