6 INNOVATIONS OPTIMIZATION OF DYEING LIQUOR CIRCULATION OTTIMIZZAZIONE CIRCOLAZIONE DEL BAGNO DI T I N T U R A Grazie al nuovo sistema di aspirazione e circolazione bagno (patent pending), Dynamica consente di lavorare con rapporti bagno 1:3,5. Inoltre con l ausilio di una pompa centrifuga ad asse verticale multi aspirante tali prestazioni sono garantite anche con carico reale ridotto. Thanks to the realisation of a new system for liquor sunction and circulation (patent pending), Dynamica allows to dye at low liquor ratio, down to 1:3,5. Futhermore, a muti-suction, vertical, centrifugal pump guarantees machine performances also by reduced loads. 6

10 INNOVATIONS WSS: WATER SAVING SYSTEM E il naturale sviluppo del concetto che ha dato vita già nel 2005 alla VDA. Oggi finalmente viene applicato in dimensioni ridotte a tutte le macchine da produzione. Attraverso l utilizzo di una cella colorimetrica, si ha il controllo e l ottimizzazione delle fasi di lavaggio al fine di evitare inutili consumi di acqua/prodotti. 11 INNOVATIONS TSS: TWINS SAVING SYSTEM E il nuovo sistema di collegamento tra macchine di diversa capacita. Tecnicamnete la soluzione è resa possibile dallo sviluppo dei nuovi sistemi di dosaggio MCS, che permettono il convogliamento di solo una parte del flusso del bagno di tintura. Lo sbilanciamento del bagno medesimo viene controllato dai programmatori che tramite la lettura analogica del livello, ne prevedono le correzioni attraverso l apertura e/o chiusura delle valvole dedicate. TSS: TWINS SAVING SYSTEM It is the new connection system among machines of different capacities. In technical words, the solution is made viable by the development of the new MCS dosing systems, which provide the conveyance of only a part of the flow of the dyeing liquor. Taking advantage of the pressure generated by the circulation pump and of the liquor inside the machine, by every liquor drain, the SSCF Self-Cleaning-Filter (patent pending) is being washed-off. This fact remarkably reduces the cleaning operations of filters and improves the performance of the circulation pump itself. 12

MQD (machine quick drain): scarico rapido via pompa di circolazione principale. HYDROVARIO: ugello a sezione variabile controllato elettronicamente per garantire la massima versatilità di impiego. HYDROVARIO: adjustable section nozzle, electronically controller, ensures max. versatily in usage STANDARD AUTOMATION PCx: PC industriale sviluppato in ambiente windows per implementare in modo avanzato tutte le funzionalità diagnostiche, di monitoraggio e di automazione delle macchine di tintura. Grazie allo schermo tattile touch-screen, progettato espressamente per l impiego industriale, ogni funzionalità risulta di facile ed immediato accesso. A richiesta è possibile l impiego di qualsiasi micro disponibile sul mercato. PCx: industrial PC developed in Windows room to improve all diagnostic functions, monitoring and automation of dyeing machines. With Touch-Screen, purposely designed for industrial use, the access to functions is easy and immediate. Upon Customer's request it is always possible to install different brands of controllers.
