In this work, PTP1B protein was expressed, purified and crystallized. Notably, the grey solid of BTBQ could turn into red one upon exposed to gaseous TFA, accompanying with the quench of the emission. It indicated that BTBQ could be used as sensory material to detect acid vapor by naked eyes. Although BTPQ and DBTPQ could not detect acid, they exhibited reversible mechanochromism under the treatment of grinding and heating/fuming with DCM. Acta Chim. Sinica 2016, 74(2), Effect of temperature on near infrared (NI) spectra of n-alkanes was studied using alternating trilinear decomposition (ATLD) algorithm. Quantitative spectra-temperature relationship (QST) was obtained and the relationship between the spectra and carbon number or the ratio of CH 2 /C 2 H 5 group was established. The former can be used to quantitatively describe the effect of temperature on the spectra and the latter can be used to estimate the composition of n-alkane mixtures. Zn 2 GeO 4 nanorods were adhered on the surface of graphene sheets and the graphene sheets connected with each other to form an electric conductive network, providing high lithium-ion storage capacity and excellent long-time cycling stability.
