PROGRAMMAZIONE E CODIFICA UNITA 1 - Display Riepilogativo serie MP-MD Numero di turno Sportello PAGINA 3 All accensione il display riepilogativo visualizzerà una serie di informazioni di default: VERSIONE FIRMWARE TEST DIGIT DISPLAY SISTEMA NUMERO 1 DISPLAY MASTER SERVIZIO A+C TIMER 0 (Modulo vocale MP-VOICE non presente) VOLUME AVVISATORE ACUSTICO STAND-BY Per modificare le impostazioni di fabbrica mantenere premuto per 2 secondi il tasto verde posto sulla parte frontale dell unità. Il display emetterà un BIP e poi visualizzerà. Per proseguire all interno del menu di programmazione premere nuovamente il tasto verde. Il display visualizzerà in sequenza tutti codici disponibili: - Codifica per radiofrequenza canale 1 (default) - Codifica per radiofrequenza canale 2 - Codifica per radiofrequenza canale 3 - Display riepilogativo MASTER servizio A+C (default) - Display riepilogativo MASTER servizio A - Display riepilogativo MASTER servizio C - Display riepilogativo SLAVE servizio A+C - Display riepilogativo STORICO (-1) servizio A+C - Display riepilogativo SLAVE servizio A - Display riepilogativo STORICO (-1) servizio A - Display riepilogativo SLAVE servizio C - Display riepilogativo STORICO (-1) servizio C NOTA 1: Se in un impianto sono presenti 2 o più display, uno soltanto dovrà essere codificato in modalità MASTER. - Modulo vocale MP-VOICE non presente (default) - Modulo vocale MP-VOICE presente - Volume avvisatore acustico (0 muto) - Volume avvisatore acustico (1 basso) - Volume avvisatore acustico (2 medio) - Volume avvisatore acustico (3 alto) (default) Per confermare una nuova impostazione, dopo averla visualizzata, premere il tasto azzurro. NOTA 2: Ripetere l iter di programmazione per ogni singola modifica che si desidera effettuare. Una volta completato il ciclo il sistema verrà automaticamente azzerato. Per entrare nella programmazione degli indicatori di direzione (frecce), indicanti la posizione degli sportelli, tenere premuto per 2 secondi il tasto azzurro. Sul display comparirà la cifra (Sportello 1). Sempre con il tasto azzurro scegliere se (sinistra, spento, destra). Per confermare e programmare lo sportello successivo premere il tasto verde. Proseguire nello stesso modo per tutti gli sportelli presenti nell impianto (max 15 sportelli). NOTA 3: Dopo aver programmato il display su (MP-VOICE) spegnere e riaccendere l unità per attivare il ritardo chiamata. RESET GENERALE: Tenendo premuti contemporaneamente per qualche secondo i pulsanti verde e azzurro, il sistema verrà azzerato.
PROGRAMMAZIONE E CODIFICA UNITA 2 - Display di sportello serie MP-CD PAGINA 3 All accensione il display visualizzerà una serie di informazioni di default: TEST DISPLAY E AVVISATORE ACUSTICO DISPLAY SPORTELLO 1 (default) STAND-BY Per entrare nella programmazione del display di sportello tenere premuto il pulsante posto sul retro del display. Appariranno nell ordine: Supporti disponibili 3 Cod. PROGRAMMAZIONE E CODIFICA UNITA 3 - Unità di trasmissone serie MP-TX C N E X T PAGINA 5 Le unità di trasmissione sono indirizzate con un codice compreso tra 1 e 15. Tale codice va associato alla relativa postazione di lavoro operatore. Tutte le unità operano alla frequenza standard di 433,92 MHz. La programmazione può essere effettuata in due modalità: - VELOCE (2 fasi): 1. Selezione della modalità di programmazione Tenendo premuto il tasto C, il LED rosso lampeggia x alcuni secondi e poi diviene fisso. A questo punto rilasciare il tasto C; 2. Impostazione indirizzo della postazione operatore Il LED verde emette 15 lampeggi con cadenza regolare. Premere il tasto NEXT per selezionare l indirizzo dell unità. Il codice assegnato verrà visualizzato sul display riepilogativo unitamente al numero di turno. - COMPLETA (4 fasi): 3. Impostazione del sistema radio 1, 2 o 3 I LED rosso e verde si accendono contemporaneamente evidenziando per 3 cicli; 1 lampeggio, 2 lampeggi e 3 lampeggi. Premere il tasto NEXT in corrispondenza di 1, 2 o 3 lampeggi per selezionare il canale del display riepilogativo 4. Impostazione indirizzo della postazione operatore Il LED verde emette 15 lampeggi con cadenza regolare. Premere il tasto NEXT per selezionare l indirizzo dell unità. Il codice assegnato verrà visualizzato sul display riepilogativo unitamente al numero di turno. NOTA1: Durante la programmazione, per passare alla fase successiva, premere il tasto C. NOTA2: Per l azzeramento premere i tasti C e NEXT in rapida successione e mantenerli premuti fino a reset avvenuto. 1. Selezione della modalità di programmazione Tenendo premuto il tasto C, il LED rosso lampeggia x alcuni secondi, poi diviene fisso e successivamente cambia il colore in verde. A questo punto rilasciare il tasto C; 2. Impostazione del servizio A o C I LED rosso e verde lampeggiano alternativamente per 3 cicli. Premere il tasto NEXT in corrispondenza del lampeggio verde per scegliere il servizio A o in corrispondenza del lampeggio rosso per il servizio C;
PROGRAMMAZIONE E CODIFICA UNITA 4 - Console Operatore serie MP-CONSOLE PAGINA 6 Dalla console operatore con indirizzo 1 è possibile effettuare alcune programmazioni del sistema MULTI POINT. Per entrare in modalità programmazione premere il pulsante. Sul display apparirà: Premendo il pulsante comparirà, laddove la prima cifra ( ) indica la tipologia di programmazione (programmazione volume Din-Don), mentre la seconda ( ) il suo valore. Agendo sulle frecce è quindi possibile impostare il volume desiderato nel seguente modo: = alto = medio = basso = muto Per la programmazione delle altre funzioni proseguire nella stessa modalità premendo il tasto e modificando il valore del parametro agendo sulle frecce. Partenza numerazione da un dato numero del Servizio A: Imposta l unità relativa al servizio A Imposta la decina relativa al servizio A Imposta la centinaia relativa al servizio A Partenza numerazione da un dato numero del Servizio C: Imposta l unità relativa al servizio C Imposta la decina relativa al servizio C Imposta la centinaia relativa al servizio C Abilita cambio funzione da Console ( : servizio A - : servizio C) Disabilita il cambio funzione da Console Se il cambio funzione è disabilitato: - Premendo freccia si effettua la richiamata del numero - Premendo freccia si effettua la chiamata del numero precedente Modificando il valore da si effettua un RESET generale del sistema. Per confermare le modifiche effettuate premere nuovamente il pulsante. Codifica hardware della Console: Le console sono indirizzate con un codice compreso tra 1 e 15. Tale codice va associato alla relativa postazione di lavoro operatore. Il codice ha il seguente formato: XXXX 0000 dove XXXX rappresenta l indirizzo della Console. I dip contraddistinti dalla cifra 1 vanno posizionati su ON. PROGRAMMAZIONE E CODIFICA UNITA 5 - Modulo di chiamata vocale serie MP-VOICE PAGINA 7 Il modulo MP-VOICE si compone di un'unità centrale e di un altoparlante e può essere collegato a tutti i sistemi MULTI POINT per l indicazione vocale del numero di turno e del relativo sportello, con voce femminile. Racchiude già al suo interno una serie di messaggi in formato digitale impostabili dall'utente in relazione alle proprie esigenze. Per grandi ambienti il prodotto è dotato di un'uscita a bassa frequenza per il collegamento all impianto audio esistente. Rimuovendo il carter verde si accede al dip-switch a 9 posizioni per la scelta delle informazioni da abbinare al numero progressivo di turno (vedi tabella MESSAGGI DISPONIBILI). + - + - Forniamo ora una breve descrizione delle diverse possibilità di collegamento supportate dall MP-VOICE: 12 VCC COM VOLUME OUT B.F. PROGRAMMAZIONE E CODIFICA UNITA 6 - Erogatore di ticket a stampa termica serie MP-PRINT PAGINA 8 La scheda di gestione PRINT oltre ai tasti RESET e TEST dispone anche di un DIP- SWITCH a 4 posizioni: Dip 1 = ON (Address 1) Dip 2 = OFF Dip 3 = ON (DEFAULT) Dip 4 = ON (DEFAULT) Nota sul Dip 3: Tenendo premuto per 5 secondi il tasto 1 dell erogatore è possibile stampare un REPORT di fine giornata. Per disabilitare questa possibilità posizionare il dip su OFF. Supporti disponibili Nota sul Dip 4: Posizionandolo su OFF verrà stampato automaticamente il REPORT ogni qualvolta si effettua un RESET (manualmente o automaticamente al cambio data). Cod. PROGRAMMAZIONE E CODIFICA UNITA 9 - Software erogatore di ticket a stampa termica serie MP-PRINT PAGINA 11 CARICA: Richiama e mostra le impostazioni precedenti; INTESTAZIONE TICKET: Campo per l inserimento di 2 righe di testo (normalmente l intestazione dell utilizzatore); DICITURE SERVIZI: Campo per l inserimento del nome del servizio prescelto corrispondente ai servizi A e C. Nei sistemi monoservizio questa informazione può essere omessa; MESSAGGIO INFORMATIVO: Campo per l inserimento di 2 righe di testo per messaggi informativi al pubblico. Le informazioni verranno visualizzate in coda al ticket; NUMERAZIONE: L erogatore stampa di default un ticket con numerazione a 3 cifre. Spuntare la casella 2 cifre per numerazione a 2 cifre e con lettera per aggiungere la stampa della lettera del servizio (A o C); Proseguendo compaiono due aree contraddistinte dalle indicazioni Servizio A e Servizio C all interno delle quali è possibile inserire alcuni parametri di stampa. In caso di sistemi monoservizio è sufficiente compilare l area relativa al Servizo A : Stampa ticket dalle/alle: definisce l arco di tempo nel quale l erogatore è attivo; Stampa max/ticket: Definisce il numero massimo di ticket da stampare; Stampa dal n /al n : Definisce il range di numerazione che si intende utilizzare. È utile soprattutto in presenza di 2 servizi al fine di differenziare le numerazioni evitando equivoci per l utenza (es. Servizio A da 000 a 499 - Servizio C da 501 a 999); NOTA: Dopo aver inserito i parametri sopraindicati spuntare sia la casella ATTIVO che quelle riferite alle modifiche apportate. Nella zona di sinistra sono posizionate altre opzioni che possono eventualmente essere implementate: STAMPA ORARIO: Abilita la stampa dell ora corrente nel formato hh:mm; STAMPA DATA: Abilita la stampa della data corrente nel formato gg/mm/aa; STAMPA UTENTI IN ATTESA: Abilita la stampa del numero di utenti in attesa; RESET AL CAMBIO DATA: Abilita l azzeramento di tutti i contatori al cambio data (h. 00:00). Nel caso si utilizzi un distributore manuale con rotoli di ticket prestampati è preferibile non spuntare questa casella; STAMPA REPORT AL RESET: Abilita la stampa di un report al cambio data (h. 00:00) costituito da: ora, data, numero di ticket erogati per ciascun servizio, numero di utenti serviti da ciascuna postazione di lavoro e per ciascun servizio. I valori sono calcolati dall ultimo reset effettuato e generalmente evidenziano i valori di un giorno di lavoro. SALVA: Salva le nuove impostazioni inserite; ESCI: Esci dalla pagina di programmazione.

INSTALLAZIONE E CABLAGGIO UNITA 15 - Prima accensione - Note generali - Note di montaggio PAGINA 17 1. Prima accensione Prima di dare tensione all impianto assicurarsi che i collegamenti siano stati fatti nel modo corretto come indicato in questo manuale d uso. All accensione dell impianto le console di chiamata (MP-CONSOLE) mostrano l indirizzo e successivamente una serie di trattini orizzontali, come anche i display di sportello (MP-CD). Le periferiche sono quindi in attesa di essere interrogate dal display riepilogativo MASTER (MP-MD). Dapprima viene interrogato l erogatore di ticket (MP-PRINT) che risponde emettendo un segnale acustico, quindi vengono interrogati i display di sportello che emettono un segnale acustico e azzerano la numerazione sul display. Infine vengono interrogate le console operatore (MP- CONSOLE) che emettono un suono e visualizzano l indirizzo hardware ed una serie di trattini orizzontali. Ad operazione terminata le console visualizzeranno alternativamente il numero di utenti in attesa (se è presente l erogatore MP- PRINT), e l ultimo numero chiamato preceduto dalla lettera del servizio. N.B.: La durata delle operazioni di interrogazione del sistema varia a seconda del numero di periferiche presenti. Il sistema MULTI-POINT utilizza un serie di controlli per evitare possibili malfunzionamenti. La prima protezione è la presenza di un temporizzatore che fa in modo che le chiamate con un tempo di pressione del tasto inferiore a 0,75 secondi, non vengano riconosciute come tali. Tutto ciò implica che l operatore che effettuerà la chiamata, premerà il tasto in modo continuo per un tempo tipico di un secondo. Inoltre ogni radiocomando attiva un temporizzatore interno al display riepilogativo MASTER che disattiva il radiocomando stesso per 8 secondi. Ciò al fine di evitare che un operatore chiami due numeri consecutivamente per errore. Il sistema è progettato per memorizzare ed accodare più chiamate consecutive. Il tempo di visualizzazione tra una chiamata e l altra è impostato di default a 4-6 secondi. Questo ritardo è stato previsto per consentire agli utenti di visualizzare la propria chiamata su display prima che questa venga sostituita da una successiva. 3. Note di montaggio Il display riepilogativo MASTER (che riceve il segnale di chiamata dei radiocomandi) dovrebbe essere montato in alto per migliorare la ricezione.è inoltre opportuno installarlo lontano da fonti di disturbo elettromagnetico come televisori, computer o linee elettriche ed è consigliabile non posizionarlo vicino a colonne di cemento armato o altre strutture dove sia presente metallo. 2. NOTE 2: Repeat the programming procedure every time you want to make a modification. Once the cycle is completed, the system will be resetted. Keep the blue button pressed for 2 seconds to enter in the indicator programme concerning the positions of the counters. On the display you will visualize the number (Counter 1). Choose (left, off, right) with the blue button again. Press the green button to confirm and to program the next counter. The procedure is the same for all the counters. (maximum 15 counters). NOTE 3: After programming the display on again the unit to activate the function. (MP-VOICE) turn off and turn on GENERAL RESET: The system will be resetted pressing for some seconds the green and the blue buttons at the same time.

PROGRAMMATION AND CODING UNIT 3 - Transmission unit MP-TX series C N E X T PAGE 22 The transmission units are addressed with a code between 1 and 15. This code must be associated to the relative operator workstation. All the units work at the standard frequency of 433,92 MHz. Programming could be done in 2 ways: - FAST (2 steps): 1. Selection of the programming procedure Keep pressed the C button, the red LED flashes for some seconds and than it stops flashing. Now release the C button; 2. Operator workstation address set-up The green LED will flash for 15 times. Press the NEXT button to select the address of the unit. The assigned code will be visualized with the turn number on the main display. - COMPLETE (4 steps): 3. System radio 1, 2 or 3 set-up The red LED and the green LED switch on at the same time for 3 cycles: 1 flash, 2 flashes and 3 flashes. Press the next button when there are 1, 2 or 3 flashes to select the channel of the main display 4. Operator workstation address set-up The green LED flashes for 15 times. Press the NEXT button to select the address of the unit. The assigned code will be visualized with the turn number on the main display. NOTE 1: During programming, press the C button to go on the next step. NOTE 2: For resetting press the C and NEXT buttons in close successions and keep them pressed until reset is completed. 1. Service A or C set-up The red LED flashes alternately for 3 cycles. Press the NEXT button when the flash is green to select A service, or when the flash is red to select C service.

Press the button to enter in the programming procedure. On the display will appear: Pressing the button will appear, where the first digit ( ) is the typology of programming (programming volume), and the second ( ) its value. Therefore using the arrows it is possible to set the required volume as follows: = high = medium = low = mute For programming other functions proceed with the same procedure pressing the button and modifying the value of the parameter using the arrows. PROGRAMMATION AND CODING UNIT 5 - Voice module MP-VOICE series PAGE 24 The MP-VOICE module is made up of a central unit and a loudspeaker and it can be linked to all the MULTI-POINT systems for the vocal indication of the progressive number and counter with a female voice. It already contains a range of digital messages variable by the user. For big surfaces the product has a low frequency output to an existing sound system. Remove the green carter to access the dip-switch to select the right information (see AVAILABLE MESSAGES table). Now provide a brief description of the different chances of linked supported from the MP-VOICE: A B C D E 12VCC: Exit for the link to the external feeder issued. COM: Exit for the link to the main display; VOLUME: + and buttons to set up the required volume. At every pressure of the buttons the system will indicate vocally the adjusted volume (from 0 to 10); OUT B.F.: low frequency exit for the link to an amplified external source (for example amplified loudspeaker for PC, central sound system etc.); OUT: exit for the link to the LOUDSPEAKER module issued. This information can be omitted in the systems with single queue; INFORMATIVE MESSAGE: fields to insert 2 text lines for informative messages to the public. Information will be displayed at the bottom of the ticket; NUMBERING: distributor prints for default a three-digit numeration ticket. Flag on 2 digit to select two-digit numeration and add flag with letter to print the service letter (A or C), Proceeding there are 2 fields regarding information on Service A and Service C, where it is possible to insert some print parameters. For a single queue system it is enough to fill the fields concerning the Service A : Print ticket from/to: it defines the time range when distributor is active; Print max/ticket: it defines the maximum number of tickets to print; Print from n./to n.: it defines the range of numbering needed. It is useful mostly with 2 services to differentiate numeration avoiding any misunderstanding for the users (for example Service A from 000 to 499 - Service C from 501 to 999); NOTE: after inserting the above parameters, flag on ACTIVE and all the other selected fields. In the left area there are other options that could be implemented: PRINT TIME: allows the print of the current hour in hh:mm format; PRINT DATE: allows the print of the current date in the dd/mm/yy format; PRINT WAITING PEOPLE: allows the print of the number of waiting customers; RESET AT 00:00: allows the resetting of the unit when date changes (h. 00:00). Using a manual dispenser with preprinted rolls don't select this box; PRINT REPORT AT RESET : allows the print of report when date changes (h. 00:00) composed of: hour, date, total number of tickets for every service, number of users served for every workstation and for every service. Values are calculated form the last reset done and generally they highlight values of a workday; SAVE: save the new settings; EXIT: exit from the software.

INSTALLATION AND WIRING UNIT 15 - First ignition - General notes - Assembly notes PAGE 34 1. First ignition Before switching on the system make certain that all the links have been done in the right way as indicated above in this user's guide. During the ignition of the system the console call (MP-CONSOLE) show the address and then a series of horizontal dashes, as well as the counter displays (MP-CD). So the peripheral devices are pending to be interrogated from the main display MASTER (MP-MD). It search the thermal printer (MP-PRINT), the counter displays (MP-CD) are interrogated and in the end the operator consoles (MP- CONSOLE) who show the address and horizontal dashes. When the operation is completed consoles will display alternately the number of waiting people (if MP- PRINT exist), and the current progressive number. Note.: The duration of the first ignition depending on the number of total existing units. The system is planned to store and to put a lot of successive calls in a queue. The time of display between the calls is set-up for default at 4-6 seconds. This delay is calculated to consent to the users to visualize their own call on the display before it is replaced from the successive. 3. Assembly notes The MASTER main display (that receives the call sign of the radio controls) should be assembled in a high position to improve reception. Then it is important to install it away from sources of electromagnetic interferences as televisions, computers and power lines and it is advisable not to place it near columns made of reinforced concrete or other structures containing metal. 2. General notes The MULTI-POINT system uses a series of controls to avoid potential noises. First protection is a timer so arranged that calls with a time of pushing button less than 0,75 seconds are not accepted. Therefore operator will call pushing the button continuosly for a standard time of 1 second. Then every radio control activates a timer inside the MASTER main display that disables the timer itself for 8 seconds, in order to avoid that an operator wil call 2 numbers consecutively by mistake.
