RISULTATI average follow-up of 18 months (range 12-27 months). Pain control and function 11/19 excellent 6/19 as good 1/19 as fair 1/19 as poor 20 TAR (19 pazienti) Maggio 2013 - Giugno 2014 13 F - 7 M Eta media 63.2 anni 7 DX - 13 S Functional scores were recorded at an average of 18 months (range, 12-27 months) after surgery. - VAS pain scores (from 7.5±1.9 to 2.2±2.0; P<0.05) significant improvements - Function scores (from 3.2±2.1 to 7.0±1.9; P<0.05) significant improvements - Postoperative AOFAS score was 83.6 (range 31-100); - Postoperative FAAM score was 83.8 (range 35-100); - Postoperative FAOS subscores ranged from 52.7% to 86.7%. - Average dorsiflexion motion improved from 6.4±10.2 preoperatively to 12.5±8.5 degree (P=0.047) - Average plantarflexion from 25.0±15.4 preoperatively to 39.0±15.2 degrees (P=0.006).
RISULTATI Parametri angolari Tibiotalar angle TTA = (TTA between -5 and 5 degrees) NORMAL (N=8) VARUS (N=8) - Ankles with preoperative varus (n=8) demonstrated statistically significant improvement in alignment from -10.5±4.2 degrees to 0.9±2.3 degrees at 12 months after surgery (P<0.001); VALGUS (N=4) - Ankles with valgus deformity (n=4) significantly improved from 15.5±8.6 degrees to -2.0±4.1 degrees (P=0.001).
RISULTATI Parametri angolari APOR = anteroposterior offset ratio demonstrated improvement from 2.9±2.4 mm preoperatively to 1.9±1.6 mm at 12 months postoperatively (P=0.08).
Asintomatico
