Nel caso di residente in un Paese sottoposto a restrizioni (art. 5 del Bando) dovrà pagare la tassa e il contributo di iscrizione all ingresso in Italia. ricerca scientifica g. solo per chi ha conseguito titolo di studio all estero: 1. dichiarazione di valore (o diploma supplement, se disponibile); 2. copia del/i certificato/i di laurea (se BSc+MSc entrambi i titoli) con l elenco degli esami sostenuti e il titolo della tesi, legalizzato/i dall'ambasciata o dal Consolato d'italia competente per territorio. I candidati classificatisi vincitori che non presenteranno la domanda di immatricolazione secondo le modalità sopra indicate saranno considerati rinunciatari e i posti che risulteranno vacanti saranno messi a disposizione dei candidati classificatisi idonei non vincitori. Le eventuali borse saranno riassegnate secondo quanto indicato sul Bando. Art. 7.1 del Bando: Fermo restando il pagamento della prima rata di iscrizione e la consegna del modulo Dichiarazione obblighi del dottorando e, se borsista, anche del modulo recante la Richiesta di assegnazione della borsa e fatto salvo il parere positivo del Collegio dei docenti, potranno essere concessi eventuali differimenti dell inizio della frequenza del primo anno di corso all anno accademico successivo ai candidati stranieri che, entro un trimestre dalla data di inizio del Corso, siano impossibilitati a perfezionare la documentazione relativa al titolo di studio straniero posseduto o che per motivi documentati non riescano ad ottenere il visto d ingresso. The declaration of value shall also indicate that in the Country where it was obtained the degree allows the holder to undertake third-level academic studies that are equivalent to Ph.D. Programmes. 2. a copy of degree certificate and transcript of the exams (if a first and second level degree - e.g. Bachelor s + Master s -, certificates for both degrees), that must be legalized by the local Italian Embassy or Consulate, Successful candidates who fail to present their application for registration by the above mentioned deadline and to comply with the procedure described above shall be excluded from the selection and the places left vacant will be made available to other eligible candidates and scholarships will be reallocated as indicated in the Announcement. Art. 7.1 Admission Announcement: Foreign candidates may be allowed to start their first Ph.D. year later, in the subsequent academic year, if they are unable to obtain the required documentation for their foreign academic qualification or the entry visa within the first quarter of the start of the Ph.D. Programme. Reasons for this delay must be proved and documented, However, payment of the first enrolment fee and submission of the form Declaration of obligations by the Ph.D. student are compulsory and scholarship holders must submit the scholarship request form. Moreover, approval by the Academic Board on this issue is necessary. CONFERIMENTO E DISCIPLINA DELL ASSEGNO DI RICERCA L assegno di ricerca è conferito al vincitore della procedura selettive mediante stipulazione di un contratto di collaborazione all'attività di ricerca. Tale contratto non configura in alcun modo un rapporto di lavoro subordinato e non dà luogo a diritti in ordine all accesso ai ruoli delle Università. Il contratto decorre dal primo giorno del mese successivo alla stipulazione. Il vincitore della selezione sarà invitato a stipulare il contratto secondo le modalità stabilite dalla Ripartizione Docenti non di Ruolo (giuliana.giordano@amm.unit.it - tel. +39 040/5582501). Grant holders, however, are not to be considered as permanent employees, nor are they entitled to priority access to University positions. The contract starts from the first day of the month following the signature of the contract. Non-EU citizens must prove to have applied for the permit of stay for scientific research purposes before signing the contract, in line with current laws.
