All nterno della struttura è poszonata la guda d scorrmento ed l carrello moble al quale sono fssat bracc d sostegno pstole. La guda ed l carrello sono realzzat n accao ed allumno, l carrello scorre su cuscnett. La movmentazone del recprocatore è ottenuta medante gruppo motorduttore e pulegge dentate con cngha n materale sntetco. Il motore è d tpo asncrono trfase IP 55 autofrenante. Il rduttore è dotato d frzone d scurezza regolable. Un dspostvo meccanco a vte consente una facle tensone della cngha. I punt d nversone del recprocatore necessar ad ndvduare l campo d lavoro, sono ottenut tramte un potenzometro elettronco, consentendo la regolazone de punt d nversone n camp varabl su tutta la corsa. Avere cura che, n vcnanza delle pstole, cav e tub non s trovno a contatto con le paret della cabna, poché l movmento alternato del bracco potrebbe trancarl REGOLAZIONE DEL BRACCIO PORTA PISTOLE Nel caso la verncatura comprenda de pezz d dverse dmenson è necessaro regolare la dstanza del bracco tenendo conto del pezzo d msure maggor REGOLAZIONE DELLA CORSA La corsa del bracco è regolable a pacere, asscurars che l bracco non vada a sbattere contro la parte nferore o superore della cabna G FUNZIONAMENTO Dare tensone al cassetto tramte l nterruttore generale Poszonare l selettore automatco-manuale su manuale Regolare la veloctà tramte l potenzometro al mnmo Premere l pulsante marca Controllando la corsa grare l selettore su basso quando la pstola s trova nel punto nferore del pezzo da verncare e su alto quando la pstola s trova nel punto superore del pezzo da verncare Premere l pulsante arresto Poszonare l selettore automatco-manuale su automatco Premere l pulsante marca A questo punto l recprocatore coprrà solamente la lunghezza del pezzo evtando qund che la vernce vada sprecata. Be careful to avod postonnng powder guns, hoses and cables closed to the spray booth, as when the support s runnng up and down could break them ADJUSTING GUNS SUPPORT In case of mx products powder coatng, t s necessary, when postonnng the support, toconsder the bgger pece to coat ADJUSTING THE STROKE The stroke of the support can be adjusted accordng to the requred workng lenght, watch out the support of the recprocator bangs on lower or top walls of spray booth G WORKING Turn the general swtch on Put the manual-automatc selector on manual Regulate the speed through the potentometer at the mnmum Push the button marca, (runnng) Whle checkng the runnng, turn the selector on basso, (down) when the gun s n the lower part of the pece to be panted and on alto, (up) when the gun s n the upper part of t Push the button arresto, (stop) Put the manual-automatc selector on automatc Push the button marca, (runnng) At ths pont the recprocator wll cover only the length of the pece you are pantng avodng to waste pant. 8 ITALIANO ENGLISH ATTENZIONE: nel caso n cu, a tensone dsnserta, l bracco venga spostato manualmente, la quota memorzzata vene persa col possble rscho che, una volta rattvato l recprocatore, la sltta vada a sbattere nel punto superore o nel punto nferore della struttura. In questo caso: Dare tensone al cassetto tramte l nterruttore generale. Poszonare l selettore automatco-manuale su manuale. Regolare la veloctà tramte l potenzometro al mnmo. In corrspondenza del punto nferore d nversone, premere l pulsante azzeramento sullo strumento QEM HB (foto 1) A QUESTO PUNTO RIPETERE LA PROCEDURA FUNZIONAMENTO IL MOTORIDUTTORE È DOTATO DI UNA FRIZIONE DI SICUREZZA REGOLABILE A PIACERE (foto 2). IN QUESTO MODO, IN CASO DI ERRATA REGOLAZIONE DELLA CORSA E DI URTO TRA IL BRACCIO E LA CABINA, IL MOTORE GIRERÀ A VUOTO SALVAGUARDANDO L INTEGRITÀ DELLA CINGHIA. LA FRIZIONE VA REGOLATA IN BASE AL PESO POSTO SUL BRACCIO IL MOTORE E DI TIPO AUTOFRENANTE PER GARANTIRE CHE IL PESO DELLE PISTOLE, AD APPARECCHIATURA FERMA, NON SPOSTI IL BRACCIO VERSO IL BASSO. IN CASO SI DEBBA SPOSTARE IL BRACCIO MANUALMENTE È NECESSARIO AZIONARE L APPOSITA LEVA POSTA SULLA PARTE POSTERIORE DEL MOTORE (foto 3), E, TENENDOLA TIRATA SPOSTARE MANUALMENTE IL BRACCIO ATTENZIONE L OPERAZIONE SOPRA DESCRITTA È CONSENTITA SOLAMENTE PER MANUTENZIONE E A IMPIANTO DISINSERITO IL TIRAGGIO DELLA CINGHIA È REALIZZATO TRAMITE DUE VITI POSTE SULLA TESTATA DI RINVIO DELLA GUIDA LINEARE (foto 4). È IMPORTANTE FARE IN MODO CHE LE VITI SIANO TIRATE NELLA STESSA MISURA (CONTANDO IL NUMERO DI GIRI) IN MODO CHE LA CINGHIA NON SIA INCLINATA ATTENTION: at no voltage, should the actuatng arm be manually moved, the nstructon gven are no more consdered and t can happen that when you start workng agan the arm beat aganst the upper and lower pont of the nstallaton. In correspondence wth the lower pont of the nverson, push the button to zero settng of the nstrument QEMHB AT THIS POINT JUST REPEAT THE WORKING OPERATIONS THE MOTORGEAR IS EQUIPPED WITH A SAFETY CLUTCH ADJUSTABLE (PICTURE 2), IN THIS WAY, IN CASE OF MISTAKE IN ADJUSTING THE STROKE AND BANG BETWEEN THE SUPPORT AND THE BOOTH, THE MOTOR IS RUNNING FREE IN ORDER TO AVOID DAMAGE TO THE BELT. THE CLUTCH HAS TO BE ADJUSTED ACCORDING TO THE WEIGTH POSITIONNED ON THE SUPPORT THE ELECTRIC MOTOR IS SELF-BREAKING TO KEEP THE WORKING STROKE SIZES SET UP. IN CASE OF MANUAL MOVING THE SUPPORT, IT IS NECESSARY TO USE THE PROPPER LEVER POSITIONNED OF THE REAR PART OF THE MOTOR (PICTURE 3). KEEPING IT PULLED, MOVE MANUALLY THE SUPPORT WARNING THE ABOVE MENTIONED OPERATION IS ALLOWED ONLY IN CASE OF MAINTENANCE AND WITH THE PLANT OFF THE TENSION OF THE BELT IS MADE BY TWO SCREWS POSITIONNED GUIDE HEAD (PICTURE 4). Le Unta Lnear sono state concepte per essere semplc e funzonal per l montaggo, per la manutenzone e per la sosttuzone delle part usurabl, dovute al cclo d lavoro nel tempo. Le unta lnear assolvono l compto d movmentare alternatvamente (avant ed ndetro) organ, grupp e quant altro rchesto a fn ndustral. Le Unta a Cngha Dentata sono composte da seguent Grupp: -Testata Motrce -Testata Rnvo -Proflato Strutturale -Carrello -Trasmssone Interna del Moto -Motorzzazone Esterna Le Unta a Cngha Dentata non possono garantre un alta precsone d traslazone e d rpetblta, che s aggra n ogn modo su bass valor d 0,1-0,2 mm. Co dpende dalle real tolleranze sul passo de dent delle cnghe per lmt della vulcanzzazone della gomma. Con la trasmssone a cngha dentata come contropartta s ottene alte veloctà d traslazone e d accelerazone, con basse nerze e bass attrt. Uso e manutenzone Controllo Manomsson Le vt ed dad post ne punt d regstrazone sono marcat con vernce, n tal modo s evdenzano mmedamente le manomsson. Sono manomsson anche, crash per motor n fuga, mpatt da corp estern, ntroduzone d materal var, utlzz non prevst, assenza d controllo e manutenzone Garanza Norme Le Unta Lnear sono garantte da dfett d costruzone e sottoposte a collaudo spettvo. Nel caso le untà necesstassero d ntervent d manutenzone, dovut ad un normale logoro lavoratvo, l clente è tenuto a leggere le Istruzon prma d procedere.

Come centratura procedere attraverso una delle due vt central sulla testata d rnvo (quell opposta al motore) parte frontale rotando d alcun grad n un senso o nell altro e controllare la cngha n movmento come s sposta, ottenuto lo spostamento nella drezone gusta, nsstere passo passo sempre con l untà n movmento fno a raggungere la poszone voluta. Tensonamento della cngha, cclcamente (almeno ogn anno) ad untà ferma eserctare una pressone d 5 / 6 kg sulla cngha al centro del modulo con l carrello spostato ad un estremtà, senza toccare l proflato, dversamente, tramte le due vt sopra descrtte agre n senso antoraro fno a che la cngha n orzzontale non sfor l proflato sottostante, qund agre su entrambe n modo unforme n senso oraro compendo 2 gr per vte ogn metro d lunghezza dell untà, tensone ottma per uno spostamento del carrello costante, senza sovraccarcare cuscnett post nelle 2 pulegge alloggate nelle testate, garantendo una rpettvta nel poszonamento, che altrment non sarebbe possble. - Il secondo controllo e la verfca delle rotelle del carrello. Se tutte le rotelle ruotano alla medesma veloctà, vuol dre che hanno tutte l medesmo precarco e solo n questo caso carch applcat sul carrello sono dstrbut equamente su ogn rotella. Se nvece ruotano solo alcune rotelle, queste sono carcate con un valore superore a quello che dovrebbero avere, mentre quelle che strscano non sopportano alcun carco ma usurano sa la psta d contatto che la barra d scorrmento, In defntva tutto co accorca la durata delle rotelle, maggor error geometrc durante l movmento e decadenza antcpata della durata delle pste e de corp volvent che le compongono. L unta necessta subto d manutenzone per non compromettere defntvamente le barre d scorrmento. Regstrazone o Sosttuzone Rotelle (vedere dsegno esploso CARRELLO MOBILE ) Le rotelle s possono suddvdere n 2 tpologe: -Fsse - Regstrabl ( ambedue con calotta d protezone). Le Rotelle Fsse sono l punto d rfermento del carrello rspetto al proflato, e non sono nteressate alla regstrazone perché sono montate n for calbrat. Le Rotelle Regstrabl sono quelle che danno rgdta al sstema d contrasto alle coppe d rbaltamento che gravano sul carrello, dovute a carch rsultant applcat (ved valor dcharat ne catalogh tecnc ). Le Rotelle Regstrabl per l mportanza che rvestono devono essere avvcnate alla barra d scorrmento con estrema accuratezza, quest avvcnamento e ottenuto tramte vte d pressone che agsce sul gambo del perno, con dad allentat quel tanto che basta affnché s possano muovere. Per ntervenre sulle rotelle occorre smontare le Calotte d Protezone, svtando le 2 vt che le fssano, lato del carro con vsta sede gran d regstro, sulla pastra carro al centro della calotta, tolte le calotte, le rotelle sono a vsta, provare con due dta a farle grare, senza che l carro s muova, se cò avvene sgnfca che sono scarche, provvedere al precarco agendo n questo modo, allentare leggermente l dado che fssa le rotelle senza creare goco, qund agre n senso oraro su gran d regstro pano pano su entrambe le rotelle, fna a costatare nel grarle con le dta un aumento d attrto sulle barre d scorrmento con l carro bloccato da una testata, è ndspensable che la resstenza sa uguale n entrambe le rotelle e che non c sa goco su pern, a questo punto ruotare ancora n senso oraro due gran d 20, po bloccare dad de pern com erano n precedenza. Per la sosttuzone delle rotelle, prma bloccare quelle fsse, po procedere con le regstrabl come sopra ndcato.

16 Rcordamo che le calotte d protezone servono anche a pulre le barre d scorrmento, mantenere una certa quanttà d grasso nelle sed de due feltrn lateral attraverso l estrazone de due gran sul dorso della calotta. Rcordamo che gran fungono da regstro molla per pressone feltro. Sosttuzone cngha. Allentare completamente la cngha con la procedura descrtta nel tensonamento, toglere completamente due morsett fssat frontalmente alle estremtà del carro, sflare la cngha con l avvertenza d legare ad un estremtà uno spago abbastanza lungo da permettere d facltare l nsermento della nuova cngha, prma però asscurars che la lunghezza sa uguale alla sosttuta, eventualmente taglare la parte eccedente con forbc da lamera o con una taglerna, controllare che nell nsermento la cngha non s attorcgl e che sa rvolta con dent verso l centro del modulo, nserrla ne morsett com era posta la veccha, bloccare morsett sul carro po procedere al tensonamento come descrtto nell apposto captolo, è estremamente mportante controllare la centratura con l untà n movmento.

17 GENERAL MAINTENANCE Descrpton and Techncal Unts' Lnear LITEK tmng belt. The Unt 'Lnear are desgned to be smple and functonal for the nstallaton, mantenance and replacement of wear parts, due to duty cycle over tme. The unts' lnear fulfll the task of alternately movng (forward and backward) organs, groups, and anythng else requred for ndustral purposes. Unts' are composed of toothed belt followng groups:-head Tractor Head-Referral-structural profle-cart-transmsson of Internal Engne External Moto-Unt 'toothed belt cannot ensure hgh accuracy and repeatablty of travel', whch s around n every way on low values..of mm. Ths' tolerance depends on the actual ptch of the teeth of the belts to the lmts of the vulcanzaton of rubber. Wth toothed belt drve n return you get hghspeed travel and hgh acceleraton wth low nerta and low frcton. USE AND MAINTENANCE Control Tamperng The screws and bolts at the regstraton ponts are marked wth pant, ths wll show you mmedately tamperng. They are also tamperng, crash engne n flght, mpacts from external bodes, ntroducton of varous materals, not provded for use, lack of control and Mantenance Guarantee The Standards Unt 'Lnear are guaranteed aganst manufacturng defects and are subject to acceptance nspecton. If the unts make up for mantenance due to normal wear busness, the customer must read the nstructons before proceedng. We accept no responsblty for any errors, tamperng or damage caused usage, and f our recommendatons or procedures are not appled. INSPECTION (REFER TO EXPLODED "ADJUSTING heads") The vsual and tactle and 'very mportant for the smooth operaton and durablty of the unts'. - The frst check 'to check f the transmsson belt' amed at the rght value of 2%, and runs perfectly n the center of the unt. How to proceed through a centerng of the two center screws on the head of reference by rotatng the front of a few degrees one way or another, and check the belt n moton as you move, obtanng the move n the rght drecton, step by step, always nsst on the move wth the drve untl you reach the desred poston. BELT TENSION PERIODICALLY (at least annually) to unts stll exert a pressure of 5 / 6 kg on the belt at the center of the module wth the truck moved at one end, wthout touchng the profle, n contrast, usng the two screws above act counterclockwse untl the belt does not just reach the horzontal secton below, then act on both unformly clockwse 2 turns for makng lves every meter of length of the unt, excellent power for a constant movement of the trolley, wthout overloadng 2 seats n the pulley bearngs housed n the head, gvng a repetton 'postonng, whch otherwse would not be possble. - The second check, consstng n checkng the wheels of the truck. If all wheels rotate at the same speed, whch means they have all the same pre-load and only n ths case the appled loads on the truck are equally dstrbuted on each wheel. If, however, only a few wheels rotate, they are loaded wth a value greater than what they should have, whle those that move but do not bear any load s the wear track contact that the scroll bar, and anythng else 'shortens the duraton of Accessblty, more geometrc errors durng movement and decay of the early lfe of the tracks and rollng elements that compose them. The unts' mantenance needs mmedately to affect defntely not the scroll bars.

18 Regstraton or Replacement Wheels (see exploded "MOBILE CART") The wheels can be dvded nto two types: Fxed-- Recordable (both wth protectve cover). The fxed wheels are the reference pont of the truck compared to the profle, and are not nterested n regstraton because they are mounted n holes. The Rollers recorded are those that gve rgdty 'of the system couples to contrast reversal whch affect the shoppng cart, due to the loads resultng appled (see values..reported n the techncal catalogs). Adjustable wheels for the mportance to be approached wth extreme accuracy the scroll bar, and ths approach s obtaned by pressure actng on the shank of the pn, wth loose nuts just enough to move them To work on wheels, take off the protectve cover, unscrew the 2 screws that secure the sde of the wagon seat wth a vew of settng screws on the plate at the center of the tank shell, removed the caps, the wheels are exposed, try two fngers to make them turn wthout movng the wagon, f t does mean that they are run to provde the preload actng n ths way, loosen the nut securng the wheels wthout causng the game, so act n a clockwse drecton on the gran floor regster plan on both wheels, to note n fne turn them wth your fngers to ncrease frcton on the scroll bar wth a header blocked by the cart, t s essental that the resstance s equal n both wheels and that there s no play on the pns At ths pont stll rotate clockwse the two grans of 20 degrees, then tghten the nuts of the pns as they were before. To replace the wheels, block those fxed frst, then proceed wth the recordngs as ndcated above. Remember that the protectve covers also serve to clean the scroll bars to mantan a certan amount of fat n the premses of the two sde pads through the extracton of the two grans on the back of the shell. Recall that the grans act as a sprng adjustment to pressure felt. Belt replacement Loosen the belt tenson wth the procedure descrbed n, dran out the two termnals attached to the front end of the tank, remove the belt wth the warnng at one end to te a rope long enough to allow nserton of the new belt, but frst make sure that length s equal to be replaced, possbly cut off the excess wth scssors or a cutter plate, check that nsertng the belt s not twsted and turned wth the teeth toward the center of the form, nsert t was placed n the old termnals, block termnals on the cart and then proceed to the tenson as descrbed n the chapter, t s extremely mportant to check the centerng wth the movng unt.
