Oggi, le aziende del settore tessile mirano a rafforzare la gamma dei prodotti esistenti presentando nuovi prodotti a valore aggiunto per coprire un mercato più ampio, diversificando la loro offerta. Inoltre, lo scenario attuale, oltre a vedere aumentati i costi di produzione, dimostra una crescente mancanza di operatori per gli stabilimenti tessili. Questa difficoltà a trovare manodopera ha origine nello sviluppo industriale in altri settori, dove le condizioni di lavoro sono generalmente migliori e più attraenti. La soluzione per aumentare la produttività e ridurre i costi di produzione porta a realizzare l'automazione delle filature nel processo di produzione. Infatti, le industrie di produzione di filati tendono ad utilizzare macchine completamente automatiche dalle linee di apertura al prodotto finito. Le materie prime, l energia e i costi del lavoro non sono sotto il controllo dell'utente. Ragion per cui, per raggiungere l obiettivo di aumento della produttività e la riduzione dei costi di produzione, gli stabilimenti tessili hanno la possibilità di intervenire sulla manodopera -riducendo il numero di operatori-, sui costi fissi con delle forme di risparmio energetico, sul miglioramento della qualità e della produzione utilizzando macchinari allo stato dell'arte. Negli ultimi due decenni, le aziende tessili hanno raggiunto un buon livello di automazione dei processi, sostituendo vecchi macchinari e attrezzature con macchine attuali di tipo elettronico. Queste macchine automatiche stanno avendo un impatto positivo sulla qualità, sulla produttività, sull'efficienza complessiva della macchina e dei costi. Le aziende tessili automatizzate possono quindi creare nuove opportunità di penetrazione in nuovi mercati e migliorare i propri prodotti ad alto valore aggiunto. L'obiettivo finale sembra essere lo stabilimento tessile completamente automatizzato dove la qualità viene mantenuta costante, dove la manodopera e il consumo energetico vengono ridotti e l'errore manuale viene minimizzato. Particularly, yarn manufacturing industries aim to use completely automatic machinery from the opening lines to the finished product. In addition, the today s scenario, besides production cost increase, shows a crescent lack of operators for textile mills. This difficulty to find personnel is due to the industrial development in other sectors, where working conditions are generally better and more attractive. The solution to increase productivity and reduce production costs leads to implement the mills automation in the production process. The raw material, power and labour costs are not under the user control. Hence to reach that target, textile mills have the possibility only to intervene on manpower, reducing the number of operators, on utility cost by power saving, on quality improvement and high production by using state of art machinery. In the last couple of decades, textile companies have accomplished a certain level of process automation by upgrading older machinery and equipment with newer electronically based machines. These automatic machines are having a positive impact on quality, productivity, overall machine efficiency and costs. Upgraded textile mills could then create new opportunities to penetrate into new markets and improve their high value-added products. The ultimate goal seems to be the fully automated textile mill where quality is maintained consistent, manpower and energy consumption are reduced and the manual error is avoided. Nel settore della roccatura, oltre al modello con alimentazione manuale delle spole e del levata manuale delle rocche, Savio offre una vasta gamma di macchine con dispositivi di automazione, quali: ORION SUPER L roccatrice automatica con alimentazione manuale delle spole e levata automatica delle rocche, prodotta nello stabilimento cinese "Savio (Shandong) Textile Machinery", è studiata appositamente per il mercato cinese, per poter soddisfare le richieste di filato di alta qualità insieme a grande produttività, bassi consumi energetici, minor necessità di manutenzione e più bassi costi di investimento. POLAR E roccatrice automatica con alimentazione automatica della spole e scarico automatico delle rocche. Le spole prodotte sui filatoi ad anello, scaricate dentro una rinfusa, sono posizionate sul Flexitray (piolo) per essere trasferite alla stazione di preparazione. Ogni spola posizionata sul Flexitray è automaticamente trasferita alla stazione di preparazione, che prepara le spole per il successivo processo di roccatura. POLAR I DLS roccatrice automatica collegata direttamente ai filatoi con movimento ininterrotto delle spole dal filatoio ad anello alla roccatrice. La POLAR/I DLS vanta un alimentazione diretta dal filatoio diventando dunque una sorta di estensione del filatoio stesso, assicurando un libero flusso dei materiali. Anche nei ritorcitoi a doppia torsione, Savio ha raggiunto la massima automazione possibile con la nuova generazione di ritorcitoi, SIRIUS. Questa macchina è disponibile in due versioni: quella meccanica e quella elettronica (ElectronicDriveSystem). Sirius modello EDS ha motori indipendenti e inverter che permettono di regolare tutti i parametri di funzionamento attraverso l'interfaccia di un PC. Questa innovazione deriva dal know-how elettronico che Savio ha già impiegato in altri sofisticati prodotti. L impatto di questa innovazione è quello di ridurre drasticamente i tempi di set-up ad ogni cambio partita, diminuendo il numero di addetti dedicati ad ogni macchina ed introducendo un modo semplice e diretto per variare ogni impostazione con un semplice tocco sullo schermo. Savio has responded to the increasing requirements of automation by implementing and presenting fully automatic machines both in the winding and in the twisting sector. In the winding sector, besides the model with manual bobbin feeding and manual package doffing, Savio offers a wide range of winders with automatic devices such as: ORION SUPER L automatic winder with manual bobbing feeding and automatic package doffing, manufactured in Chinese plant Savio (Shandong) Textile Machinery, which is particularly designed for the local market in order to meet the high yarn quality demand together with high production output, reduced energy consumption, maintenance and investment. POLAR E automatic winder with automatic bobbin feeding and automatic package doffing. Ring spinning frame bobbins, loaded into the hopper tank, are then placed on the Flexitray (peg) to be transferred to the preparation station. Each bobbin placed on the Flexitray is automatically moved to the "yarn finder station", which prepares the bobbins for the following winding process. POLAR I DLS automatic winder linked directly to the spinning frames where bobbins are uninterruptedly moved from the ring-frame to the winder. The POLAR/I DLS has a direct feeding of the ring frame bobbins thus practically becoming an extension of the ring frame itself, ensuring total free flow of the materials. Even in the two-for-one twister machines, Savio has achieved the maximum automation possible with the new generation of twisters, SIRIUS. This machine is available in two versions: the mechanical one and the electrical one (ElectronicDriveSystem). Sirius EDS model has independent motors and inverters that allow you to adjust all operating parameters through the interface of a PC. This innovation comes from electronic knowledge which Savio already used in other sophisticated products. The main impact of this innovation is to decrease strongly the machine set-up time, thus reducing the number of operators for each machine, while introducing a simple and direct way to change any setting.

L azienda conta oggi 350 dipendenti a cui vengono dedicati corsi di formazione, seminari e partecipazioni alle fiere di settore. 6 10 11 TURKMENISTAN COTAM ENTERPRISES Il Turkmenistan è il contesto in cui due clienti Savio - Cotam Enterprises e Engin Group Consortium - sono diventati importanti patner del governo turkmeno per il rinnovamento e il miglioramento delle infrastrutture dell industria tessile locale. Cotam e Engin Group hanno accumulato una profonda esperienza e hanno realizzato prestigiosi progetti per la costruzione di filature integrate con macchinari allo stato dell arte da aziende come Savio, Marzoli, Channels, Promatech Magetron, Unitech, MCS. Cotam Enterprises ha realizzato due impianti: uno a Gökdepe e uno a Dashoguz. Fujian Changle City Changyuan Textile Co., Ltd. e Fujian Changle Jinyuan Textile Co., Ltd., entrambi di proprietà della famiglia Zheng, sono importanti clienti cinesi di Savio, che hanno deciso di investire in un parco macchine modernizzato con il più recente stato dell'arte di macchine automatiche. La famiglia non ha mai esitato ad avventurarsi su nuovi sentieri, in quanto pioniere come primo gruppo cinese ad investire in un progetto di roccatura completamente automatico con la scelta delle roccatrici automatiche POLAR / E. Changle Changyuan, fondata nel febbraio 2006 con sede a Fuzhou, copre una superficie di 209 ettari, con un investimento complessivo di 500 milioni di yuan. Changle Jinyuan è stata fondata nel luglio 2002 ed è situata nella zona industriale di Fuzhou Binai, con un capitale sociale complessivo di 480 milioni di yuan. Changle Changyuan was founded in February 2006, located in Fuzhou, covers an area of 209 acres, with a total investment of 500 million yuan. 10 ORION SUPER L Roccatrice automatica con alimentazione manuale delle spole e levata automatica delle rocche, prodotta nello stabilimento cinese "Savio (Shandong) Textile Machinery", è studiata appositamente per il mercato cinese, per poter soddisfare le richieste di filato di alta qualità insieme a grande produttività, bassi consumi energetici, minor necessità di manutenzione e più bassi costi di investimento. Orion Super L con alimentazione manuale delle spole e levata automatica delle rocche, controlla completamente tutti i parametri del processo di roccatura attraverso il computer centrale. La macchina è dotata di un sistema di aspirazione completamente automatico che si trova all'interno di una testata di nuova concezione. Il motore della girante, controllato dal PC della macchina a mezzo inverter, regola automaticamente la propria velocità in conformità alle reali condizioni di lavoro e ai relativi parametri. I filacci sono raccolti in un cassone con filtro separato ed ubicato nella testata della macchina. Lo stesso aspiratore provvede allo scarico della polvere del soffiatore viaggiante che viene raccolta in un secondo cassone con filtro separato. Automatic winder, manufactured in our Chinese plant Savio (Shandong) Textile Machinery, is particularly designed for the local market in order to meet the high yarn quality demand together with high production output, reduced energy consumption, maintenance and investment. The Orion Super L with manual bobbins feeding and automatic packages doffing, completely controls all the parameters of the winding process by the main PC. Machine is provided with fully automatic suction system which is located inside a new designed headstock. The motor fan, controlled by the machine PC though an inverter, adjusts its speed automatically in accordance with the actual working conditions and parameters. The yarn waste is collected in a separate filter box located in the machine headstock. The same fan provides also the vacuum to unload the travelling blower waste, once the blower reaches the proper discharge pipe also located in the headstock.

11 POLAR E Roccatrice automatica con alimentazione automatica della spole e scarico automatico delle rocche. Le spole prodotte sui filatoi, raccolte in cassoni, sono caricate sul ribaltatore della rinfusa dove, automaticamente e secondo le richieste della macchina, sono caricate nel dispositivo vibratore a frequenza regolata automaticamente, che assicura la continuità dell alimentazione. Le spole sono quindi posizionate sul Flexitray (piolo) per essere trasferite alla stazione di preparazione. La forma particolare del Flexitray consente l esatta centratura della spola sul piolo e l allineamento perfetto con il percorso del filo sulla testa di roccatura. Ogni spola posizionata sul Flexitray è automaticamente trasferita alla stazione di preparazione, che ha la funzione di inserire il filo nel tubetto. Questa stazione prepara così le spole per i successivi processi di roccatura. Dopo la roccatura, ogni Flexitray con un tubetto vuoto ritorna alla stazione iniziale che provvede alla rimozione del tubetto dal piolo. Il tubetto viene quindi scaricato in un cesto separato. Tutte le operazioni sopraccitate sono svolte automaticamente e senza l intervento di un operatore. La rocca una volta raggiunta la dimensione/metratura predefinita, è automaticamente rimossa per mezzo del carrello di levata. Particolare attenzione è stata data al sistema di aspirazione che rappresenta la maggiore parte di energia consumata nel processo di roccatura. Una speciale girante, controllata dal PC della macchina a mezzo inverter, regola automaticamente la propria velocità in conformità alle reali condizioni di lavoro e ai relativi parametri. I filacci sono raccolti in un cassone con filtro separato ed ubicato nella testata della macchina. Lo stesso aspiratore provvede allo scarico della polvere del soffiatore viaggiante che viene raccolta in un secondo cassone con filtro separato. Automatic winder with automatic bobbin feeding and automatic package doffing. Ring spinning frame bobbins collected in a free standing box are loaded on the lifting forks of the hopper. Automatically and according to the machine requirements, bobbins are then loaded into the hopper tank. The consistent delivery is ensured by a selfadjusting vibration frequency device. Bobbins are then placed on the Flexitray (peg) to be transferred to the preparation station. The peculiar Flexitray design allows a precise centring if the bobbin on the peg and a perfect positioning with the yarn path. Each bobbin placed on Flexitray is automatically moved to the yarn finder station, which has the target to insert the yarn thread into the upper tube hole. This station prepares in this way the bobbins for the following winding process. After the winding, each Flaxitray with empty tube returns back to the hopper, where tube is removed from the Flaxitray and unloaded in a separate box. All the above mentioned operations are automatically made and operator free. Yarn package once it reaches the set dimension/meterage, is automatically removed by the travelling doffing trolley. Particular attention has been given to the suction system which represents the highest portion of the energy in the winding process. The motor fan, controlled by the machine PC though an inverter, adjusts its speed automatically in accordance with the actual working conditions and parameters. The yarn waste is collected in a separate filter box located in the machine headstock. The same fan provides also the vacuum to unload the travelling blower waste, once the blower reaches the proper discharge pipe also located in the headstock.un secondo cassone con filtro separato.

12 SIRIUS ElectronicDriveSystem La versione esposta in fiera è Sirius modello EDS 201A. La dimensione del cesto consente rocche in alimentazione di 155x141 mm e copre titoli inglesi NE20-2 fino a titoli più fini. In caso di mischie con poliestere o con filati di cotone con titoli fini, il cesto di controllo ballon può essere facilmente rimosso per trasformare il processo in configurazione ballon libero. Sirius può essere equipaggiato con diversi tipi di fusi AR-A-BR- BC a seconda dei titoli di filato e dello scartamento fusi, che può essere 200 o 250 mm. La velocità del fuso fino a giri/min. a seconda delle dimensioni del piatto con qualsiasi conicità in raccolta. Il comando e la geometria del fuso sono progettati per raggiungere il massimo risparmio energetico; il fuso è anche dotato, su richiesta, del dispositivo di infilaggio pneumatico. L'EDS utilizza tre motori indipendenti per azionare, rispettivamente, la velocità del fuso, la raccolta (sovralimentatore e cilindri) e il guidafilo. The pot size allows a feeding package of 155x141 mm and covers counts from English Ne20/2 to finest counts. In case of blends with polyester or very fine cotton yarn counts, the ballon control pot can be easily removed in order to transform the process into a free ballon configuration. Sirius can be equipped with different types of pots AR- A-BR-B-C depending on yarn counts and spindle gauge, which is either 200 or 250 mm. Spindle speed up to rpm depending on pot size with any take up conicity. Spindle drive and geometry are designed to achieve the maximum energy saving and spindle is also equipped upon request of the pneumatic threading device. The EDS uses three independent motors to drive, respectively spindles speed, take-up (overfeed and drums) and thread guide movement. An electronically control links the speed ratio among the various motors, guaranteeing in any moment the twist evenness, both during normal running conditions and start/stop phases. The main motor exclusively drives the spindles, and is the benchmark for the other two motors.
