15 CONT-DOSING Management and control Software for special applications Dosaggio di prodotti puri e controllo acqua su linea lavaggio Il sistema CONT-DOSING è un sistema gestito da un PC in comunicazione con un PLC; può comandare fino a 8 pompe dosatrici e controllare fino a 8 ingressi d acqua. Le pompe dosatrici usate sono a pistone pneumatico a doppio effetto. La frequenza di comando delle pompe è calcolata in modo da evitare repentine variazioni della concentrazione del bagno. Il sistema è quindi completamente automatico e limita l intervento dell operatore alla sola sostituzione dei contenitori vuoti su informazione del sistema stesso. Il microprocessore è abilitato sia per il dosaggio a litri programmati, sia per il dosaggio dei prodotti in funzione dei Kg di tessuto immessi in macchina. Le principali caratteristiche sono: PLC e pannello operatore touch-screen PCTE. Pompe dosatrici in acciaio. Valvole di contropressione. Trasduttore rivelazione velocità linea. Prelievo da fusti. Dosing of pure products and water control in a washing line The CONT-DOSING system is a system managed by a PC communicating with a PLC which can control up to 8 dosing pumps and 8 water inlets. Installed dosing pumps are with pneumatic piston at double effect. Pump control frequency values are calculated so as to avoid sudden changes in the concentration of the bath. Therefore, the system is fully automatic and the operator s action is only required when the system asks for the replacement of empty containers. The microprocessor is enabled to perform either the dosing by pre-set litres or the dosing of the products as a function of the kilograms of fabrics entered into the ma-chine. 16 BC38 Super High Efficiency Open-width Unit for Woven Fabric Il rendimento di una macchina di lavaggio in largo determina il costo di esercizio di un impianto. In parti colare, il costo dell'acqua calda rappresenta il valore maggiore delle spese di produzione. La BC 38 Super è stata progettata da MCS unicamente in vista di un alto risparmio di acqua e di vapore. La grande capacità di lavaggio delle nostre unità BC 38 Super dipendono principalmente dal circuito forzato, olt re che dal tempo di permanenza nel bagno del tessuto e dal giusto livello del bagno. L'applicazione del principio della controcorrente totale fra le varie unità consente uno sfruttamento ottimale dei bagni. La tensione longitudinale del tessuto rimane assolutamente costante su tutto il percorso che può essere selezionata tra 5 e 20 kg. grazie ai ci lindri superiori muniti di celle di carico e determinando la condizione principale per l'andamento senza pieghe, anche sui tessuti più delicati. Le unità di lavaggio in largo MCS sono accoppiabili fra di loro secondo le esigenze produttive dell'utilizzatore e le specifiche necessità di trattamento. La vasca BC38 Super è munita di un filtro esterno autopulente. The efficiency of an open width washing unit conditions the cost of the plant operation. Particularly expences tar hot water represent the biggest part of production cost. The BC 38 Super unit has been developed by MCS in view of savings of water and steam. The high efficiency washing capacity of our BC 38 Super units are principally due to liquor circu lation, to dwelling ti me an d most suitable liquor level. The application of the total counterflow principle between the various units ensures the opt imate washing effect. Fabric tension remains constant on the whole surtace and can be adjusted variable between 5 and 20 kg thanks to the load cells. Consequently tabric drawing without creases also with delicate articles is obtained. The MCS washing units can be coupled according to production and treatment requirements.
