Officina Marchetti, nasce nel 1974 su visione del fondatore Dante Marchetti. L azienda vanta 40 anni di esperienza nel settore degli stampi ad iniezione per la produzione di particolari termoplastici e siliconi liquidi. Oggi l azienda vanta un elevato Know How grazie alla propria esperienza e ai progressi fatti in tutti questi anni. Officina Marchetti was founded in 1974 by Dante Marchetti. The company has been producing injection molds for the manufacture of parts in thermoplastics and liquid silicone since 40 years. Today the company can rightly claim to have an high know how, thanks to experience and progress made in all these years.
L azienda studia, progetta e costruisce stampi ad iniezione di dimensione medio piccola per la produzione di particolari in termoplastico e silicone liquido (LSR) per altissime produzioni, in collaborazione con il Cliente. The company designs and builds injection molds of small and medium sizes, for the production of parts in thermoplastic material and liquid silicone for high volume production, in cooperation with the customer. La costruzione degli stampi avviene in modo uniformato, vengono costruite parti di stampo a disegno poi assemblate. Questo favorisce la fornitura di ricambistica e l assistenza nel tempo. The manufacture of the molds is standardized: parts of the molds are designed and built, and are finally assembled. This ensures the supply of spare parts and customer assistance over time.
L attività è svolta in completa collaborazione con il Cliente per quanto concerne lo studio del particolare, l analisi di fattibilità, la progettazione e l esecuzione, perché lo stampo è e rimane un esemplare unico. The activity is carried out in full cooperation with the customer regarding to the study of the particular, feasibility analysis, design and execution, because the mold is and remains unique. Durante lo studio del particolare e progettazione dello stampo è possibile simulare la fase di stampaggio attraverso un software di analisi dei flussi. During the study of the part and the mold design, it is possible to simulate the molding phase using flow analysis software. Su richiesta forniamo un servizio completo, dall assistenza al Cliente durante l installazione dello stampo nella propria sede produttiva, alla campionatura dei particolari stampati seguita da report dimensionale e controllo estetico. Upon request we provide a complete service, from assistance to the Customer during the installation of the mold in its production site, followed by the sampling of the injection molded parts with dimensional reports and aesthetic control.
Tutta la documentazione tecnica dello stampo come il fascicolo tecnico, il manuale uso e manutenzione, la distinta materiali, la lista dei ricambi e i rapporti relativi alle prove di stampaggio vengono forniti al Cliente, che ha così a disposizione tutte le informazioni per gestire lo stampo come l installazione, il condizionamento, il cambio versione e la manutenzione. All the technical documentation of the mold as the technical file, the user manual, the materials list, spare parts list and molding test reports are provided to the customer, in this way it has all the information available to the molds management as installation, the conditioning, the version's change and the maintenance.
