STUDIO PETCOLL FOLLICULAR LYMPHOMA PET COLLABORATION: (FOLLCOLL). A pooled analysis of postinduction PET in three studies: PET in PRIMA; PET Folliculaire and FOLL05. Purpose: To provide more precise estimates of the predictive power of postinduction (e)pet status on PFS and OS, by a pooled analysis of data obtained from PRIMA/PET Folliculaire/FOLL05 with longer follow-up. To compare the predictive power of epet status with known pre-therapy prognostic factors. 1 analysis: PFS & OS of all centrally reviewed scans in accordance with PET score applying the 5PS. 2 analyses: - MVA of prognostic power of PET-status (likely cut-off 4) with known pre-treatment prognostic factors: FLIPI; FLIPI2; LODLIN; B 2 M. - PFS & OS of R-CHOP patients (~10% will have received R maintenance). - PFS and OS as per Cheson 1999 criteria - Analysis of local physician interpretation epet+/-? Utilizzo della PET come strumento decisionale FOLL12 A multicenter, phase III, randomized study to evaluate the efficacy of a response-adapted strategy to define maintenance after standard chemoimmunotherapy in patients with advanced-stage Follicular Lymphoma
