Gallo - Fior d'alpe - Sasso di Prada - Cancano - Solena - Bagni Vecchi - Borio 26,929 K 5:00-8:00 h The tour begins at Piazza del Kuerc in the historic centre of Borio. It passes through the town until you get to Borio Golf Course then follows the bike trail that passes the Church of San Gallo and leads to Preadio. After crossing Preadio and reaching Fior d'alpe, first take path N199 and then the paved road that leads to the Torri di Fraele and towards Cancano. The panoraa over Valdidentro and Borio is agnificent. After passing the Lago delle Scale (fishing possible), cross the da of Cancano and head for Solena passing the Church of Saint Erasus. Return fro Boscopiano on trails N145 and N184 until you reach the paved Stelvio Pass road. Return to the centre of Borio via the Bagni Vecchi di Borio. Torri di Fraele (Towers of Fraele) The ruins are all that reain of the outerost ilitary post of Borio defensive syste. The towers are deeed "Roan", but there is no docuent to attest such origin. The structures are in fact edieval, but it is possible that they stand atop ore ancient reains.
