2 IT // EN // Bravo sponsor di tutto il Tour 2013 di Gelato Festival. Il Trittico è sceso in piazza a gran voce, grazie all organizzazione del Gelato Festival! Bravo quest anno è partner di un iniziativa itinerante, ideata dai creatori di Firenze Gelato Festival per aumentare il coinvolgimento dei territori italiani attorno ai valori del gelato. E così, dopo la storica tappa fiorentina, nei mesi di maggio e giugno 2013 l evento si è spostato nelle principali piazze di Milano, Torino e Roma grazie ad un laboratorio itinerante, magnificamente allestito, che ha viaggiato per l Italia su 4 ruote. Il Buontalenti, così chiamato in onore dell inventore fiorentino del gelato, è il primo e più grande e moderno laboratorio mobile da gelateria mai costruito, con a bordo il meglio della tecnologia e dell innovazione del settore. Nei golosi weekend italiani del Gelato Festival, oltre a Vissani e alle sorelle Squizzato, sono stati protagonisti dei corsi Gelatiere per un giorno due tra i maggiori esponenti del gelato artigianale italiano: Angelo Grasso e Pino Scaringella, che hanno dato vita a corsi e laboratori per coloro che desiderano avvicinarsi al mestiere o che da sempre sognano di aprire una propria attività! Bravo sponsor of the 2013 Gelato Festival Tour. Thanks to the Gelato Festival organization Trittico took to the streets in a loud voice! This year Bravo is partner of a traveling event from the creators of Firenze Gelato Festival to increase the involvement of the Italian territories around the values of gelato. And so, after the historic Florentine stop, in the months of May and June 2013, the event moved to the main squares of Milan, Turin and Rome, thanks to a traveling laboratory, beautifully prepared that traveled across Italy on 4 wheels. The Buontalenti, so named in honor of the invetor of the gelato in Florence, is the first and largest, most modern mobile gelato laboratory ever built that carries on board the best of thecnology and innovation of this field. During the delicious Italian weekends of the Gelato Festival, two of the grestest exponents of Italian gelato, Angelo Grasso and Pino Scaringella were the protagonist, beside Vissani and sisters Squizzato, of Gelato Chef for a day, classes and workshops for those who whish to get closer to this business or who always dreamt of opening their own gelato business!

A Djazagro, la manifestazione avvenuta dal 9 al 12 Aprile ad Algeri, Cristophe Adam, ex-fauchon, è stato ospite d onore presso lo stand Bravo, creando meraviglie di pasticceria con Trittico. Christophe Adam, ex-fauchon, was the guest of honor of Bravo booth during Djazagro, the event that took place in Algeri from last 9 to 12 of April. Parliamo del prestigioso Chef Joffrey Lafontaine, membro del team francese che proprio quest anno ha vinto la medaglia d oro alla Coupe du Monde de la Patisserie a Lione. Grazie alla partnership di Bravo France con la più grande competizione di pasticceria del mondo, Lafontaine ha avuto modo di fare grande esperienza della tecnologia Bravo, e con che risultati!!! ***Un breve video è disponibile su Bravo France, partner delle selezioni. Questa primavera l impegno di Bravo France con la Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie è proseguito: la tecnologia Bravo ha sponsorizzato, dal 23 al 25 Aprile, le pre-selezioni Russe al Sirha di Mosca, in cui è stato eletto il miglior pasticcere che rappresenterà la Russia nelle selezioni Europee 2013 a Parigi. Bravo France team to Cremai Another important guest was on the stage of Bravo France during Cremai, the event that took place in Casablanca from last 19 to 22 of March. We are talking about the famous Chef Joffrey Lafontaine, member of the French team who won the gold medal during this year Coupe du Monde de la Patisserie (World Pastry Cup) in Lyon. Thanks to the partnership of Bravo France with the most import pastry competition in the world, Chef Lafontaine had the chance to do lot of practise with the Bravo technology getting the greatest results! ***A quick video is available on: Bravo France, partner of the selections. During the spring Bravo France carried on its commitment with the Coupe du Monde de la Patisserie (World Pastry Cup): Bravo technology sponsored the Russian pre-selections that took place from last 23 to 25 of April during the Sirha in Moscow to elect the best pastry chef who will then represent Russia during the 2013 European selections in Paris.

Bravo North America ha presenziato per il secondo anno consecutivo alla fiera NRA di Chicago, una delle più importanti manifestazione degli Stati Uniti che si tiene nel mese di maggio. Per l occasione Bravo Spa ha allestito uno show-cooking live con produzione continua di gelato artigianale italiano, di delizie di cioccolato realizzate con K24 Evo e di sublimi assaggi di pasticceria che hanno conquistato l America! Bravo Asia si espande a macchia d olio presenziando alle più importanti e diffuse manifestazioni dell Estremo Oriente: la tecnologia di Trittico è sempre in viaggio per diffondere e apprendere le varie culture del mondo del dessert!
