SPHAERICA è un macchinario multilama per il taglio blocchi di marmi, graniti, onici e quarziti che nasce dall idea di voler sfruttare in maniera più efficiente il diamante nel taglio dei blocchi evitando l enorme spreco che viene usualmente accettato tagliando la pietra con telai diamantati e multifilo. Dotata di ben 4 brevetti internazionali, si caratterizza per la sua affidabilità e per le soluzioni tecniche di avanguardia assoluta. 5 PROGETTAZIONE E COSTRUZIONE PROJECT DEVELOPMENT AND CONSTRUCTION Dall idea alla realizzazione sono state spese oltre ore di ingegneria. 6 CARATTERISTICHE TECNICHE SUPERIORI SUPERIOR TECHNICAL FEAUTURES Sistema LCC (Linear Cutting Control): tecnologia capace di rilevare durante il taglio un eventuale sbandamento delle lame (anche di soli 0,03 mm). Questo consente di intervenire su diversi parametri per riportare la lama in traiettoria ed evitare completamente l eventualità scarto dovuta a involontarie deviazioni delle lame.
