Dunque, la media giornaliera è di 121, cioè 71 sintesi e 50 articoli per la versione EN. Altre 71 sintesi in italiano per gli stessi articoli sono richiesti per la versione IT. Mentre le sintesi sono diverse per ogni versione (IT o EN), gli articoli sono uguali per entrambi versioni. Dalla nostra interpretazione intuiamo che 121 è la media della somma tra articoli e sintesi. Quindi siccome, come spiega il capitolato, le sintesi bilingue vanno fatte per tutti gli articoli ma non tutti gli articoli vanno allegati alla sintesi, intuiamo che in un giorno di media ci possono essere: 60 articoli e 60 sintesi per un totale di 120.La nostra interpretazione è corretta? 1.

As fare as we understand, 121 is the average of the total of summaries and clippings. As indicated in Annex V, the number 121 correspond to the sum of the summaries (line 1 of annex V) and clippings (line 3 of annex V). So, the daily average is 121, that is 71 summaries and 50 clippings for the EN package. Another 71 summaries in IT for the same number of clippings are requested for the IT version. While the summaries are obviously different for each version (IT or EN), the clippings are the same for both version. As explained in the specifications, bilingual summaries have to be done for all articles, but not all articles must be clipped to the summary, we assume that the daily average could be 60 clippings and 60 summaries for a total of 120. Con la presente, in relazione al bando di gara per i SERVIZI DI MONITORAGGIO QUOTIDIANO DEI MEDIA IN ITALIA COMM/DG/AWD/2013/318), vorremmo segnalare che l allegato Annex IV: Financial identification form - supplier (excel) non risulta disponibile sul sito.
